Such a great tour! Vince was our tour guide and we loved his depth of knowledge about NYC, the local neighborhoods, and the chocolate shops and experiences. He adapted to our family's needs on the fly.
Loved all of the experiences…appreciated the way you could get all the info you needed and even if you had a wait for the people already in an experience, you could view them and l see what to do! I just loved it! And our team ranged from 13 to 65 years old!
Vince was the BEST tour guide! His enthusiasm and ability to tell history via storytelling is phenomenal! His interactions with not only is, but others in the community demonstrated his genuine love for people and this city. He is a true gem. THANK YOU VINCE!
Tour operator canceled tour and a week later still had not provided a refund. We were only notified a few hours before the tour was to take place.
Vincent was an amazing! We went on a tour in November, 7 food stops and very interesting history facts of Greenwich area. I liked the coffee stop as well, perfect way to break the sweet taste.
The hot chocolate was our favorite! Our tour guide was very knowledgeable of the area & we learned a lot.
Got to the starting and there was no one there. The best tours phone number was disconnected so there was no way to find out where the group was, If there was a group.
Marcy did a very nice job telling us about the products we were eating and history of the village area.
It was canceled a few hours before. A special birthday celebration but company had no Plan B. And it was take 10 days for a refund
Marcy was a wonderful tour leader. She gave us some historic history of the West Village. It was a nice section of chocolate places not just American chocolate. Japanese and Mexican was included.
Was not contacted that guide was not coming, so poor We just waited and waited Was told there would be a refund, bit nothing yet
Justin was very informative and pleasant. Nice variety of chocolate options. There was a chocolate cookie, truffles, ice cream, cupcake, Japanese chocolate ganache and chocolate covered potato chip.
We had a great tour with Kyle. It was a small group and he really took the time to make sure questions were answered along the way. The stop at Sees Candies was amazing. The gentleman there who told us about Sees was a great storyteller and was so gracious in providing samples. The ice cream at the end was the perfect way to finish on a hot day. There are plenty of samples on this tour and we left feeling overstuffed! I would suggest planning to purchase candy from Sees - -you won't be disappointed.
We had a great tour with Marcy. Be prepared for lots of walking though, but definitely worth it. Except for the nationally know See's Candies, each stop (6 in call) was a locally owned shop. We often got to choose our own choice which was fun - others it was owner's choice. Either way it was a chocolate lover's delight. Well worth it. Marcy was very informative.
The system allowed me to book a tour on a day that ended up being a "non tour day". I was charged for my 4 tickets and able to print the tickets. We ended up spending 20 minutes waiting for a tour guide and another 30 minutes on hold and eventually explaining our situation to customer service. Waiting on a refund!
We had a wonderful time walking throughout Greenwich Village tasting all the chocolate treats! FYI-It was a lot of walking, so folks with mobility issues may not want to take this tour.

<p>Our guide did not have a loud enough voice for everyone to hear as we had 20 people on the tour. Not much of a story and the samples were meager.</p>
<p>Great tour only main issue was where we met easy to find but the walk of where we met to the first was very long. Next time have the meeting place closer to the first venue. Plenty of walking and love the fact we were able to sit and some of the places and they had rest rooms. Loved the fact many of the places gave full size items not one bite. Ex we each got our own cookie, cupcake, etc. Tour guide spoke to each of us about anything and tour guide knew all the places we were going very little tour guide looking where to go. REally liked the fact that yes advetised as chocolate and very true we did dive into many chocolates, good variety, places very accomodating. Bonus for this tour not many so was able to go into each venue as a group and not need to take turns. Great tour.</p>
<p>Our tour guide was excellent - very knowledgeable about each place we visited about 6 places and added fun facts about interesting spots we walked by. He was also funny and well-mannered making sure we were doing OK during our walking. Each place gave us delicious treats to try we did have to wait in line to purchase our own goodies, though. Highly recommend! And if you get Justin as your tour guide - you're lucky!!</p>
Tour fand nicht statt. Das Mindeste, was man in so einem Fall erwartet, ist ja wohl eine Absage durch den Tourveranstalter, so dass man sich nicht zum Treffpunkt begibt und dort verharrt, in der Hoffnung, dass doch irgendwann noch jemand erscheint. Da dies an unserem letzten Tag passierte, konnte man sich vormittags auch nicht wirklich was vornehmen, da man sich ja um 12 beim Treffpunkt einfinden musste. Dies war extrem ärgerlich, man hätte sich sonst den letzten Tag ganz anders eingeteilt. Wirklich keine Empfehlung, ich rate vom Buchen dieser Tour absolut ab.
