Mary was an excellent guide: she texted organizational details ahead of time, gave easy instructions on how to find her and what the tour will be like. Time flew by, tour quite informative but not overwhelming. Mary is a very intelligent and funny native New-Yorker, I liked how she included some gentle sarcasm talking about famous characters. Slow-paced tour with consideration for everyone’s needs and interests. Recommend booking the first night you are in NYC.

Mary was THE BEST! We feel like we saw so many great things and learned so much history. My teen + kids loved the tour, and so happy to be shepherded in behind the scenes on such a busy, crowded night. Cannot say enough good things!

I very much enjoyed the route the guide took us and thought the guide was very knowledgeable with a lot of good stories to tell. However, the pace was too slow and I didn’t appreciate us going one full hour over the scheduled time as I booked the 90 mins tour for a reason. I don’t think we should have waited for the late comers and put everyone else who were punctual behind schedule. The whole family ended up not enjoying the tour as much as I think it had the potential to be due to the slow pace and poor time management.

It was informative. Meredith did a great job giving us the history of the buildings we saw. Just make sure you bundle up as it gets really cold at night.

Our tour guide, Meredith, was very engaging and knowledgeable. It was a very chilly night, but that didn’t dampen her enthusiasm.

We did this the first evening we were in NYC and was perfect! It was a Tuesday night and not too crowded. Would recommend!

There is a whole lot of walking so be prepared for that fact. If you are mobility impaired this tour is not for you. The group was small about 12 of us. There is also a small segment on the Metro and the tour finishes at the Rockefeller center. Our guide was very informative. I would highly recommend him, his name is Jimmy Hoffman.

Unfortunately the tour guy was late due to delays and I had my little guy with me. We waited at meetup for 45 mins. By the time we started it was late. I think it would have been great. We couldn’t finish the tour.

Mary was an exceptional tour guide! She provided us with informative yet interesting facts about the city and extra tips about tourist safety. Out of all the tours my teenage son and I did while in New York, this was both of our favorite tour, and it was thanks to Mary!!!!

Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and gave a great tour. We were never rushed. Lots of opportunities to take pictures.

This tour was incredible! Even though we thought we knew all the must-see spots in NYC during the holiday season, this tour made it easy to not have to think/navigate or forget things. Jon was a fantastic guide who kept our tour fun, despite the rainy/cold weather, and full of interesting facts and details. He was able to easily take photos of all his group members in front of the insanely crowded iconic Rockefeller Christmas tree. It really was a tour bursting of wonderful information and mesmerizing window displays and beautiful scenes.

John was the best! It was freezing out and he had a great attitude about it. He knows the best places to go. We had a great time!

The tour guide was offensive and unprofessional. He literally yelled at me. My daughter and I ended the tour early because after that the experience was ruined for me. Prior to the tour he made a slighted comment to a gentleman who asked a question. I should have known then. I would have rather paid an uber to take me around.

Definitely one of the best walking tours I joined in NYC. Did the Christmas lights walking tour with Jon and covered areas like Bryant park, Macys, fifth avenue, hotels near Central Park and many more. Jon shared lots of information and stories about NYC with the Christmas lights and made the tour very enjoyable! He took photos for the group along the way and was very generous in sharing tips and recommendations in NYC.

Enjoyed the tour even though we didn’t have ideal weather. Tour guide was very knowledgeable about the area. She was a trouper, especially with the pouring rain!

It was fun our guide was excellent. I would highly recommend My only request would be that details of where we would go on this tour be spelled out. This was not clear

Tour is a decent way to see the city's holiday decorations, the sights are nice, enjoyed a lot with fun. Highly recommended.
