A show entirely for tourists. The performers were good but the sound was poor and overall the experience was disappointing.

This was the highlight of our trip An amazing and wonderful morning of song and worship in Harlem. Highly recommended don't miss this

The choir was amazing and sounded as though there should have been many more members. They we're kind and involved the audience to a point where people wanted to stand and clap and sing. Wonderful way to celebrate the birth of Jesus. I only wish I could have thanked the members afterward.

had to wait in line—ticketing and check-in was a mess and then the audio balance was so bad from the back we could barely hear the choir... all we could hear was the electric keyboard and the drums. no bueno.

The choral music was awesome. The audience was invites to take part. The dancer put movement to the musical selection.

Aaaaaaaaahhhh. I am amazed. This is the best place on planet Earth. I went on a business trip and had to go see a local church. Pastor Muchengeti Chirasche was the kindest African-American male I have ever met, we had a holy two-hour conversation about our devotion to Jesus two hours before his service. He hosted a four-hour church service and it was the best service I have ever been to. The singing, the people, the atmosphere... I was enlightened. If you are in New York you have to visit this wonderful gospel church, it is beautiful. At the end of the day, I was late for my meeting but you can never be late for Heaven!!!!!!! The Father, The Son, and The Holy Spirit.

I have always wanted to attend a gospel choir performance and after a year of medical complications I decided this was how I was going to spend my Christmas Eve this year! One of the best days of my life - LOVED IT! I hope to attend many more and extend the invitation to friends and family starting a new tradition. Highly recommend - so much love and spirit in this room - just amazing! My husband and three daughters ages, 16, 21 and 23 all enjoyed this celebration immensely! Thank you Harlem Gospel Choir Celebration at Mount Olive Baptist Church - We will see you next year!

For my wife and I, this was our 2nd consecutive year at the gospel celebration. Sadly, we will not be attending in the future. The problem is a woman at the concert who was an event organizer. When directing the audience to do a number of things she was simply, rude. In essence, she was rude to 2,500 people. Asking the audience to do things is fine, but you must be cordial and polite doing it. She was not. Due to this woman's behavior, my wife no longer wants to attend. I can't blame my wife. She's right. But it is unfortuante because the choir is such a wonderful expression of joy. Both my wife and I I will miss it.

Listened to songs fabulous singers and heard songs I hadn't heard since a child. Didn't like that it started so late but the singers soon made you forget that discrepancy.

Excellent singing and joyous atmosphere. I recommend people make this part of their holiday tradition and go early because seats fill up and becomes standing room only.

Fantastic performance at Christmas day. Didnt appreciate the waiting time, we were sitting at 10 for 11 start, but the concert didnt start till 1140, as the church was filled up to the brim with last minute entries. Other the that, do it, it was a,azing.

The best way to celebrate Christmas when away from home - it warmed our hearts (+ lots of fun and great music!)

Amazing singing, energy and a beautiful building. Negative is that it is totally set up for tourists so not a real authentic feeling

I took my family to the Harlem Gospel Holiday Celebration up at Mt. Olive Baptist Church. It was a lot of fun. It wasn't quite as Chirstmasy as I expected but boy those men and women can sing.

We were due to be in New York over Christmas so had booked for the Harlem Singers Christmas Day Celebration. Unfortunately my husband took sick & we were medically assisted back to Australia on Christmas Day. Even though we were aware that there was no refund, I sent an email to the Company before we flew out of Miami, explaining why we would be unable to attend, hoping that someone else would have the opportunity to be with the group for Christmas. About 10 minutes later I received a personal reply from Carolyn wishing us safe travels home. She invited us to contact them when we return to NYC sometime in the future so that they can arrange a tour or for us to attend one of their jazz concerts. She was going to make a note in their records. Because of this personal email to us I feel that the company deserves a high rating due to their caring spirit. This was definitely not a form letter. We will definitely be attending one of the Gospel Singers concerts when we eventually get to New York.

Just beautiful unforgettable a crazy atmosphere, top musicians and voices, just beautiful to hear, I really recommend because it is unforgettable

Disappointing! I went to listen to Gospel twice. Each time it was an incredible energy where everyone was covered with incredible energy There everyone sat except on the last song where there was more rhythm. Previously I saw people tapping on their phones or checking their messaging... Clearly I would not recommend this place...for singing

Very very happy with the welcome and kindness of the team that organizes our arrival on the racetrack site to park safely for our campervan and enjoy serenely the herring festival. A very big thank you to you and the person who guides us for parking. Thank you 👌👋

Exceptional experience, the six-piece choir moved us by singing with deep feeling. Attending an event like this on Christmas morning is a great way to improve your life. Arriving in front of the church we turned to the very identifiable tour operator who gave us the ticket and indicated the correct entrance. Advice: Book in advance Arrive 1 hour before the start At the end of the concert, head into Harlem

Leider war der rechte Lautsprecher falsch eingestellt, ein dauerhaftes kratzen….grundsätzlich wars ok, leider zuwenig „Gospel-Stimmung“ bis auf Oh Happy Day 🤷‍♀️würde eher die Gospeltour mit richtigem Gottesdienst + Gospelmusik empfehlen 👍 da war vor 5 Jahren mehr Stimmung!

Experience sympa, et bien content d'avoir pu trouver un Gospel en dehors d'un dimanche. Durée 1h Ceci dit, salle remplie à 100% avec des touristes comme nous et sono de moyenne qualité. Malgré tout, un des chanteurs a su mettre l'ambiance et emmener toute la salle. On a passé un très bon moment malgré tout.

L’ambiance, l’atmosphère, l’énergie… tout était là! Il y avait beaucoup de monde car c’était la période de Noël, la file d’attente était immense et nous avons raté le début (malgré l’intitulé « coupe-file »), mais c’était un moment magique à partager en famille, avec des amis, avec n’importe qui en fait!
