Our guide Arun was very knowledgeable and told us his own experience on 9-11. We learned so much more than if we had walked around on our own.

This tour was wonderful and made our visit to the 9/11 Memorial 100x more meaningful, educational, and memorable. It was invaluable to hear the stories and experiences through the eyes of a native NYer. Timothy M. was our guide. Highly recommend.
Paul was a wonderful guide. He lives in the neighborhood and was there during 9/11. I don’t think we could have had a better tour. We love New York and will be back. Ed and Barbara from Texas

I LOVE that you shared photos with us, thank you! Please have them PRINTED (you can do it inexpensively at a drugstore), 8X10 preferably, put them in a plastic sleeve or laminate & then you can pass them around… I think it would be so much easier for you & easier for everyone to see!
Our guide, Ross, was fantastic. We strongly recommend him and this tour!
Paul was a great guide. He had many anecdotes to share. We enjoyed the tour very much! It was everything we expected and more.
Our tour guide, Liz, was absolutely fantastic. Super friendly and knowledgeable, great at interacting with the crowd.
Tim Douglas was a wonderful guide. He went at just the right pace and did a good job of keeping the group together. The experience itself was very moving and I highly recommend this as a must see for anyone visiting the city. We only had one day here and I am so glad we booked this tour.
Friendly and informative Dave gave us a very good overview of 9/11 and the effects on the city
Very moving and nicely done memorial... must see in NYC! clean and well maintained!
Very knowledgeable guide that respectfully shared about the events of that day in history and its impact on the people of NYC.
Our guide Paul Kelly was exceptional. I cannot recommend this guy enough….gave us a full on tour with details and stories from Burger King building to the church and so so much more. Gave us a real insight and feel on how 9/11 was for New York and the months and years and to this day how it is affecting people. One of the best guides/tours we have ever been on!
We had a powerful experience with Sean narrating the actual biographies of people who lost their lives on 911. He made the day come alive again: with the people in the tower, the rescue workers, regular citizens, etc. I couldn't help but but cry as he told of these stories, as Sean is a brilliant storyteller. Thank you, Sean!
My wife and I went on a tour given by Arun who was very nice and knowledgeable on the events of 9/11. He answered questions on the spot and spoke with passion. We really enjoyed.
This was our third time visiting the 911 Memorial and Museum. Our guide Russell, did an amazing job of explaining what we were seeing and experiencing. We learned several things about that terrible day that we had not heard before. He was very thorough, knowledgeable and made the tour a much better experience for us.
Liz was a great guide! And she was very patient with my very eager 10 yr old! Liz is a native New Yorker and was very knowledgable. Although not the best time of year (super cold!) we highly enjoyed the tour. About a hour spent outside so be prepared for the weather. Very touching stories.
We just got back from an amazing weekend in New York, and one of the highlights was our visit to the new One World Trade Center Observatory. When we purchased our tickets, we were pleasantly surprised to learn they included a 90-minute guided tour. Paul was our tour guide, and he did an absolutely incredible job. His knowledge, storytelling, and ability to paint a vivid and respectful picture of the events of 9/11 were truly moving. He shared the history in a way that was informative, emotional, and deeply impactful without ever feeling rushed or scripted. If you are considering this tour, we highly recommend requesting Paul. He made the experience unforgettable and added so much meaning to an already powerful place.
Arun was amazing! He had photo prompts with detailed, emotional stories. Very knowledgeable New York native! Highly recommend; loved him!!!
Arun was excelnent. His iterpretation surprised us very plesantly. We are very happy Arun told us a lot of details about the 9/11 attack. Thank you very much.
This was a very heartfelt and rewarding experience. The destruction of Tower One and Tower Two, and the other five buildings, was explained from the very personal viewpoint of the tour guide who experienced 9/11. With his press credentials as a photographer, he was able to get close enough to feel the devastation and take memorable pictures. Touching the two beautiful memorial pools was very emotional. I was able to locate the name of a man who had been a local student in my hometown who had died in Tower One while working on the 104th floor. It was an emotional experience to place my hand on his name. The visit to the museum is a “must do” experience. The artifacts, the pictures of those who perished, the drawings from children, and all the exhibits made you feel that you were experiencing 9/11 all over again. I certainly recommend this tour.
Our tour guide, Paul Kelly, was excellent. I lived in NYC but moved just before this happened. I returned about a year after and couldn't believe the devastation and work to be done. I had a lot of emotions about the memorial which I think is so special, and his added information about he buildings that remained, the rebuilding, the architectural features and reasons behind them, etc. made it that much more special. I have to bring my husband back who hasn't been back since he was a firefighter that went to NYC to help afterwards and I would definitely try to get Paul as my tour guide again. God bless all those involved in preserving the memory of what happened on that tragic day.
Russell was an amazing guide. He shared historical information woven with his personal experiences. He was kind and flexible when our group was a few minutes late and made sure we made it to the right spot for our next stage of the tour. His knowledge as a native New Yorker was a highlight. We were a group of 4 moms and 4 teens and we all enjoyed it. Thanks to Russell for making this a memorable part of our trip.
Sean was a great tour leader. He gave a very moving story of the events of 9/11 that added a personal touch of the events of that day. I would highly recommend this tour. Also, add the visit to the One World observatory. The views were magnificent!
We had our tour with Ray, and he explained and told us many things that you would not discover or come to know if you self-guided the site. Ray was very knowledgeable, passionate and respectful about the site and tragedy. Thank you for the experience.
Dave did good job of explaining the events and showed us good photos. I think he could have spoken louder. Our tour group number was bigger than I expected. But very glad we took this tour.
There are so many symbolic elements to the memorial that would be missed without the tour. We highly recommend it!
Amazing emotional tour with personal stories. Jacklyn's sharing of personal stories of many people who lost their lives in 911 and survivors connect you to beyond just that day. Jacklyn's enthusiasm and knowledge is amazing. Doing the observatory after was an amazing opportunity to see the city and area. Liked the use of the iPad as it helped identify different buildings.
Jaclyn was outstanding she made the trip personal and memorable. Besides her in-depth knowledge about the site and event, she spoke clearly and easy hear and understood. Finally she was very well organized and kept the group together.
We attending tour with Paul Kelly .He was extremely pleasant, very informative and spoke with passion and sensitivity on the subjects. Would highly recommend him.
met at the church and issued tickets for world trade 1..all ok so far..then was sold by 2 differant people conected to 9/11 books at a small donation price total $40..i dont mind giving a donation,it would be $10 and not feel badgered..they should not be allowed near your tour..the tour starts we stand in several places in the 95 degree heat,in the the end i just walked away an visited world trade 1 by myself..you should realise not all people can stand for that long...sorry to say i can not recommend this tour
We loved it. Sad but so worth going. Bring comfortable shoes. Lots of walking. Plan on about 5 hours to do the tour and the museum.
Jake was a great guide. We enjoyed all of his stories during the tour. He had a lot of knowledge to share.
What an amazing tour. Jaclyn did a phenomenal job. Very informative and passionate!! Gave us great information. Would do this tour again especially with her.
Our guide Maya was great, very informative as well as relating her personal experience from 9/11/01. Highly recommend.
Russell Roubin gave a very informative tour. His insight to that day was factual but with a bit of emotion that really brought it home. A+.
Paul Kelly was a terrific guide. He shared lots of personal stories that brought the tour alive. Would highly recommend
Our guide Jaclyn was fantastic. She was informative and her stories moving. Our 12 year old grandson was riveted, it was an experience I don’t think he will ever forget.
Liz did the tour and her knowledge was exceptional. She made everyone in her group feel welcome and the nice touch was the group photo. You definitely need a guide at the 911 memorial to give you vital information and if you get Liz you will be lucky.
Very informative and very entertaining. It was nice also to have someone else available to help add to a purchase I thought I had . Also just the right amout for a group
My husband and I did a tour with Paul Kelly as our tour guide. Paul was a great guide and informative. He was also very considerate to how hot it was this day. I learned many things I didn’t know about the crash, officers , firefighters, buildings and others at and around the fallen towers.
Excellent tour guide seemed very knowledgeable and was super friendly and spoke loud so everyone could hear! Local guide since 1988 so knew everything about area also!
