Manhattan Sky Tour: New York Helicopter Flight

Soo excited to do this was told to put the headphones on to speak to each other and the pilot said were in for a good time when we took off the pilot never said another word and the headphones didn't work so we sat in silence for 20 minutes not really knowing what we were looking at felt soo underwhelmed when we got out of the helicopter I would not recommend this company soo many missed opportunities spent nearly 500 for the 2 of us

We arrived earlier than our scheduled time like the company requested. The location was easy to find. The staff were very nice and informative. The ride was smooth and the 15 mins were just the right amount of time to see all the landmarks. Definitely recommend this excursion.

We got what was advertised. A great view of Manhattan. Including the Empire, the one World Trade Centre and the Statue of Liberty. You have to be aware of the 40$ up charge before the start though. It was quite expensive, as you know, but if you can spare the money the memories are worth it. For reference we did the 12-15 minute tour. The Audioguide was in English even though we ordered German. That wasn’t an issue though and we didn’t ask to change it. The Audio guide was a nice little edition but not necessary. The music they played was fitting and gave the experience a good vibe. All in all a great but expensive experience.

It’s awesome safe and friendly and very eye opener. Who knew? How big the city really is from up above

Small and cramped helicopters. Putting a 6’2 person in the middle with no head room was very uncomfortable. Didn’t enjoy the experience.

I booked a helicopter trip as a surprise for my family for our trip to New York. Zip aviation were brilliant from start to finish. Friendly, helpful and explained everything at every stage. Highly recommended

For a special birthday I booked a private helicopter tour of manhattan for my husband and myself. when we got on the helicopter there was another pilot there for training. Our pilot, laughing and joking with the other pilot, forgot to turn on the volume for us. We could not talk to each other, we could not contact the pilot .we could not hear any of the tour highlights. we shouted, we waved to the back of the head of the pilot. He never turned around or checked on us. What if there had been a medical emergency? The pilot later apologized profusely for his error and agreed that it was his mistake and we would be justified in contacting management for some type of refund. I asked for only a partial refund. The company refused - curtly. My special birthday was ruined with no apologies. Just the statement we don't give refunds for technical difficulties!! How about human error difficulties? Very poor customer service. Very disappointed in this company....

The crew was incredibly professional and I got to ride next to the pilot. The pilot was incredibly kind, attentive and made sure we enjoyed our ride over New York. A solid 11/10 for the service and for the time spent up in the air. I can't recommend an attraction more than this one.

It was a birthday gift for my partner. He had an amazing time. Staff was helpful and the onboarding/disembarking process was safe and seamless. There’s also an ongoing videos to watch in the waiting area. Views are spectacular. We had great weather. Highly recommend the tour.

Worst experience ever! They gave us a stinky helicopter where someone had just thrown up. We booked a long flight, and that was definitely not what we signed up for.

My family and I really enjoyed the ride and views that we could get from the helicopter. We’ve done a similar experience in Alaska and while the flight is very short, it gives a perspective that you can’t get any other way. (You just have to keep in mind the cost of running a heliport, paying the staff, and fuel that all go into the price.) There were six of us in our group and all of us could fit in a single helicopter and one of our boys got to ride up front with the pilot…an experience he’ll never forget. The staff were friendly and the flight was smooth. We had fun and that’s what counts!

This was an incredible experience! The staff at the heliport was so friendly & efficient. The pilot was so fun and energetic and really made you feel comfortable. The view of Manhattan was spectacular - I wanted to do this over and over again.

I was very Angry, upset and extremely disappointed with Manhattan Sky Tours. I was told that I could not ride because I was 40 pounds over weight i was even asked my weight when they first took all our information and was told nothing just took our money. That's a bunch of BS because I did the Las Vegas Helicopter tour around Vegas at the same weight twice and there was no problems. This whole trip to New Uork was bassed upon my Dad and I doing the Helicopter Ride around Manhattan and the Statue of Liberty so now we spent $3,000 dollars to take our Bucket list trip to New York only to be denied. Who's going to reimburse us $3,000? Where here till May 8th all I'm asking is make it right I still would like my Helicopter Ride with my Dad around Manhattan.

It’s a quick trip but cool experience. I ļiked it but was disappointed because I sat furthest from the view out the window. My fiancé got sick from it. Not all seats are equal.

The whole experience was fantastic, I've never been in a helicopter before and although the flight was fairly short it was absolutely amazing. The staff were very professional and our pilot was great and very informative with the sights we were seeing from the air. I would most definitely do another helicopter trip next time i go to New York.

Absolutely horrible experience. The right side of the helicopter had a much better view and experience than the left. As soon as the helicopter would turn for the left side to have a view, it would turn farther away from the view. The staff was extremely rude and made the experience even more horrible.

Excellent flight (if a little cramped in the back!). There is a $40 fuel surcharge per person, it’s clearly explained in the booking.
