We had a fabulous tour with Ryan at the helm! So interesting and entertaining, the speakeasys were fun & fascinating and our group became one big happy family! Did I mention Ryan was amazing?? Such a great guide!!

If you're even thinking about booking this Speakeasy Tour in New York City... do it! It was one of the absolute highlights of our trip. Walter was an incredible tour guide. He was hilarious, engaging, and unbelievably knowledgeable. His stories and the history he shared brought each stop to life, and you could tell he genuinely loves what he does. We visited four amazing speakeasies, each with its own hidden entrance, unique atmosphere, and fantastic vibe. Half the fun was discovering the secret doorways, and every location was better than the last. We laughed, learned, and had an unforgettable evening. I would do this tour again in a heartbeat—over and over again. If I could give Walter an 11 out of 10, I absolutely would! Thank you, Walter, for an unforgettable night. We can't recommend this tour highly enough!

Pretty fun tour. Walter was an awesome tour guide. We went to 3 bars total. Two of the bars were awrsome. Th second bar did not seem like a speak easy. Also, the way of paying for your drinks was unusual. He with a for the entire tab. For the group with his credit card, and then you would pay him money at each bar.

Still Ryan killed it ! He know his stuff, kept us engaged, was personable and just an amazing all around person. Highly recommend !

The tour was awesome! Our guide explained facts about the prohibition in such a fun way! Each bar was unique in its own way. We had an absolute blast. I've done quite a few tours and this was the first time I ever paid the tour guide instead of the establishment. I thought that was strange but loved the experience.

Enjoyed all the drinks at the bars, they were all delicious. And service was as quick as possible with the large group. Would have rather had a more intimate experience with less people. 20 was to large of a group and we were crowded into small rooms. It was a longer walk than I expected a good 20 minutes to the 3 bar.

Fun and easy way to learn about some off less touristy known bars. You have the option to purchase drinks (and food) at each bar. Some history was discussed as to the birth of speak easy bars during prohibition, but this is more of a bar hop with some interesting drinks along the way. Fun way to spend an early evening in NYC. My password for entering? “Cuff me and Stuff me!”

This tour was awesome! The tour guide Ariel was really fun, funny, and knowledgeable. She navigated our buzzed herd of chickens through Manhattan like a champ. The places we went were so unique and creative and each one was drastically different from the others. Lastly, the drinks were amazing. The bartenders put so much effort into each drink, they were all works of art by the time they were served. I would absolutely do this tour again the next time we are in Manhattan.

Katherine was amazing and really made the whole experience fun and taught us a lot on the history of speakeasies around the Hell’s Kitchen area! I can’t say enough how great the tour, places, and overall the experience was!

Our guide Ryan was informative, funny and kept our group of 6 engaged throughout this tour. I absolutely loved the 3 very different speakeasy’s we visited but especially the beautiful Lillian Victorian Establishment.

My husband and I had a great time on this tour. Our tour guide, Ryan, was so knowledgeable and so professional throughout the tour. We enjoyed the places we visited and enjoyed the people we were with. It would be great for future tours to know where we are going so we can prepare for how much walking we will be doing. That’s my only suggestion.

Ryan was extremely friendly and knowledgeable! He provided an enjoyable experience and we learned quite a few things! Trust me if you are in NYC do this tour!

What a fun tour! We visited 3 Speakeasy’s you wouldn’t know were there! As they say, hidden in plain sight! Arielle, our tour guide, was a lot of fun and gave us great stories about each place! It was also nice getting a drink at taxi place and being able to get to know the fellow participants!

The guide was good but the tour was not good at all. Horrible selection of places to go and not worth the cost of a ticket for what you get for your experience. There are so many other better places to go.

The speakeasy locations were all unique and very trendy. They were not touristy so gave a great look into true New York culture. Definitely a must do experience in NYC!

Great way to spend a Friday evening. We went to places that we would never have gone to on our own. Drinks were pricey, as noted in other reviews, but different and enjoyable.. Jenna was a great tour guide. She was happy, entertaining, full of knowledge / history and happy to answer all of our questions and give us ideas for other places.
