New York City Pass highlights the prime tourist spots in New York for those who are in they city for the first time or want to revisit the city with fresh eyes. Having timed tickets is not only convenient but definitely decreased the time lining up to see the sights. It was definitely worth it to purchase the City PASS.
I can’t recommend enough the positives of having this city pass. Made seeing the sites a lot easier. Only draw back is that for some reason I was the one who made the request but for some reason it would only allow my friend to actually book the events on the day!
Great value for money. Used it to see a lot of sites in New York. Was able to book time slots to suit us . When seeing new places
The pass works great , you just need to know you’ll have to buy separate tickets for other things such as audio tours or in my case to the top of the Empire State Building and the pedestal @ the Statue of Liberty !! Be sure to get all your info !!!
It's quite convenient to have your tickets in hand and not have to make a line to purchase them there. I wish they had more variety of attractions, but it's still a good deal and a good way to explore a new city
So easy to use and amend times if necessary. Good variety and good value.
Excellent - value for money, easy to use. We were able to prioritise what we wanted to do but with the pass content also were able to add other things where time allowed. Perfect for our needs.
The Citi pass included good sightseeing options for our first trip to NYC. It presented good value and the app was very helpful.
good deal. including most places that I wanted to visit. status of liberty. empire state building. and 911 memorial
Would highly recommend buying the pass. We had some rainy days and I was easily able to swap what I’d booked around! Was so easy to use!
Fantastic way to see all the major sights of New York. This is really good value - we bought the pass for two adults and one teenager and worked out that we basically got our teenager in for free at all the venues. The app is so easy to use and allowed us to change the times of our bookings due to bad weather too. Would highly recommend.
Read what is fully included in passes and what area it covers. Although still value for money. Directions given from hotel to venue
Amazing! It’s so worth buying the City Pass we got to see many landmarks without having to pay individually. It was super convenient.
Great options, great value. We loved being able to choose some great experiences for less than individual tickets
So much to do, see, experience and enjoy!!! Such a walkable city!! Great theatre, great food, lots of variety!! We ❤️ NYC❣️
Great way to see the entire city! Staff were very friendly and organized. Great experience for our entire family!
Really easy to use the app and book the activities, I felt this was good value for money. I chose to book the Statue of Liberty separately to get the crown access included (note - you cannot upgrade the pass to include the crown access).
Great way to see NYC landmarks inexpensively. It saves a lot of time. Recommending anyone who visits get one.
Easy to use , good value for money
Really good way of seeing NY, much cheaper than doing it individually and also easy as it just goes into your Apple wallet
Nice book ahead on city pass app over all pretty good experiences it’s making me write a lot so I’m done
City passes are the way to go cheaper and saves waiting in the queues. Easy to download to wallet…….
All of the things that we did with the pass were absolutly great. We had no problem on any of the venues and all off them were top notch
It is worth buying if you want to do many attractions- best to work it out before you go so you know what the costs are if you don’t want to do them all.
So easy to use and you don’t need to print tickets. Even better that you can change most of the trips times if you arrive early or you know your running late. If I was going again I would definitely get this again.
I loved the CityPASS for New York City! It was on an App and it was easy to use. Several times I had to modify my reservations for a couple of events and it was super easy. The options of things to do in New York City were the big ones you would want to see (ex. 9/11 Memorial, Statue of Liberty & Top of the Rock and more). And it was all included in 1 price so is was convenient too!
Worth the money to save on multiple attractions. We booked Empire State Building, 911 memorial & museum, Top of the Rock and City Line Cruise (we upgraded to the best of NYC). Great tour and well worth the money to get around more of the city that we wouldn't have had time to do it all by foot.
Great experience on all excursions that we chose to do. Easy to book and tickets were easy to access after.
Very good we went to Empire State Building, Top Of The Rock, Intrepid Museum, Museum of Natural History & 9/11 Memorial, it was very easy to navigate all attractions and Museums, with the city pass app and reserving my times, 9/11 memorial was very emotional leave time to explore the memorial and be prepared for the emotional side of the memorial
Fab ticket deal no waiting in long queues. Would definitely purchase again for our next city trip soon
Great way to see the city and save some money on entrance prices. We were deciding between this and the New York Pass, and actually liked the limit of 5 things to choose, so we didn’t spend ages having to research each. It was easy to book on the app. Most of the time we booked for the same or next day, sometimes for the next hour. No trouble downloading tickets or getting into attractions. Only complaint is that I had to keep selecting New York from the list of passes every time I opened the app.
The sites are amazing you need to book your trip in advance as it gets really busy well worth the money and so easy to use
all ok easy to make a reservation on every tourist spot in the pass. save money. We enjoy Statue of liberty and Ellis Island, top of the rock, empire state observatory 9/11
Lots of interesting information and displays before you head up for the amazing views. Great to go at 8:45pm - not crowded and beautiful.
Best to book in advance and specially for popular buildings eg 9/11 memorial. Book at least 2 or 3 days in advance. Booking was v easy and tickets on phone so it was so easy to manage
Excellent discount on prices on the door , no hassle getting into attractions . Some pre booking needed prior to attending some attractuons
My daughter and I have just returned from a 5 night stay in NYC . We wanted to organise an itinerary , but also include time for shopping . We decided on the CityPass , and were impressed with it's simplicity . We chose The Empire State Building , The American Museum of Natural History , The 911 memorial and museum , The Top Of The Rock , and circle line express cruise. The app suggests which ones need booking in advance , and you can change dates/ times if you change your mind. All the excursions worked seamlessly , and included in your CityPass for the museum was one exhibition . We then covered other excursions ourselves , Grand Central Station , the Public Library , Central Park , Brooklyn Bridge etc .
The value for money here is excellent. This includes the Empire State Building (potentially two visits - day time and evening on the same day) and the American Museum of Natural History (including one additional activity). You can then choose three from a range of activities. I chose to visit the Statue of Liberty, the Intrepid Museum, and the Guggenheim Museum of Art. The Intrepid was my favourite of those three - getting to see the USS Intrepid aircraft carrier, the Growler submarine, and the OV-101 space shuttle Enterprise. Guggenheim was the only choice I didn’t enjoy as much, as it was a lot smaller than anticipated. However, as part of the pack it was good. The statue of liberty has alternate options not available through this (a podium and crown tour), but the base one was excellent.
The tickets were very good value for money, however due to my email address not being sent to City Pass, at first we were unable to book any activities. This was soon rectified with a phone all to customer service, after that the bookings went well.
So easy to book and pay for. Given a choice of experiences to visit. Downloaded the pass onto an app and presented at the various places to gain entry. Excellent price too!!
We used the city pass for Statue of Liberty, Empire State Building and the Natural Museum of History. Definitely paid for itself.
Be sure to plan ahead, it will make the trip easier. If changes are needed, the app makes it very easy to complete.
I had high expectations when I purchased my New York Citypass. The trips I did do were amazing. As well as the 2 included excursions, I booked for Top of the Rock and the 911 memorial and Museum. Very moving and highly worth visiting, all of them. However the choice then diminished as the Cruises, Intrepid and Guggenheim museum are now not included in the price, so price wise, it may not be as good value as it makes out. Whether these are temporary exclusions is unclear but be warned.
The city pass is very easy to use and makes it easier and cheaper to book sone of the key places. It's also easy to alter booked timeslots for entry to monuments if your plans change
We loved the flexibility, the things to do offered were top-notch, and the actual pass price was really fabulous!! The app has a very user-friendly screen of your choices at a glance, with dates and times at my fingertips! Loved it all, you can't go wrong with the pass!!
It is a real pain when the venue (e.g. American Museum of Natural History) makes you wait in line to show your City Pass and exchange it for their tickets.
Managing my activities during my stay in Manhattan in one place was very helpful, the individual reservations processes were simple, the activities were very interesting.
Good, we needed more time to enjoy everything the pass had to offer. Several of the choices were far from our location.
This particular pass worked really well for us, as it covered the things we wanted to do specifically so we didn't have to pay for access to a ton of things we weren't going to do. The app was easy to navigate as well, which was helpful.
