We enjoyed the Christmas cocoa cruise , the boat trip was brilliant the staff were really lovely and the singer and the band were fantastic , it was lovely and Christmassy , the sights were amazing ,my only slight criticism that the Christmas songs they sang which were brilliant but most the children didn’t know them I think for family Christmas trips like this it would of been better to have songs the children could song to , would definitely go again 😁
The cruise was fantastic, the crew was great. BUT, felt the jazz ensemble was just having a "jam session". Views of the city were great- seeing the Statue of Liberty up close is not to be missed. But, the jazz group was a BUST.
What a fun experience and unique way to see NYC! The staff was wonderful and we especially loved the music. The cookies and beverages were a fun touch and seeing the sunset and day turn to night was a magical way to start our NYC trip.

The music on this cruise is surprisingly good; real jazz aces. And the service stellar as always. A delight. We are regular sailors with Classic, and this time had the joy of taking our niece, who was home from college. Highly recommend those cruises that go from day to night. Skyline comes alive, and sunset behind Lady Liberty.
We enjoyed this experience even more than we thought we would as my husband was a little unsure about it from the title. The yacht was very nice with a smooth ride, comfortable seating and festive decor. There was a bathroom downstairs. The drinks were well-made, service was excellent and the live Christmas music was pleasant and not overdone. I would recommend booking a window seat for a better view as you go right by the Statue of Liberty and a few other landmarks. We did the 6pm tour in mid-December so it was cool to see all the lights at night. I would also recommend bringing cash to tip the staff.

It was interesting but not worth the money and wouldn’t do it again. Yacht was nice and clean. But the ‘free’ cocoa and cookies were not good. Musicians were good but singer was not. So made it hard to enjoy the ambiance. Couldn’t really see the skyline because the windows were so dirty. Staff was friendly enough but they made sure to tell you they expected tips. So just okay; the cost didn’t match the experience.
This cruise was way more then expected. The quality of everything was top notch! The music was festive and lovely. The singer had a beautiful voice! The wait staff that included Natalie, Grant, and Maya were very friendly and attentive. The hot chocolate was so delicious, had a little spice that tasted wonderful and I requested a little rum… perfect! Captain Tim took us on a safe and enjoyable ride that was not too bumpy. This event by far exceeded our expectations!!! DO IT… you will be so happy you did!

We had a wonderful time singing along and enjoying a warm cozy Christmas atmosphere. Staff and entertainment were wonderful. Comfortable tables with a perfect view of the bridges and the Statue of Liberty. Great photos. The "homemade" Christmas cookies were really homemade. At least they tasted like it. Really yummy. I would recommend this adventure to anyone in the city of the holidays!!

What a fantastic trip round the Hudson Bay with wonderful Christmas music, cookies, drinks and really great service, the crew also went round taking photos for everyone. Great fun and highly recommend, the night views of the city are amazing

We came from Scotland and this boat trip was a highlight of our visit! So much fun and the crew (and cocktails) were just fab! We had fabulous views along the Hudson and we got so close to the Statue of Liberty! Would recommend to anyone looking for a Christmassy experience!

My husband and I have been on the Jazz Cruise before, and this weekend we took our in-laws on the holiday tour for their first trip to NYC. It was absolutely incredible — the music, the service, the team, the views. Everything was perfect. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting New York, whether it’s your first time or your fiftieth. Truly an unforgettable experience.
First time to NYC and came across this Cocoa & Carols Cruise. Thought it looked good so we purchased it about a month in advance. It exceeded all our expectations. The crew was great. The band was phenomenal. And the views, oh the views, incredible. Would definitely do again if we make it back up here.

This cruise was part of family trip to NYC for the holidays and we were so happy we chose this activity . Based on everything I read , it seemed like a good idea but it definitely exceeded all of my expectations. It was just such a rich and beautiful experience. The decorations, service, music, hot chocolate, cookies, and sights were all A++!!!!!
The cruise was the highlight of our quick trip to NYC. I scheduled the 4:30pm trip and have absolutely no regrets. We observed a gorgeous sunset surrounding “Lady Liberty” and a beautiful moon rising over Manhattan as we returned to the pier. The music was lovely, and the employees could not have been nicer! If you have an opportunity to book this adventure, do it!
The whole experience was amazing. The singer and the band were talented and added fun and humor to their performance. The captain and the staff were attentive and helpful. For our first night in NYC this was the perfect way to get into the Christmas spirit and see the city from a unique view along with the Statue of Liberty and bridges.

Exceeded expectations! This was a wonderful holiday cruise that I can’t stop talking about. The band was fantastic! We are looking to see where else they play. The atmosphere was cheerful and jolly. The speed of the boat and views were incredible. Must do!
We LOVED this trip. It was so cosy and a great way to see the city, Statue of Liberty, Brooklyn bridge and more while being warm and treated to wonderful drinks and delightful music from the jazz band. It was lovely that there wasn’t too many people on board so made it very relaxing . Would thoroughly recommend this trip to anyone !!!
The holiday cruise experience was impressive and entertaining! Once in a lifetime experience everyone should opt for ! Everything from timing, food, service, music and cleanliness and hygiene was top notch and the views were a billion dollars worth !
