Really enjoyed our tour guide! He was so fun!

If you want to tour Niagara Falls, Dan is the man to do it with. My wife and I happened to be the only tourists on his bus, and he was a very friendly and knowledgeable guide. He took us to Goat Island to see the falls, took us to to see the Niagara power plant, and since it was just the two of us, he took us to a couple local spots he wouldn't normally go to. If you take this tour, Dan is the man with the plan. He made our day absolutely beautiful.

We were a part of the Prady Bunch. Maid of the Mist, Cave of Wind, Hurricane deck was great had plenty of time between stops for photos.

Dan was an amazing guide. We had a terrific time because we booked the tour! We highly recommend this tour to family and friends!

Dan my tour guide filled me and my fellow tourists on history of the Niagara Falls, NY and the 3 waterfalls. In addition, he took us to Shoellkopf Tower, where the 3B building was damaged by heavy rocks from a cliff above on 06/07/1956. 10/10 for Dan.

$278 for two, lasted about 4 hours. An absolutely wonderful experience. Definitely worth the cost. Never could have seen it all on my own.

Amazing tour, worth every penny. We did so many excursions and it was a lot cheaper to go through here than to go to other spots individually. Tour wasn’t too long considering everything in it. It took about around 4 hours. Very welcoming atmosphere from the workers and very informative. Best for knocking off a bunch of to do items while here. And our group wasn’t overcrowded at all. 10/10 experience I would highly recommend it!!

We had the best time and a great tour of Niagara! Our tour guide, Dan, made it informative, fun, interesting and relaxed. He was great! We had plenty of time to explore on our own and saw everything that you'd want to see. We even saw a few extra things like a delicious bakery and the Schoellkopf power station. Which was cool to see after learning some history at cave of the winds. He also handled all of the tickets, made entry easy and always made sure we knew right where to go. Great tour! Made exploring Niagara easy!

We had a fantastic tour! Our guide, Handsome Dan, was knowledgeable, friendly, and provided tips to enhance our day. Staff member, Mike, was also extremley helpful. the tour itself was great. however the tour operators were unreliable - changed our time without notifying me, they were about 45 minutes late for the SECOND time we were given.

We were originally booked on a 10:00 tour. Because of guide issues we were moved to an 11:00 tour. We also had a pick up location on the Canadian side and were told they don’t pick up in Canada so we had to walk across the bridge. As we arrived in the USA I got another call letting us know the bus for our 11:00 tour would not start and we had to be moved to a noon walking tour. I explained we had 5:00 dinner reservations back in Canada and was assured we would be done in time. Well…we ended up leaving the tour at 4:15 and never was able to participate in the Cave of the Winds or visit any gift shops. But we did sit around a lot waiting for the guide to obtain tickets or retrieve stragglers. We barely made our dinner reservation and if we had stayed for Caves we would not have. Guide was very unorganized.

They tell you the tour lasts 3 to 3 1/2 hours, but they don't mention they leave you with nothing to do for about 2 hours. Then because everything is so poorly organized, we missed the boat ride because the line was to long, basically that was a wasted time and we have to stay a extra day and finish the tour the next day ,It's do not worth the price and time ,you better just buy the tickets for yourself.

It was definitely a great experience. Covered everything you would probably want to see without all the walking.

So, listen, we are not the type to complain much, and we find ways to make memories in even the oddest moments…but, that being said, this was a strained experience. We bought tickets for a noon departure for maid of the mist-goat island- & cave of the winds. Yes, it was the 3rd of July, on the 250th anniversary of our country and we knew to expect crowds. But, the crowds and delays were not an issue for us. We felt mislead in our purchase…our “3 hour tour” (hum Gillian’s island theme here) turned into 6.5 hours!!! Our guide, Maureen seemed exhausted and did very little actual tour-guiding or even talking on the bus about historical/interesting facts of the area. Our times were all majorly delayed at the various experiences, and we felt overwhelmed and misguided at most times. Our guide seemed to put forth very little effort which was noticed by all families on the bus, yet she “tip-shamed” everyone who short changed her. Our family opted to tip her in an average range regardless, mostly because of our own values but many did not tip her at all. I hope Maureen was just having a bad day, and that she will find a way to help tourists have a more enjoyable experience in the future. Happy 4th Y’all!

This was a really great experience that I’m glad I got to do with my kids. Niagara Falls is so peaceful and beautiful. Will be planning another trip to come back in the Summer.

I thought the trip, Maid of the Mist, seeing both falls, and Cave of the Winds was great. Jim our tour guide was insightful, told great stories and had a good sense of humor. He gave us time at each stop, and did not rush us. He gave us ideas what to do on our own, like seeing the lights of the falls at night, fantastic, and whirlpool rapids, fantastic, and suggested where to go to see the fall leaves, also great. I would recommend this tour to anyone. As I told my wife, I will remember this trip the rest of my life. Sincerely, Dave McLane

What a trip!!!! I’m glad when people visit me in Buffalo because it makes me do all the tourist things I’ve never done. With the help of The Handsome Dan (our tour guide), we were able to hit all the great spots and learn a bunch too… with a lot of jokes thrown in as well! The highlights were of course the Maid of The Mist, but all of the other stops were really cool and Handsome Dan had great detailed info about the history of Niagara Falls! You should go on this trip!

We had a great time on our tour. Our tour guide was fabulous and was amazing at his job. We had a 4 hour tour and went to the cave of winds, and did the maid of the mist among other things.

We had such a wonderful tour! My family and I have been going to Niagara Falls, but this is our first time doing a tour. Our tour guide "handsome Dan" was such an incredible guide! He was very knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. We had 6 kids 5 and below, and they all just loved him! Will definitely recommend them to whoever is visiting Niagara Falls!

This was my first time to Niagara Falls with our family. My uncle, a retired master chief in the U.S. Navy has always wanted to come before it his time on this world expired and today was a bucket list item. Nice tour. It was great to be picked up and driven to the site Handsome Dan was very nice and informative. We enjoyed ourselves and had plenty of Free time.

Sites were amazing just be prepared to get a little wet as free ponchos are thin and rip easily. Tour guide, “Handsome Dan”, was great and made it a fun experience. He was professional and coordinated tour times and meeting locations.
