New York Manhattan Scenic Helicopter Tour

Booking and rescheduling worked perfectly. Great online and offline service. Flight itself was unbelievable.

Disappointing ride , firstly our headsets didn't work so we couldn't talk to each other tols the pilot didn't do anything . Thought the guide would point out Land marks or chat to us on the ride , nothing just want your money

Really enjoyed the tour. We saw a lot of the really outstanding iconic sights of New York. Very fun tour to see it all from a helicopter. The business is very safety conscious and al directions were clear and the staff took us to and from the helicopter, made all safety instructions very clear and the boarding process was very easy. We had a great time and got a thumbs up drive with all the pictures of us the staff had taken for $35. I definitely recommend this as a fun and unique way to see NYC.

The helicopter ride was fantastic, views were superb and the whole experience was simply brilliant with one caviat. During booking Viator do ask for you weight, what they don't mention at the time or anywhere in the t&c's until after you have paid it that their is a 113kg weight limit, above this then the provider may force you to purchase an extra seat depending on demand on the day. Thankfully we went on a quiet day but had it been busy then we could have had problems and could well have been forced to pay for an extra seat. It's dissapointing that at no point before payment is made that this is mentioned, not when you input your weight when asked, not in the terms and conditions and not until the tickets are issues a few days before the flight and again in small, easily unnoticeable text buried away that you miss until it's too late. That was dissapointing but thankfully wasn't an issue in the day, but onku because it was quiet and the flight wasnt full

It was a great experience. I flew with a helicopter for the first time and luckily the weather was also pretty good. It's not the cheapest option but it gives a great view over the city. Definitely recommended.

This excursion was amazing from start to finish, staff were lovely talk you through everything. Pictures were brilliant fantastic from start to finish 😀😀

Paying for extra unexpected money fee and my weight didn't like the unexpected cost would not book again

It is a Very over packed Helicopter and the tour is short. It was an awesome view but its not very comfortable. One and done with this experience.

Despite myself and another passenger requesting commentary during our flight we received absolutely nothing. The pilot communicated to us thru our headsets and responded to a question from me at the beginning of the flight (so headsets were working) and the gave us nothing, despite questions. Totally disrespectful and so disappointing not to know what we were flying over and what to look out for. He gave us total silence.

It was really interesting, I really liked the welcome and everything The photos, the flight, the views too incredible

Was amazing to see Manhattan from up a height. The day was a bit hazy but still worth doing. Highly recommend this trip.

I surprised my grandsons with this tour and it was worth every moment. It’s something we will never forget and I am so glad I went ahead and splurged all the way.

well organised trip and we were accommodated for an earlier ride as we checked in earlier than expected. The pilot was very good and provided a smooth ride, however we were unable to hear him through our headphones. This was an issue for all the passengers in the helicopter.

Had an absolute blast on this ride! We got to see everything we wanted to see on the ground from above which was an experience in itself.

The most amazing experience, staff was very nice and friendly. Everything explained and felt at ease. Would defiantly book with these guys again. We previously booked on the Monday for a 18.30 slot but as it was president day they had emailed to say they will stop flying around 16.30 I was able to move to the next day and same time with no hassle at all. Everything was run so smoothly. Although I sat in the middle I still had a great view of everything and got some amazing photos and videos. Overall 10/10 was brilliant. Was very easy to find also.

Amazing way to see the city. However I was uncomfortable with the fact that the pilot was texting on her phone during the flight!! I was seating in the front next to her and NOT cool especially since just 2 days earlier there was that crash in DC!!!!! Also the 3 people riding with us did not speak English and talked through the headset making it impossible for us to hear the tour audio! Our pilot said nothing the entire flight I've had cab drivers that were friendlier than her.

This was one of the best experiences I had with my daughter thank you everything everyone was so pleasant and welcoming for birthday…..

It was an okay experience. It took an hour past my appointment period after I was supposed to be there 45 min early. So almost two hours for this. The helicopter was cramped. The headphone volume was too low to hear. I’d skip this in the future.

Fantastic female pilot brought us on a very smooth flight around NYC. Very pleasant flight with good information on the sights and great music on board too. Very helpful and pleasant staff in the waiting area. Highly recommend.

Nice trip. Mostley nice staff. Flight should last 18-20 min but we were back on ground again after exactly 15 min. Felt really bad.

The company cancelled hours before we were due to fly we had to move the time from 1pm to 5pm, this was for our daughters birthday, we had other plans which we had to cancel, it cost us hundreds of dollars we asked this company to just cover the cost difference in taxis which was $91 but this company management team refused they cost us money by doing what they did but didn't care if we had cancelled they would of kept the money anyway it is a terrible company and not recommended in the end the company they sell through decided that we shouldn't of been out of pocket due to this companies poor handling of the situation and refunded the $91 themselves, use another company this company does not care if they screw you over we have used a few helicopter tours and flights in the past and had much better service, we even had several friends going to the same area and asked who we used we have made sure they do not use this company because they will only let you down and not honour customer service values,

It was a cheaper price booking with Viator. The wait time was short and the entrance was well set up to get everyone ready. It was really fun!

FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE FROM START TO FINISH! I would highly HIGHLY recommend this Manhattan Scenic helicopter tour! It is amazing seeing New York from up at that height! You can really soak in every inch of The Big Apple! Special shoutout to “Cutie Pie” who was so cheerful, friendly and so helpful! He carried me off the helicopter once we landed - I really felt like a fairy princess! Overall it was worth every penny and should definitely book this helicopter ride! This helicopter trip was simply incredible! I saw everything in detail: the entire view of New York, Central Park, Manhattan, and the Statue of Liberty, and then even New Jersey. It was very impressive and exciting. I highly recommend it!

The price paid was not complete. I was charged another $40 when I arrived for the trip. I'm sure there'll be some excuse about taxes per something similar, but there's no excuse for not just losing the correct price you front. Three flight itself was fine.

The view of Statue of Liberty from above was a unique experience. Also the professionalisme and guidance of the crew were very reassuring.

All instructions were cleared and friendly service From all the staff. I would recommend it for everyone who is there first time in NY to see the big picture of NY

An amazing and memorable experience!!! No view from any high rise building can compare. Communication with the organizers was excellent. Procedures were clear. I felt safe during the experience. I was also too excited to be scared!

It was fantastic. Loved being able to see the whole city at once. Worth it for sure! Loved it so much I would do it again!

I'll start with the negative: a long wait before being picked up,the departure time was not respected,we had calculated for a sunset flight,so it was already dark when we took off,a big disappointment.Many people passed us by without explanation even though our time had already passed.On the other hand, the helicopter flight was Beautiful.But the fact that we felt left out from the start spoiled the fun for us.Poor organization on site.

It was nice but just know when you show up you will have to pay MORE $$$ for the land strip fees which we weren’t expecting. Also, our headsets didn’t work properly and they were wanting to Put music for a us to listen to which was a bummer and we were hoping that the Pilot would tell us the sights (which did not happen). I thought I paid an hour which turned out it literally was only 20 minutes. Everyone was very polite and helpful. I would recommend this company.
