New York City Tour With Driver-guide And Separate Guide Option

Ron gave us a great, customized tour of the city. We only had one day in town, and he showed up a good overview of the city. We would definitely recommend him to others!

We chose this tour because a member of our group was 7 months pregnant and walking was not an option. Communication was excellent even before the day of the tour. On the day of the tour, Ron and Billy picked us up in front of our hotel. Both asked us what we wanted to see and explore. Once we had decided on a game plan, we were off. Well, as much as you can be in Manhattan traffic on a Saturday. Honestly, I much prefer walking tours, but if circumstances dictate the need for transportation - this is the way to go. We covered the city from central park to battery park. From the East river to the Hudson. If it was worth seeing, Ron and Billy got us there. The only negative to the day was that the traffic kept slowing us down. Ron and Billy secretly compensated for the traffic issues as the tour was a little longer than planned. The two made a great pair and while Billy was the guide that walked with us, Ron had an extreme amount of knowledge to share as he was getting us from point to point. The two were a great pair and genuinely care about your experience. As a matter of fact, our tour went a little long and toward the end they asked us about dinner. I told them that we had reservations at Carmine's but probably would not make it because of the delay. Billy attempted several calls to the restaurant to discuss our reservation and lateness. No one from Carmine's answered the phone, so Billy walked us into the restaurant to make sure we were seated. Amazing day with two amazing people.

This tour was well worth the investment. Ronald was very knowledgeable and taught us so much about NY as we travelled around. He was accommodating, friendly and we were able to see so much in 6 hours. Highly Recommend!!!

We spend the day with Joel and Freddy. Joel is entertainer and quide. Coincidental he had lived in Amsterdam. My university city so we had a lot to chat about Excellent explanation of NY history and buildings. Amazing calm driving from Freddy made the day unforgettable We traveled with a nearly 2 year old what made it a bigger challenge but everyone enjoyed and adjusted perfectly

This experience was even more fabulous than I thought it would be! So much better than jockeying for a good seat on an overcrowded bus! I highly recommend having the separate guide as Dan was able to tell us wonderful facts about what we were seeing when we left the car, while Robert the driver could drive around or wait for us. Robert also gave us some good facts. The two worked well together even though this was their first time. They totally customized what we saw to our interests which can be hard with two teenage boys in tow. My oldest was fascinated to see what he was learning about in his US history classes. Of course we were blessed with amazing weather but I believe they would have made it great even if it were raining. I wish i could give it 10 stars.

Terrible, awful experience. Wouldn't ever use this company again, in New York or any other locations.

The driver and tour guide was GREAT!! We have absolutely no complaints. We had a great experience, learned a lot and saw a lot. Couldn’t have asked for anything better.

This was our first trip to the Big Apple and we wanted to get the skinny from a local guide. Our guide's name was Mr. Piedmonte and he was punctual, courteous, accommodating, and very informative. He actually extended our tour by 90 minutes without our asking because he wanted us to see more of his city. We highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting NYC.

We had so much to see and so little time and this is a perfect way to get a great feel of the city. Scott our driver loves New York and it shows in the lovely way he tours the city. Wonderful van clean and professional in every way. Will do it again very time I am in the New York area.

We had a fabulous tour with driver-guide Scott. He picked us up at the cruise terminal in Brooklyn and we went non-stop for 6 hours +. We were able to get out and walk around the sights as desired while Scott either parked or drove around the block. We let him decide on the itinerary since some of us had not been to NYC before. He did a fantastic job. Couldn't ask for a better tour or tour guide. I highly recommend this tour.

Could not have asked for a more enjoyable, informative tour of Manhattan than the time spent with Rob and Scott. We saw all the places we asked to see and were given insights into each one we wouldn't have received otherwise.We mentioned we had seen the musical Hamilton the day before and without asking, we were taken to Trinity Church where Hamilton, his wife and son are buried.While the separate guide option is somewhat pricey, it is worth every penny.

We were so pleased with our tour around the city. We were traveling with children, and Scott did a wonderful job of tailoring the day around their requests. We saw in one day what it would have taken us multiple days to see on our own and it was so stress free & enjoyable. The SUV was super well maintained as well. We all learned so many interesting things....the information was the perfect amount....not too many details, but some very interesting tidbits. <p>Booking this tour after a 7 day cruise for four people with luggage was the best option as we had a whole day in New York before flying out of JFK at 7.30pm that night. Scott our driver was prompt, experienced, knowledgeable and very informative. We sat down in his car, pulled out a map and he then asked us what we had seen and what we would like to visit, we then left it up to him to take us on an amazing journey from Lower East Manhattan, Financial district, Soho, Greenwich village, Little Italy, where we stopped for coffee and morning eats! at the famous Ferrara Bakery!, then onto 911 memorial, Brooklyn Bridge, Heights, Gleeson Gym, Williamsburg, Queens,<br/> the list goes on!!, <br/> Lunch at a famous Bagel shop in Queens!<br/> Scott even took us to the Queens Museum to see a replica of New York, it was amazing!<br/> I thoroughly recommend this tour ! We saw so much in 7 hours, he even dropped us back at the airport.<br/> Scott thank you so much for a wonderful day and an amazing experience, your tour made up our mind that we will be back in New York again one day in the not to distance future.</p>

<p>The best way to tour the city! We saw so much more in one day than we would have been able to see on our own. And our tour guide Scott was very knowlegable and helpful. He was a great driver and arrived in a very clean vehicle. A great experience and worth the extra money since we were traveling with my elderly parents.</p>

<p>We planned this tour at the conclusion of a cruise. Our guide picked us up at the cruise ship terminal, then dropped us off at the airport. We had a great tour! Scott took us to many sites, but also tailored the tour for us. When he found out that we liked stained glass, he suggested an exhibition at a museum close to the airport. Very personalized and quite enjoyable experience!</p>
