The view from the top was awesome. Make sure it is a crystal clear day. You can see for miles from the top. We went in the middle of the afternoon and walked right in. We purchased the general ticket. They offer several choices for various age groups. The elevator to the top, 102 floors travels quickly. While reaching the level you are entertained by a movie.

Excellent Saw the four presidents Remembering my dear friends brother who passsed away
Visited with teenagers. Everyone was impressed with the views. Gift shop was ridiculously priced, same items much less expensive at Ellis Island.
Good experience. Amazing building. Atmosphere a bit boring. No crowds as such. People just walk freely everywhere, lol. Staff helpful.
Too expensive for a self tour. The history or whatever 3mins video of NYC doesn't say much of ehat you're looking at. Which they can use that video off the elevator to let visitors know what they'll be looking at other than showing NYC over the ,ears.
An amazing experience, and very humbled to have been able to visit.
Early morning entry was a good move, everyone really helpful and not to busy. It was a beautiful clear day, which you need
Americans curate experiences like no one else! Super fast elevator with surround panorama of the area. Observation decks enclosed ( thank goodness). The tower is a symbol of regrowth, resilience and a giant middle finger to the world!
Ok so our 5th NY viewing gallery, this was pretty pricey for what it gives. Once on the 100th floor we had clear views of the surrounding area but that’s about it, not as spectacular as the Edge or as entertaining as Vanderbilt, I must say the lifts were brilliant and interactive but as it was so quiet on our visit we were the only two in the lifts both ways, not sure you get the same experience with a full lift.
Amazing views from the tallest building in NYC We visited One World Observatory on a Tuesday afternoon and really enjoyed the experience. The lift up was a great touch, showing how the New York skyline has developed over the years as you travel upwards. Once at the top, the views are incredible. We had already visited SUMMIT One Vanderbilt, which I personally preferred overall as an experience, but One World offers something different. You are so high up and can see much further across the city, including great views towards the Statue of Liberty. It wasn’t particularly busy when we visited and we never felt rushed, so we could spend as much time as we wanted taking in the views. We also decided to eat at the restaurant. We hadn’t booked, but the staff were really friendly and managed to give us a table right by the window. It was technically near the toilets, but from a view perspective it was actually a hidden gem of a table! The food itself was fairly average, so I wouldn’t necessarily visit just for the food, but having a meal with that view made it a really memorable experience. There isn’t a huge amount else to do once you’re at the top, so this attraction is definitely mainly about the views. However, being able to go to the top of the tallest building in New York makes it feel like one of those experiences worth doing at least once. If you’re already visiting another observation deck such as SUMMIT, I wouldn’t say One World is essential purely for the view, but the height, views towards the Statue of Liberty and experience of being in One World Trade Center make it unique enough to justify visiting.
Honestly, I would skip it. I would go to the Summit at One Vanderbilt instead. The views were mediocre. The lines were incredibly long. And it was far too crowded. The summit has multiple rooms that are huge so you don’t feel like you’re stuck with a whole bunch of other people and they have a bar that’s actually open.
Wonderful! This place is beautiful and really well done. This was the only observatory we did so I don’t have much to compare it to. We went at 6:30pm so got to experience the views right as the sun was setting. I would highly recommend this!
A great experience and the views over NYC were fantastic! We went a day after visiting the 9/11 memorial so it was all the more poignant and looking down from the top really made you think!
Nice advantage point to have a 360 degree view of Manhattan and other NYC boroughs, and neighboring states, New Jersey and Connecticut.
We went first thing in the morning and there were no crowds. The views were spectacular.
Wonderful sight at night Met some first responders as we were there on the 9/11 weekend. Well worth it!
Didn't really need the priority skip the line ticket, even at noon on the Saturday before Labor Day, as everyone was being funneled into the same line for the elevators. The Elevator experience is really nice and it's different going up from down. The priority tickets do include $15 voucher for food or trinkets, which was enough to get a free T-shirt since half the food places were closed off. We really didn't feel like paying $8 for a small orange juice. We walked thru the Occulus center to get to the OWO entrance. A long walk but very interesting architecture on the inside as some stores have already moved in. When exiting OWO, don't go thru the glass doors, but do take the escalator next to the wall up one floor to the street. Great photo op looking straight up the side of the bldg. Walking to the left around the corner will put you next to the memorial fountains and the 9 /11 museum. If you have time, cross the street from the Occulus and visit Mercer Labs. Another hidden gem in the city.
Do not get the IPad very dated technology. Very good views. No crowds at early times. Would recommend to everyone traveling to New York.
We had a GREAT experience at One World Observatory, from bottom to top. We were there on a midweek visit so not crowded at all. The staff is exceptional and everyone we interacted with was incredibly kind and helpful including security. People, this is a touristy activity so go into it with that mindset. If you are military you get a 50% discount and those in your party get 20% so worth going down to the human manned ticket office. Once atop the views are gorgeous (even when cloudy) and exhibit information interesting. We decided to have a drink in the bar as we were celebrating my husband’s birthday which was a milestone one. The bar staff was amazing , mixing up some delish drinks and buying my husband his. We absolutely LOVED Nicole who was helpful, fun, and had a magical personality. Yup the drink prices are up there (pardon the pun) but it’s no different than any other view type establishment and I’ve done a few in fact I found them less than some places. Highlights of the day- drinks at the top and hanging with Nicole.
It was an amazing experience and beautiful place to explore with friends
We were lucky enough to have a beautiful clear day and had wonderful views all around!! It was amazing! There are two levels open for viewing.
I went with my partner and it was touch and go as to whether he was going to get into the lift as he’s scared of heights. One of the guides Jay helped him all the way, getting into the lift and staying with him the whole way round. He was amazing. The views at the top were just literally out of this world. Just insane!
The One World Observatory at the World Trade Center was an unforgettable experience. We arrived right at opening, so we practically had the entire observatory to ourselves. We could see incredibly far into the skyline, and the city looked beautiful from every angle. The views alone were spectacular, but the history behind this tower and what it stands for New York was powerful and impossible to ignore. Seeing Manhattan from this height while reflecting on what this site means made the visit even more meaningful. Highly recommend going early for the best experience.
The videos on the elevators and the entrance are exceptionally well done. A little tough to get clear pictures at night, but a great site nonetheless. You can see the two tower fountains from above up there.
Different view where you see the statue of liberty, brooklyn bridge and hudson yard. Could be good to do it in the evening as well
Firstly, the staff at One World Observatory is so welcoming. The views of NYC are amazing. EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!
We completed this on our last day in NYC and my children really enjoyed it . Views were amazing. They offer you an iPad for $20 to learn about the view this was great for my autistic son.
Outstanding!! If you visit NYC then try and make time to visit. If you don’t like heights it’ll make you twitch but the views are with it
it was okay nice views but not much included the bar was closed when we were there so we were pretty much done in half hour! the shop was overpriced!
Great views but not much to do there - views of building itself are stunning - the photo taking offer isn’t worth the money
This was a whole experience WITH the best view in NYC! I was not expecting everything leading up to the actual 360° view. WOW!
Unfortunately poor viewing due to weather. Recommend booking on day of planned visit to ensure weather is good.
I am a military veteran and I appreciated the generous admission discount they gave me and my family. On the elevator ride up they had three screens that were AI generated that showed the development each year of NYC from the 1500s to the present 2026. We were there during the World Cup Final and enjoyed the display paying homage to the event. As you can imagine the views at the top were stunning (attached)
We booked for first up in the day. We arrived early and were able to go up right on time. Stunning views in all directions. Highly recommend.
Great view but the smoke from the Canadian wildfires partially obscured what we could see. For some unexplained reason, the bar was closed.
My Family decided to do this impromptu before our admission to the 9/11 museum. We had no problem paying the fee to go up to the top but it was a little annoying all the “extras” you had to do just to get up to the top and see the views. You have to stop and get your picture taken for photos they try to sell you when you get to the top. You also have to stop and watch a movie about New York before they present the view to you which wasn’t bad but sometimes you just want to go up and see. It doesn’t need to be a whole experience. We had a perfect blue sky day so the views were incredible and the kids loved the elevator ride up and down. Super fast and fun. I would definitely recommend it to a person visiting NYC but I think it is kind of a one and done experience.
It was an horrific experience. I paid 103.44 dollars for two tickets at a kiosk inside the building. I didn’t receive the tickets. I was told to see a person downstairs and he will give me the tickets. The employee downstairs told me that he will charge me again because the kiosks sometimes malfunction and they will gave me a refund for the first charge in 5 to 10 business days. I declined to be charged again. They didn’t give me tickets and now I have to chase them to get my money back.
The views are exceptional if you go on a clear day. We went in the morning and it wasn't too crowded at all; basically had it to ourselves. There are a few benches tou can sit and take in the views and a restaurant.
The audio visual and design are outstanding. Worth the money! Do it.
We went first thing in the morning and there was no crowd. Being entirely inside, unlike Empire State Bldg or the Edge, there was no wind and the view was less scary
One World Observatory delivers an unforgettable experience. audio-visual presentation is available. The main observation deck is fully enclosed in glass, offering seamless, 360-degree views. you get unparalleled lookouts over the Brooklyn and Manhattan Bridges, the Statue of Liberty, and the rolling expanse of the Hudson and East Rivers. I would suggest reach there around sunset time to get beautiful views before and after sunset.
This was my second time visiting One World Observatory and the One Dine Restaurant. Both times have been a wonderful experience! The views by day and night are beautiful, with 360 degree views of the city, including the Statue of Liberty. The sunset from above is gorgeous! Every employee from the door and elevator greeters, to the waitresses, and the supervisor on duty at One Dine (Matthew) was very attentive to details to make sure that every guests needs were beyond satisfactory from the moment they entered until the time they left. The food was also magnificent! (Make sure to try the cauliflower appetizer! You won't regret it!) Be sure to put the One World Observatory on your agenda when visiting New York City!
It’s something to say you’ve been to top of the tallest building in the country, but otherwise this attraction is just okay. The views are nice enough. The ride up the elevator with a quick history of NYC is best part. But with no outdoor space or interesting view perspectives, this is just so-so. Definitely not enough pizzazz for my 9 year old niece.
It was beautiful and just breathtaking! We enjoyed a delicious meal and the service was top notch. Would love to go again!
well worth the visit, we had pre booked a timeslot, but arrived and entered early. Very friendly employees, and of course the views were stunning.
The whole presentation business is stupid. they just show you live screen videos of the street outside in New York that you've just been walking in. They're also few comfortable chairs to sit on while you have your refreshments. they try to get you to stand at tables . they don't think to put chairs near the window so you can relax and look out at The View which of course is wonderful.
Perfect view for sunset and nighttime view of Manhattan and beyond. Well organised eith friendly and helpful staff.
Very secure on time. Clean snd staff friendly.
This is truly an amazing NYC adventure and what makes it best are the amazing employees like Jay! We came in and Jay went out of his way to help us with everything!
Awesome. Family pass though was cheaper on their website. Multi level was good. Not too busy due to rain which luckily got cleared up for us. I wish they had the view of underlying glass too
