David was a great guide. The stops were perfectly planned. Communication was key here and I must say, David kept us informed the entire time.
tour is following the schedule of the Maid of the Mist, but you can have free time and even go to Canada side as alternative.
Emili was an incredible tour guide for our Niagara Falls trip. She was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and knew the perfect spots for photos while sharing amazing history. I highly recommend booking a tour with her!
We had a great time at the Niagra Falls State Park. Our tour guide Emily was amazing, she was very informative and helpful throughout the entire process. I am only giving two stars ⭐️ to this tour because the seats in the bus were very uncomfortable, not enough room to move your legs, no place where to put your drinks, the seats didn’t have enough cushion and you could feel the metal in the back of the seat. This was a night tour, and it took about 22 hours round trip. You need to provide comfortable seats and enough leg space for your travelers to be comfortable. The experience at the Niagra Falls was wonderful and our tour guide was great . Everything else was bad.
It was very nice. Emily gave very detailed information from the falls to directions. And gave alot of time to explore everything. Highly recommend this tour and ask for Emily.
Emily was our tour guide and she was AMAZING! I cannot recommend this trip enough! I am in NYC Fri-Mon and went on this trip on Friday night. Got back with more than enough time on Saturday to still enjoy an evening of city nightlife! I’d also like to thank our drivers Jose and Jorge. It was a very smooth ride with no issues (as someone who is constantly carsick). This experience could not have been better!
Great experience that was truly a fun time despite the long bus ride! Time spent with family was great and the sights sounds and feeling linked to Niagara Falls will always be embroiled in my positive memory banks!!!
Take toothpaste underwear and be prepared to get very very wet.....its a long and tiring journey The coach was unsuitable for such a long journey not allowed food on board although stops were made to purchase snacks in some cases food choices were extremely limited.....seating was old and well worn making it very uncomfortable and leg space was limited for tall people....the one really positive was Emily our guide she did a very good job given that there were several nationalities who needed explanations so multiple languages became a little time consuming
I had a great experience! Everything was well organized, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the whole trip was enjoyable from start to finish. I felt safe, everything ran smoothly, and I would definitely recommend this experience to anyone visiting. Thank you for making it such a memorable trip!
Maria and the drivers were brilliant. Amazing experience and well worth the long bus trip. It’s a must and shouldn’t be missed off any itinerary. Thank you for the amazing experience
We had an amazing time. Emily our tour guide was friendly, and organised everything, she was very efficient. The coach was comfortable and the time travelling went quickly. Worth the travel time to experience the falls. The Maid of the mist boat ride was such fun a must do. All in all a very enjoyable trip, thank you Emily
It’s very nice experience on time start and drop off including breaks, Tour guide excellent in her professional planning. I defiantly recommend this tour especially travel from Newyork in short time and come back. But only drawbacks is seats very like a flight very congested but given the price is reasonable and bathroom is included the bus it’s worth for sure.
If doing ferry trip by the Falls be prepared to be wet. Cover your shoes too and have a towel with you. Very good experience to feel the water power. Really liked the trip to get out from busy NY.
Amazing tour, with the help of Maria Clara we had a very good experience
The experience was very overwhelming and everything was planned efficiently. It was 22 hours trip and was amazing. The Guide Maria and Drivers were very helpful and efficient. Loved the atmosphere and crowd size was apt.
Nice and funny guide. Maybe a little bit too much time spend on coffee breaks and breakfast. More time at the caves or other points is more important. Nice visit, a must-have-seen when in NY.
Emily was a great coach host. The coach was comfortable. The Niagara Falls are spectacular. Plenty of time to take photos. The only negative was the Breakfast stop where the food choice was horrible.
Emily (tour guide) & Horge (driver) were both awesome and very pleasant & knowledgeable. I highly recommend this tour.
Well organised tour. Emily was a superb guide.. very knowledgeable. Comfortable bus, safe drivers (very long drive but its worth it).
Worth what you paid for Will always remember the experience will tell family & friends to try this trip when they visit NYC Bus is clean Excellent tour guide , very professional and excellent driver.
It was an amazing experience. Amy & staff are so kind and excellent leaders. The tour time is well organized
The only thing this tour offers is a pick up an drop off service. The tour guide (Amy) was not insightful at all and was not a proper tour guide per se. She didnt have much knowledge to share about the falls other than what u can easily get on the internet in 2 mins of research. For a tour that is 22 hrs long, they should at least provide bottle of water if not a single meal. The bus lacked USB charging ports too.
I did like this experience, but I would like to spend more time at Niagara Falls, we were there just for 4 hours in the morning and then we went for lunch and then we started the journey back to New York City
Great tour guide. She makes sure everybody had a great time. Like we don’t want a boat ride and quickly suggested other options to explore.
Very good love the experience it was easy to get around and the tour person was amazing. You won’t get lost very good when it comes to children. You could bring strollers and walker they could place them under the bus.
This experience is a must. I went to simply get out of the city and see something scenic and it was the most wonderful experience. The tour guide emily was such a bright character she was so great and made us all feel so welcomed.
I arrived from my 11 PM departure and it was grossly unorganized. Everyone was gathered in the street trying to get on a bus. The guide notified us that there were two buses one that was English speaking and with Spanish speaking. I am English speaking. They called my name out and said I am going to the Spanish bus. I went to the bus and nobody spoke English on the bus. Apparently there was a Spanish-speaking group traveling altogether and the tour company thought it was a smart idea to put two English speakers in the middle of everyone speaking Spanish. One of the tour guides was nice and the other one was not, and accused me of being racist because I did not want to stay on the bus. I am not racist, but I do like to speak with others when I’m traveling. Being that I’m not a fluent Spanish-speaking person that would’ve been hard to do. BTW, this is not the first time I had an issue with this company. I took a trip to Washington DC, and it was the same issue as they put a Japanese traveling group to the front of the bus and the last four rows were the English speakers. So my advice to you be aware that regardless if you show up on time and lineup to board the bus, this company will still put you in the back of the bus if you speak English. I recently canceled the trip that I had scheduled to Martha’s Vineyard because this would be the third time having an issue with this company. I was so excited to travel, but Viator took that away from me.😩
It was wonderful and enjoyed it. I will recommend it. Amy and the driver were very professional and pleasant. The photos came up so beautiful.
The tour was awful!!! They were 40minutes late at the meeting point and the bus was really uncomfortable. To be 8 hours each way and since visitors sleep in the bus they should put better buses and the bathroom didn't work . They had to stop every time when people had to go to bathrooms. The tour guide didn't respect the group pacing. There were seniors they couldn't walk fast and she was walking really fast and didn't wait for the whole group to give the information. Drivers were very good, but it is an experience I don't recommend with this agency. Niagara falls are beautiful but you need better condition provided by the agency to have an unforgettable experience. Very bad
Amazing experience, beautiful views price worthy. Go with viator for the Niagra view. You will be amazed, we visited on April when the boating was closed in Niagara due to heavy snow
The trip to Niagara Falls especially at the American-Canadian border was a spectacular and breathtaking sight. The constant supply of clean oxygen coupled with a cool breeze from the winds made it a once in a lifetime and memorable experience especially on a pleasant summer day. It truly was a place of serenity and rejuvenation. Everything seems like it was frozen in time. The chirping of the and buzzing activity of the local wildlife including the Swan Goose, American Robin, Starlings , Thrusher bird and congregation of thousands of seagulls made it a balanced and diverse ecosystem where multiple species of birds and small mammals could coexist and be a safe haven for generations to come. The highlights of the tour were Goat Island; which included American Falls, Bridal Vell Falls and Horshoe Falls( the biggest of the three), Luna Island, Terrapin Point, Green Island, Cave of the Winds, The Observation Tower and the Maid of the Mist. It was the ultimate experience and an escape from the crowded metropolis and all the bustling noise of motorized vehicles. Out tour guide Amy did a fantastic job in explaining all the above mentioned spots and her friendly demeanor made everyone feel welcomed. I highly recommend her to be others' tour guide to the Falls in the near future.
Amy was excellent and covered everything. Highly Recommend. The bus is a little uncomfortable, but that is expected on long tours.
I requested the English tour. I have emails saying what time the tour was supposed to start weeks before our trip. I was in the lobby at the time the tour was supposed to start. I receive two messages in Spanish from the driver. I sent multiple messages back tried calling several times, but I don’t speak Spanish. Needless to say the tour bus left us and we were unable to do our tour. This was main reason we came to New York was for this tour. I am very disappointed with the communication. I’ve been very satisfied with my vibe to service in the past, but this was quite a disappointment.
I booked the trip to enjoy the boat ride and see the waterfalls. After completing my reservation and boarding the bus, I was surprised to find that the boat hadn't been booked due to bad weather. We hadn't been notified in advance so we could change the date and enjoy the experience for the price we paid. The bus was also old, and the smell in the bathroom bothered us and caused respiratory allergies. We are very upset about this. It's very unfortunate.
Firstly, the bus to pick us up was late. Everyone was confused, and wondering if we were at the right location. This tour mentions they have an English/Spanish speaking tour guide, but it was a native Spanish, and very limited English speaker. The members of the group that did not speak Spanish were completely left out. The bus was extremely uncomfortable. Make sure to bring A LOT of blankets and pillows (as if it's not an inconvenience to carry all of this when traveling). We were told we would arrive in the morning to a place where we can "freshen up", which was really a McDonald's, and I don't know how much "freshening up" you can do there. When we were leaving the bus breaks down and we were stranded in the middle of nowhere while we wait for another person that's hours away to bring another bus. Due to the very long delay we asked to be accommodated and dropped off elsewhere (because others were doing the same). The guide simply ignored me and only paid attention to the woman that was demanding to be dropped off in New Jersey. To sum it up, the staff didn't speak English and was incredibly rude, and the bus was in such bad conditions it broke down in the middle of the highway. Don't travel with Interviajes: horrible, unorganized and ghetto.
What an incredible time! The area was amazing, the bus comfortable, lots of stops for potty breaks and snacks 😋
It was good,But i expected something more,For example it was written that there would be wifi in bus,but there wasn't ,and also bus seat was quite uncomfortable, But the tour guy carlos was really nice and friendly ,i liked him Overall it was fine
It was awesome, so beautiful ! It is a must ! We were lucky it was the first day for the maid of the mist :) Emily was awesome and the drivers too !!
We travelled all night long with a bus that was uncomfortable, the seats didn’t have enough space considering that the travel was 7/8h go and back. Moreover I felt rainy drops above my head and during the night it was cold. Once arrived to Niagara the weather was cloudy the temperature quite good but we couldn’t appreciate the falls. Of course we are in winter and is reasonable. The tour guide was nice even though I would have appreciated more explanations about the falls in situ and not in the bus. Considering all these situations, the price I paid was too much
We had a great experience, very comfortable transportation, our guide, Emily did a great job. She was very friendly, and always taking care of are needs. it was so good experience I highly recommend this
Although the Journey was long for both ways, it was well worth travelling to see the Niagara Falls up close.
it was a great experience, I would the the tour again in a near future, thank you for your great service 😁
Increíble experience, I'm grateful for all the good time we had. I would do it again if I had the chance. Special thanks and congrats to Emily, she did a great job as our guide.
Experiencing the waterfalls up close was a wonderful experience. I would recommend this visit to anyone in or visiting the area.
Emily and the drivers were great. Emily was very knowledgeable about Niagara Falls. I would recommend this to family and friends.
Great experience, Emily did a very good job. It is a long trip but the bus is very comfortable and leaving late at night was a good idea as we were one of the first there so could take a really nice photos. We also managed to come back around 8pm but this was Tuesday so maybe less traffic. Two drivers which swap every few hours so it feels safe. I recommend this trip.
Such a great trip! Really lovely day, we got lucky with fantastic weather! If you are thinking of booking this, I recommend you get an inflatable travel pillow to give yourself the best chance to sleep. Also get an extra layer of clothing because they really blast the AC on the bus. Pros: - It’s the fastest and cheapest way to get to Niagara from NYC - They book your exact seat number, so you don’t have to fight over your preferred seat on the day - You get a free Mist of the veil boat pass - They give you a lovely postcard at the end - The tour guide was nice and friendly Cons: - There was no sink inside the bus toilet - The bus was smelly and it got progressively worse as the trip went on - During our time on the bus the tour guide didn’t tell us anything about the falls or the surrounding areas. There is so much history, geography and anecdotes they could have told us about that it felt a bit lazy and underwhelming on their side. I get they want to let everyone sleep, but there was plenty of time we were all awake. They could have given us at least a 30min of an audio tour. Overall I would recommend it, especially if the weather is good.
This review is in two parts. The positives are: it was reasonably priced when you consider other choices like flight to Buffalo, hotel costs, and it doesn’t bite into your days inNew York. The drivers are very polite and courteous and the two tour guides are knowledgeable- we had Yvette. There were two rest breaks on the 7 hour journey there with an opportunity to get drinks and breakfast. Similarly on the return journey we stopped at a shopping mall and had lunch in a supermarket and later on stopped at a service station. Yvette and her colleague chaperoned us to all the key areas so lots of photo opportunities along with key facts. On the down side, not much leg room on the coach, particularly if you have long legs - you need to catch some sleep! Although advertised and signed in the coach, no WiFi but the biggest issue was the onboard toilet NO HANDWASH! The guides need to be tougher with the travellers. Instructions were very clearly stated in Spanish and English and specific times for returning were given. However a number of selfish Spanish speaking travellers were repeatedly late to the extent that the driver did a loop three times to pick them all up taking over an hour and resulting in the trip to the Hydraulics Museum for those that did return on time and in the right place being penalised. You state quite clearly that if you are not at the right place for the start of the journey you will not wait. The same should be applied for tardiness at meeting places. If travellers don’t want to join in with the group, give them a time and destination and the responsibility.
Tour canceled last moment. I reached the pick up point and found no bus I messaged and then got a reply that we were trying to reach you to tell that tour is canceled. When I checked my mail there were 2 mails - one asking me to bring blanket and other one which reached me late that tour is canceled and opt for other dates. Tour was booked just a day before and the operator should have known that he can’t operate next day. Please just refund the money
