My driver to the airport was very polite and got me there with no incident. It was the booking office that was the issue. They said they canceled my pick-up ride, then when I called ,they said it was scheduled. The app was not updated, so when I called again to confirm, they said it was canceled again. Systems did not talk to each other. After waiting 20 minutes past the scheduled pick up time, I got a text from the driver but called office again to ensure it was the actual driver that texted. I was again told my ride had been canceled and only after I gave them the number that texted me did they confirm I would be picked up. Very nerve wracking and time was getting tight. Be sure to confirm!!!!

On vacation who has time to verify the pickup 24 hours ahead. That should be confirmed at time of purchase. We had the hotel front desk try to do so but that was an epic failure. We weren't able to use the booking at all. Not to mention that it would have been 6 hours before the flight time.

I was kept up to date on driver arrival. Van was super clean and driver very friendly and helpful. The only thing that we did not like is that we got to the airport over 4 hours before our flight. The pick-up time was changed twice because we were told there was heavy traffic but really did not encounter any. We could not check in our baggage when we arrived at the airport because it was over 4 hours prior to our flight. That was the only thing that we did not like.

A Viator representative failed to update my hotel address in the system. As a result, the driver was sent to the wrong hotel and failed to pick me up. He also rudely told me that he “didn’t have time to play games.” I had to get an Uber to get back to the airport. Otherwise. I would have missed my flight

Viator does not provide vehicle type or license so you are waiting at pick up point wondering if each shuttle that shows up may be yours. Since we booked a shared shuttle ride we had an earlier pick up than we had hoped for. We were the only ones (4) on the shuttle ride to LaGuardia. Our driver called me at the designated time to tell us he was picking us up around the corner from our hotel. No big deal but while you are waiting and you have family that are not used to traveling in NYC, it can cause them a little anxiety. Our driver was very nice and engaged in conversation during our ride. Pointed out landmarks in the city and shared his knowledge of NYC. We arrived at airport 3 1/2 hours before our flight. I guess that is the give and take of traveling in NYC and relying on shuttle transportation. Overall I would use the service again.

The driver was on time actually 10 min early. Received both text and email prior to arrival and when arrived. Driver called when there. He did an excellent job of navigating a very crowded area near Central Park. Got us to airport in plenty of time.

We had 13 people in our group including 5 small children and were transported from LGA to the cruise ship terminal. The driver communicated with me and gave us prompt location and time of arrival. The whole process was perfect.

Booked a shared transfer from Manhattan cruise terminal to JFK. We waited outside the terminal until the arranged time as there was no exact place where pick up should have been. We then tried to phone the company as our transfer had not arrived, was difficult to get through as going to voicemail. Eventually got in touch with someone and was informed we should be at the pier 3 blocks down the road, not the cruise terminal, even though we requested pick up at cruise terminal. When we finally met the driver we were sent a private car which was comfortable, the rest of the transfer was hassle free. Had it not been for the confusion over pick up point we would not have had any issues with transfer.

When I went out from Hampton inn Manhattan to get in the van the driver although waiting acted as though he did not want to leave and stated I was the only passenger so stay or leave. I told him my pick up time was 8:30. He said to get in the van while he sat behind the driver set. I walked around the van to put my own one piece luggage in the van but the door was locked. The driver finally got out of the van and put my luggage in. This was the worst experience with this driver. On the way from LGA to Hampton inn Manhattan I have nothing but praise for that driver. This uncourteous, rude driver just missed a generous tip. What he really deserves is one cent.

After a terrible shuttle ride from the airport a few days earlier, I had an excellent experience getting back to the airport. The driver was on time (even early), professional and a very good driver. It was incredibly smooth and 100% uneventful - just as it should be.

I signed up for the group shuttle both ways from LGA to Manhattan. Both my trips were upgraded to a single rider in a vehicle. Drivers were knew how to avoid as much traffic as possible. The rides were smooth, direct and convenient. The rates were half what Uber and Lyft were quoting me. I recommend GO Airlink, NYC. I'm 72 and was traveling by myself.

A greeter was tracking our flight and phoned us before we even reached baggage claim. Our bags were carried for us to the van waiting right outside. The van was spotless and the driver was excellent. We couldn’t have asked for more.

I was told I’ll be pick up at 10am for a 2pm flight still extremely early but what ever, I had plans to do things that morning and out of no where I was I was texted to be picked up at 9am had no time to make sure I had e everything couldn’t even check out the hotel

I booked a shuttle service with Go Airlink from my hotel in Manhattan to LGA. Time for pickup was delayed due to traffic so after calling them they arranged an upgrade sedan pickup right away. Antoine was my driver and couldn’t of asked for a more pleasant experience. An amazingly kind guy to chat with. Thank you so much for your everlasting kindness.

Not only made me leave earlier than necessary, when I called to push 30 minutes ( my flight is 1045, time to airport is 30 minutes max driving time) from 630 to 7 am, she told me no because of picking up more passengers. It was shared ride. So I said alright, but they only stopped one more stop to pick 2 passengers about 3 minutes away from my pick up point. WelI, I was at the airport 3 hours and 15 minutes early. I will use other ride app next time, especially party of 4 or more. And will be cheaper too.

Viator doesn't care if we had a good time. All Viator wants is a good review, but you're not going to get one for me. The shuttle was over 1 hour late to pick us up when we arrived in New York LGA. Then they were 5 hours and 15 minutes early picking us up to take us back to the airport. We spent over 4 1/2 hours in the airport waiting for our flight. All this was done so that Go Air Link could fit their passenger pickups with their schedule not with our schedule. And we had to Listen to the driver whine about his schedule on the way back to the airport. NEVER AGAIN VIATOR!
