Booked the transfer for my parents. Our driver Gocha was very nice. Car was immaculately clean like it was brand new from the shop. Driver was professional, considerate and helpful. He even helped my 74 years old dad to get situated in a seat and carried the luggage inside the hotel lobby for them. Can thank you enough guys for such a service. This is the second time we used King and Queen for our transfers from JFK to Manhattan. The transfer was smooth and easy, car was clean and the driver polite. Another nice thing was that the driver messaged me when our plane landed to let me know where he was etc which was great. We used them again to return to JFK. I had to change the pick up time which was done by email - no issues and done swiftly. The driver txt when he was outside and was courteous and polite. All in all a very smooth and pleasant service Would thoroughly recommend using them 👍

Mike was an excellent driver and got us to Times Square on a dark and stormy night! The rain was terrible and we had a lot of luggage; Mike was more than helpful in loading us up. He found us quickly in the very crowded JFK terminal too!

Don’t have enough positive things to say about this company! We had a travel day from hell in June with deplaning and massive flight delays. King and Queen went absolutely above and beyond to make sure we weren’t charged a cancellation fee. They swapped drivers and vehicles throughout the day to accommodate our delay. They kept us updated via email and text messages. Forget about all the other large app based companies and book with a smaller outfit that cares about you!

Everything was perfect. Email received the morning with all the information about our driver. When we landed at JFKa message from the driver saying he was waiting for us. Right on time. Inside the limo napkins reminding the colors of our national flag :-) Very appreciated!

We booked three trips in total. JFK to Manhattan in a limo, return to JFK in an Escalade and another Escalade for touring round Queens/Brooklyn. Absolutely faultless service from start to finish. Sophia and Keto were so helpful and made the bookings and payments seamless and stress free. King and Queen went BEYOND expectations when we switched our flight LAST second to leave FL from Hurricane Nicole so our trip didn't get completely canceled. Before the day off, I had to switch twice before finally boarding the last plane not knowing if I would have transportation when we landed. We had 2 rides, going to JFK and a week later from JFK: Going to JFK the ride was amazing, polite driver made sure that all the requirements were met. That's the only reason I gave it 2 stars. But the ride from JFK was horrible, the driver seamed to be in some kind of hurry cuz he was keeping to rush us, didn't even open the door or help with loading luggage in the car. Driver was very rude and seamed like he was not happy with the job. End of vacation supposed to be full of good impressions not be annoyed on your way home.

The car was wonderful - spacious, clean, comfortable. The driver was polite and helpful. The team at the office who helped with my last minute reservation were also great. The immigration lines at JFK were long and so the pickup time moved around a bit and both the office and the driver couldn’t have been more helpful and flexible so I didn’t have to stress. Wonderful service!

My flight was delayed by 4 hours. During the flight my driver George had messaged me on What's App to confirm he knew of the delay and to message him upon arrival. Upon getting our bags he quickly arrived at the terminal. The limo was clean and well kept. He even put on a Frank Sinatra concert on the tv to set the mood of our New York holiday. George was polite, kind and a good driver. Our ride back to the airport was just as good. The driver had already been and spoken to the doorman at our hotel, giving him our name so when we left the hotel the doorman could point us in the right direction. Sophia in the office was great throughout and was a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend.

I have used a lot of other limo companies but King and Queen surpasses them all. From the ease of the quote from Sophia to the actual booking it was so easy. We booked a round trip pick up and drop off to and from JFK for 12 people. The Mercedes limo was new, clean and comfortable. Our driver was also amazing, please take my word for it I travel all the time and King and Queen limo is the best!

What an absolute nightmare. Had a party of 11 scheduled for a 0430 am pickup (which I had to pay extra for) to go to JFK. The minutes ticked by and no driver showed up. Of course when I called the company no one was available at that time of day. Had to load up 3 cars and pay approximately $1300 total for long term parking. This nightmare caused us to miss our flight. During an already stressful travel period, this was extremely unfortunate. The booking process was bizarre as well. The early morning $50 surcharge was snuck in at the end despite me having a earlier quote which clearly indicated a 0430 pick up. I decided not to fight it as I would’ve gladly paid for reliable service. I received about 15 different emails asking to confirm billing zip codes, tines etc… The explanation I received for their error that completely ruined a family vacation was “there was something wrong with the dispatch screen” huh? Please if you value your time and money and want the car you paid for to actually pick you up…go with another company.

Bottom line is, this is an amazing limo company, and if your looking for clean, comfort, luxurious way to travel this is the way to go !

So I landed in jfk on the 1st of March and amid all this corona virus chaos, I felt really safe. This was because of the driver, who got out greeted me with a great attitude, wearing gloves and a face mask. He opened the door for me and placed my luggage in the trunk. The back seat smelled good was set to the perfect temp, and their was tissue and hand sanitizer for customer use! The ride was smooth, had some good conversation, he was very nice, and understood when to let the customer have some privacy. Overall great experience, next time I am in the big Apple, Ik who to call !!!

We used King and Queen for a transfer into the city from JFK. We had scheduled a meet and greet inside the airport. It took the driver 5 min. after we received our bags and several texts later to finally find us at our designated luggage carousel. The ride in was fine, but the driver was not very friendly. The worst was the smell of cigarettes in the Escalade. Why should I pay that amount of money for riding around in a cigarette tray. The only time George showed any sign of life was when it was time to be tipped. I would not recommend.

We visited New York over the New Year and booked two beautiful vehicles, a limo, and SUV for out big family of 10. First of all, kids were amazed and it came out to be a great surprise for them. In addition, the limo had free soft drinks and water. Our driver Giorgi and Alex helped us in carrying our suitcases. Customer Service was just stunning. Sophia was very sweet and friendly. She did not hesitate to answer any questions and was always ready to cooperate. We also asked Sophia if we could take a detour and cross the Brooklyn Bridge on the way to NYC; all the requirements were met by the driver for just a little additional charge, but it definitely worthed every penny. For our first ever visit to NY we wanted to arrive in style. So how better to do it than by a limousine ride into the city center? King & Queen were very responsive to my enquiries and booking our ride was painless. We were assured that they would keep an eye on our flight to ensure that the driver was waiting for us when we arrived. When we made it through customs, the driver was nowhere to be seen. After repeated attempts to communicate with him we finally got a text saying he'd be there in about 10 minutes. Much much later, we finally had to wander around the drop-off bays to find where he had stopped. The limo felt old and tired and smelled of cigarette smoke. There were a few budget sweets and drinks inside. The drive to our hotel was uneventful - although the driver seemed to take off like a rocket each time there was a gap in the traffic - at one stage he went over a bump so hard that we flew up and hit our heads on the roof. Sadly I can't recommend this service - I think we'd have had a better experience for a fraction of the price by standing in line for a yellow taxi.

We hired a limo as a surprise for the children for the round trip from JFK to our hotel near Times Square. They (we!) loved it! The car was clean, comfortable and suitably blinged up inside with funky lighting and Bluetooth sound system, and the whole experience had them grinning from ear to ear. A wonderful way to arrive into New York and a great way to start and finish a holiday. Special mention should go to Sophia in the office. A delightful lady, very happy to help with all sorts of queries and sort out any issues with the bookings, and very quick to respond to emails. Communication (by phone, email and text) was first class. If I ever need a limo service again in New York, I will not hesitate to book with them again, and I would recommend them to anyone wanting a to add a touch of glamour to their holiday!

Very impressed with the personalised service. Limo drivers were great, the cars were spotless and the service first-rate. Our flight into JFK had to be changed and Sophia was very helpful with new pickup time and terminal, when we phoned with last minute changes from LAX - nothing was too much trouble.
