Exceptional experience. The staff is extremely welcoming and kind, and the service is great. The entertainment was very enjoyable & impressive. Cocktails on board are not as expensive as anticipated ($16 each). Definitely recommend for couples or tourists.

There isn’t anywhere to wait so do not arrive too early. Staff are all very friendly. Great choice of cocktails. Disappointed that the band took a break. No music was played during that time.

I was not able to go on the cruise because my husband was sick. TripAdvisor took care of everything in a timely manner. I was able to get a refund! Very trustworthy company!

This jazz cruise was incredible!! The musicians were extremely talented, the drinks were delicious, the service was top notch, and the views😍😲🤯🤩 chefs kiss! DO NOT miss this experience, it is a total holiday must in NYC!

Our family loved the cruise! The jazz band was great. The cruise staff members were excellent. We very much enjoyed the nighttime views of New York (it also helped that we had a clear night with no rain or snow). The boat was decorated nicely for the holidays, which added to the atmosphere. What a fun time! Overall, we highly recommend this activity.

Oh we enjoyed this river trip so much! As a family with 2 young adult kids it’s not always easy to find something that everyone is impressed with, but we all loved this. The jazz band was great and really created a lovely atmosphere, crew were so friendly and helpful and of course the amazing views of NYC by night are unbeatable. You can go outside to take pics but it is freezing on the water in December, however the windows slide open so you can open them up for a moment to take a few snaps and then close again to keep warm. The boat itself was lovely, all varnished wood which looked so pretty decorated for Christmas. Shame the covid panels were still up separating the table into 2 halves but it wasn’t busy on our trip so we were able to spread out. Toilets on board if you need them but none at the Pier after 8pm (although we nipped into the bowling alley a couple of piers down to use the restrooms)

So glad we took this cruise. Great way to end a week in the Big . The hosts , boat and jazz band were all amazing. Was so lucky was a clear night also and hence amazing views of NYC and surrounding areas. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately when we arrived to board we were told the time had been changed to later that evening which we could not make work. The ticket office said that an email had been sent a month earlier with the change of departure time but I had not received this. They did offer a full refund and currently awaiting Viator to process this. Disappointed because we missed our chance to see NYC from the river

This. Was. Amazing. We were excited enough to go on a jazz cruise down the Hudson during the Christmas season, but this surpassed all expectations. The jazz band, for starters, was brilliant - three extremely talented musicians providing energetic and melodic Christmas tunes, with great charisma. And the cruise staff were gracious, helpful, good-humoured, and the drinks and holiday cookies a real treat. On top of all this, to cruise so close to the Lady Liberty at night was a mesmerising experience. Highly recommended for a fantastic night excursion!

This was a wonderful way to see the NYC city lights from a different perspective. Great staff. Good food and drink. The jazz trio and vocalist were terrific. Great American songbook jazz and Christmas tunes. I worried this might be a bit “cheesy”, but it was really lovely and fun.

One of the highlights of our visit to New York! Fabulous staff. Great Christmassy Jazz. The best views ! I am so glad we had this experience. The city lights were spectacular and the close up of the Statue of Liberty was amazing! I can’t rate this trip highly enough. Worth every penny.

Every part of this experience was top notch. The boat is clean and accommodating, the holiday decorations added to the spirit, the staff was delightful, the sights were beautiful and then there was the music …the jazz was SUPERB!! There was a great selection of drinks and the cookies were tasty!! I chose this experience based on the amazing reviews so I wanted to add another so you would not wait to book this delightful holiday experience! Book it with friends for a lovely evening out!!

Was nice. Very good band! I could imagine some more style such as cool costumes/uniforms for the musicians, beer from glasses (no cans!), coffee or chocolade from mugs (no plastic to-go cups). Great look at the Statue of Liberty!

Our group of four had a lovely time on the beautiful boat. My young niece, who gets nervous on boats, felt safe. The jazz trio were wonderful and played some holiday tunes as well as classic jazz numbers. The staff were very friendly. Stunning views of the skyline, Statue of Liberty, Brooklyn Bridge and Manhattan Bridge!

We did the Holiday Jazz Cruise as part of the celebrations for my 50th birthday. The boat is stunning and sparkling clean. The staff were all very attentive especially Andrew who joined in with all our banter and kept our drink flowing. Fantastic atmosphere even though there was probably only 20 people on the trip. The Jazz band were superb and even played Happy Birthday as there was a few people who's birthdays were due. Had a brilliant time and would totally recommend.

We did the Holiday Jazz Cruise and it was great! The band was great and the views were incredible. The only reason I gave 4/5 is because the outside of the windows had a bunch of water spots and it prevented us from taking good pictures in the warm area—we had to go outside to take them (was in December so was slightly chilly on the water)

We had a great time listening to the band and singing along with the Christmas carols. The staff was very friendly and attentive.

Great captain and crew, clean boat, great drinks - and most importantly, great experience to see NYC from the water! A perfect way to spend two hours!

This was a last minute addition to our Christmas trip in December, and boy, am I glad we booked it! It was freezing outside, but the boat is nice and warm. I was worried about it being enclosed, with rough water and heat blasting, however you could barely feel the boat move. This cruise took you all up and down the NY skyline, to Ellis Island and the Statue of Liberty (breathtaking up close at night) and even over into the East River a little to see the Brooklyn Bridge. We had an absolute blast. The wine and beer choices were great, and very inexpensive after the first complimentary glass. The jazz band was awesome, and the views were simply breathtaking. I've been to NY several times, and this was truly the highlight of all of my trips! The only CON in my book was that you're assigned tables and you're sitting with folks you don't know. We weren't interested in meeting new people, so this proves to be a little awkward. Try to get on the boat first so that you can get the good window seats. Definitely recommend booking this trip! A+ from start to finish!

Do you want to end your day on a high note? If so, this is the cruise to book. We took the 7:30 PM Holiday Jazz Cruise and it was delightful ! Picture sitting inside a nicely appointed vessel with a glass of champagne or Spiked Hot Chocolate in hand while a jazz music plays Christmas tunes. But guess what, you are on the Hudson River and you look out the window and have some of the most amazing views ever. Camera in hand, you head outside to take some shot of the Manhattan Skyline. A great touch however, was while you are outside, they’d piped the jazz music outside on the deck so you can hear it ! Hats off to the captain/crew. While we were at the Statue of Liberty, they slowed down and took extra time so we could capture some amazing nighttime photos of the SOL and the skyline. I loved getting to meet new people who were seated at my table. I ordered an extra drink and the cost was not too high and it tasted great with the Christmas Cookies that you all provided. Thanks for giving me a memorable night – it was truly that.

It was really wonderful. An absolute must for all Christmas fans. Music and cookies create the right atmosphere. The view of the skyline and the Statue of Liberty is really impressive. Definitely recommended.

Wonderful time. Cruise at sunset. Very good music and excellent musicians. Bartender care. A breathtaking view of Manhattan then Ellis Island and the Statue of Liberty!!! I recommend 100%.
