Our tour guide-Nic- was everything you wanted in a guide. He's was engaging with everyone, knowledgeable (so knowledgeable) and tailored his information to our responses, not just an info-dump. It was a true pleasure. We would highly recommend and would do it again.

Katty, the tour guide was amazing…she has lots of information to share, and a great passion towards the Graffiti and street art. unfortunately, it was a hot day, and an emergency got us to shorten the tour. Thank you for this amazing experience.
The sun was out and we had a great stroll with our guide, who was also an artist. She shared great insights and painting tecnics.
Really fun way to get to know the neighborhood more. Our guide was super knowledgeable and friendly. He even gave us great restaurant recommendations!
The guide was very interesting and i learned a lot. I also met a few artists. And the artwork was amazing
Caty is very knowledgeable and knows just about everyone in the community. She shared personal experiences with street art events and other artists. We even had the chance of meeting @Konozco! Great experience!
the personal insights of our guide were of huge value - we had the privilege of our tour guide being a local artist with the inside knowledge of the area. In addition, the details that she showed us in the graffiti murals would never have been picked up if we were just walking the area on our own.
The entire experience. Surprised at how much we learned. Slovak is an extremely enthusiastic , knowledgeable quite. He clearly lives what he does.
I had Nick as a the tour guide, not sure if there are other guides, but if you get him. You’ll be pleased with the tour. He was very knowledgeable about the neighborhood, the work pieces and the overall history of the Graffiti and Street Art.
Jeff is very knowledgeable, and learning the difference between graffiti and street art, and the purpose of Bushwick Collective was fascinating. The walk was easy, and we stopped often to see works by various artists. He pointed out styles, specific works, and the history behind some of them. It was a great way to see a slice of Brooklyn that I wouldn't have known about otherwise. Highly recommend!
This was such a cool experience and totally worth it! We learned so much about graffiti and street art, and a new appreciation for the artists and their work. Work. Are tour guide was so personable, kind, informative and interactive. This was a highlight of our trip to New York!
My husband and I recently took this tour with Jeff. He was very knowledgeable about the local street art and graffiti scene as well as the individual artists and gave us clear examples of their works as well as their individual styles. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience. He also mapped out a route for us to continue seeing art as we walked to Williamsburg. We would strongly recommend this tour.
I loved this tour, it is amazing to see all the graffiti on the walls, to hear the stories the guide shared with us and to even meet some of the people who have contributed with them. Our guide was very friendly! I highly recommend this tour!
Well worth doing this walking tour. We had a great guide who did a wonderful job of helping decipher the street art and graffiti. I have a much better appreciation for this art form as a result of this tour.
A great activity to do with family and/or friends, or even alone. Beautiful art in a trendy neighborhood with time for pics, and learning about the artists and their different creative styles. Friendly and prompt customer service in response to any questions. We were blessed with a picture perfect sunny and breezy day. Definitely would recommend!
Really informative and fun tour. Our tour guide is a local graffiti artist, so she was able to provide a lot insight about the artists we saw on the tour. Definitely recommend!
Our guide, Derek, gave us what amounted to a seminar on street art. He started with the origins of graffiti which he traced back to Philadelphia from "tags" to "bubble lettering" to full fledged street art ranging from wall art, "wheat paste", to quilt art, neon art and beyond. He discussed each street artist's unique style. Derek explained what street artists have to do to get permission from the owners of buildings to use the sides of the buildings as canvases for ever changing images. Derek brings a unique authenticity to the tour because he lives in the neighborhood.
We made the tour on October 4th, 2018. Our guide, Freedom, gave us deep insights not only in the present street art to be seen in Bushwick, Brooklyn, but also in the history of graffiti and street art in New York City since the eighties. All this always with a sense of humor which we appreciated so much. It was clearly noticable that telling people about the murals and artists is not only work for him, but its his passion. We could ask him questions at any time and he replied with deep knowledge and background information. We can highly recommend the Bushwick tour with Freedom.
Fantastic walk guided by our guide Derek. We were about 15 groins of people of various nationalities. Very nice walk where you learn the beginning of this street art and the evolution to today while visiting Bushwick! We loved it!!!!
Visit made today with Jeff in brooklyn. Excellent discovery. Thanks to Jeff who took his time to explain to us to speak slowly so that we understand his explanations. We highly recommend this visit.
The guide took us through the streets of a Brooklyn with surreal atmospheres showing us the various artists who left a mark on their passage with insights beyond the banal. Too bad the tour lasts only 2 hours but at the end we were issued a map with alternative routes to continue independently and see the other pieces in the neighboring area that are really many. I recommend not leaving the camera at home!
This neighborhood is a real open-air gallery, there are works absolutely everywhere!! And freedom is a passionate guide who will draw your attention to little things you would surely have missed. It articulates perfectly and does not need to be bilingual to understand. Really THE visit not to be missed in brooklyn!! This tour was the best thing I did during my trip. Freedom is an amazing guide and no need To be fluent in english to understand everything. Really do not hesitate To book it and enjoy
