Ride was closed due to wind. Nothing they could do. But minimal effort on notifications and refunds.

I'm afraid of heights and had a great time doing this. Mostly, I felt that my safety was taken into consideration when they pulled us aside and said that they wanted to wait for the wind to calm down before we went up. I appreciated that. Loved our pilot! He was friendly, professional, and really nice. It added to the experience.

It was amazing. Definitely a must do. From start to finish it was perfectly done. Greeting and picture taker, balloon guide, even the music. Every song starting with fly me to the moon, and ending with don't let me down was a great touch. Seeing the falls while singing familiar songs was amazing. You can do them at night also, while they are shooting fireworks. Very cool. We left happy with a great experience, great pictures taken, and a free 8x10 picture. I would highly recommend this. We'll worth the money.

Absolutely amazing experience! Tour guide was fabulous! And the views were exceptional. Took out 3 year old on it and was so kiddo friendly!

We had a great experience. I’m disabled and couldn’t stand the whole time and they accommodated me with a wheel chair that fits in the gondola beautifully. The view was amazing and we loved it. Highly recommend this balloon ride!

We rode this at night and the view from beautiful! Would do it again if we get the chance! The operator took our pictures from different angles as we were riding. Very friendly and kind.

It's a really nice trip! The guide was very informative and we had a great time! It's a short time but it's a must try!

Even with knee limitations, getting on & off was no problem, nor was taking off & landing. The views were spectacular! We plan to do it again at night next time.

Just went straight up. Was an awesome view. Would definitely do this again!! Had the pilot explain what was in each direction so you knew where you were looking at. Very friendly team!!

Not a long wait to get on. You go up for 15 to 20 minutes. You can see both falls, the bridge, the river and a large portion of both sides of the cities, US and Canada.

I attended the 10 pm ride where I could see the illumination and fireworks from the height above. The photo experience was great too. Overall I enjoyed the ride and it was memorable.

The views of Niagara Falls were breathtaking and unlike anything we’ve ever seen. The staff made us feel safe, comfortable, and excited from start to finish. The balloon itself was so smooth and peaceful once you were up in the air. Perfect for photos, special occasions, or just doing something unforgettable while visiting Niagara Falls. Highly recommend adding this to your bucket list if you’re in the area. We’ll definitely be back!

Got my confirmation for our excursion in the morning . I had booked this a month ago , asked to move it to today ( May 18 from the 19th) so it looked like a go . We came over from the Canada side . Took 30 minutes to get thru the border crossing . When we arrived at the address we saw 2 employees walking away . Asked if they were sending the ballon up . They said due to wind they couldn’t .I understand safety, what I don’t understand is the confirmation of my excursion that morning confirming. No message telling us about the cancellation!!! It would have been nice to know so we could have planned something else . We are from Delaware and only had 2 days to do things . By the time we found out about this being canceled all the other things we would have liked to do were not available!!! A simple message thru Viator would have been appreciated!!!! They are refunded our money , but it’s our time I would have liked back more !!!

Had it scheduled and they canceled due to wind . No notice , no message telling us . We were on the Canada side , took 30 minutes to cross thru customs. A message would have been nice !! Now we are left with nothing scheduled!!!

It was a lot of fun, and very safe. The views are incredible, and well worth the money.

The tethered part of the attraction is presented in one place at the very bottom. I thought we would fly over Niagra State Park. The price is too high for going up and down. I had a better view of the falls from the hotel room. It's not a great place for pictures because the netting is in the way, which is should be for safety reasons. The trip would have been worth it if we moved.

Waited 5 minutes b4 the ride was scheduled to cancel it, then tells us its going to be a week before we get our refund what a joke. I get the safty part im thankfully for that but if you knew that morning you should of let us know then. And a week or longer to get our money back but they make us pay on the spot and take it from out acount.

You can see all of the Falls. The picture given I thought would have been authentic but it was like a cheap backdrop already installed.

The view is spectacular, and our pilot, Eric, was friendly, accommodating and very knowledgeable.... A great way to see this majestic place in New York!!!

What a great experience! You have such a lovely 360 degree view along with very friendly operators. Be aware that it can be quite windy and the balloon can wobble from time to time.

AMAZING!!!! It’s a 12-15minute ride soaring 500ft above the mighty Falls. Very friendly staff and new clean attraction. Highly recommended. Don’t waste your money on super expensive helicopters. The new balloon is definitively the best way to see Niagara Falls from the air.
