It was just great! Our guide was from the neighbourhood, he knew just everyone in the street. Knew the anecdotes, the artists, explained the origin behind the major pieces of art, showed us great places to eat and drink after the tour. The kids loved it!

Great company interested in making it right for you! Thanks
What a fabulous tour and a good introduction to the Brooklyn neighbourhood. Our guide Derek was very knowledgeable not only about the street art and graffiti but the artists too. Despite the rain, the tour was very enjoyable and Derek made it fun with the way in which he presented it. He also ensured group needs were met for refreshments and toilet breaks. I would highly recommend this tour if art is your thing!
Had a great time with Derek in spite of the rain! Thanks a lot for this very interesting and fun tour
Nick the guide is well informed about street art, graffiti and the Bushwick area. His tour is chock full of information and entertaining. I highly recommend this tour to anyone interested in art, graffiti, Brooklyn, or having a good time.
Some cool art. Liked the small peekaboo sculpture art. Guide was very chill. The area is gritty. You'll be walking through a mix of abandoned and dilapidated buildings, cute cafes and independent shops.
Yesteday’s tour was amazing. Our guide, Nick, provided context, history, humor, insight, and his personal, artistic views of the numerous works of street art and graffiti in the Bushwick neighborhood. He interacted with every member of the group, engaging us in conversation, encouraging questions, all in all both an educational and enriching visual experience that lies outside the normal tourist things of NYC.
This was an exceptionally good tour with an experienced guide who was a pleasure throughout the tour. If you want knowledge and the experience to truly know graffiti and street art Nick is the guide for you
A fab tour! Our guide Nick was really engaging, enthusiastic and informative. The street art was amazing to see but also to learn about some of the artists and the area and how ut started and has changed... would highly recommend. Not too much walking and an easy pace for anyone with worries about the distance covered. Definitely a tour for everyone!
Great, a wonderful experience with a very nice guide. Anecdotes, a walk, and detailed information about the history of graffiti in the neighborhood
Nick was an engaging guide providing interesting historical insights. Enjoyed the tour very much and would highly recommend.
Great tour! Our guide was full of knowledge and passion. Would recommend to anyone interested in art. The location was easy to find.
intersting tour. probably it would need a longer tour to have possibility to see more drawings. Bushwick is surely a quarter to be visited. the italo-american guide was able to present history and present life.
The tour was hosted by an active artist of the Bushwick Collective. Thanks @catywooley for the insights on the different graffiti techniques and showing us around the streets.
A very interesting tour. Caty was a great tour guide, very knowledgeable. We saw some great murals and street art. Highly recommend.
Extremely good guide showed us the small part of Brooklyn, called bushwick with graffity and streetart
The guide was extremely engaging and informative, and the street art was beautiful. Took my son for his 16th birthday and he loved it!!
Nic was really a marvelous guide we learned about graffiti, the history of graffiti and the history of Bushwick in an enjoyable and entertaining way it was much more than I had expected
Hello, we did enjoy the explications of our guide but we expected to go further in Brooklynn and not just in one neighborhood. She gave us good explication and history of the tags and graffiti. However, we expected to go further in Brooklynn and explore other neighborhoods and other graffiti.
Getting to the start of the tour was easy using the L train. The tour guide was knowledgeable and inclusive of everyone in the group. In fact, he spoke so many languages that he was able to converse with everyone! The pieces shown were varied and interesting.
Absolutely loved this tour. The distance walked wasn't far, but it was really cool to get out of Manhattan and experience a more relaxed setting in contrast to the hustle and bustle of mid-town. My daughter, aged 14 really enjoyed it too. We also took some great photos and came into contact with other people visiting New York which was really nice.
The guide gave us a lot of information about the history of the neighborhood and the artists too. Wouldn’t recommend on a bad weather day.
My husband and I loved our street art tour. Nick shared so much unexpected information, we came away with a real appreciation for all types of street art. Definitely one of the highlights of our visit to NYC.
It was a very interesting and informative tour. Definitely off the beaten path. Something I would recommend to people who love street art.
Excellent visit....the guide was knowledgeable, witty and very friendly .the walk was comfortable and at a leisurely pace. Highly recommended!
Amazing street art & grafitti, very informative and engaging guide, would highly recommend! Great brunch spots nearby to enjoy bite to eat afterwards too.
What an amazing tour! Nick was awesome, fun, personalable, interactive and knowledgeable. Not only did we get to see really cool street art, we learned the difference between street art and graffiti as well as stories behind the pieces itself.
The guide was incredibly knowledgeable and had great personal asides about the artists and the people responsible for the art displays
Fantastic tour, our guide Nick was great with a true love of the art but even more for his neighborhood. Spoke several languages which made it very inclusive. The street art is out of this world crazy good, would recommend to solos like me, couples and families. Great day and thanks for having me.
One of the highlights of our trip, this was a brilliant tour exploring the neighbourhood of Bushwick and learning all about the culture and history as well as the street art itself. Our guide Ricky was hugely knowledgeable and made the tour really fun, keeping our teenage boys engaged throughout. Would highly recommend!
Really enjoyed this tour. First off Nic was excellent - we were late because of a problem on the L train but he proactively contacted us and made sure we found him. Awesome local knowledge and discussion about street art vs. Graffiti vs. what is important in life. Local knowledge and understanding are f the groups involved in creating the art was soooo good. Not usually my go to kind of thing but would do this again without thinking twice.
Nick, an artist himself, was an outstanding tour guide and gave real insight into street art and culture, including history of the Bushwick area. Tour included folks from many countries which added to the richness of the experience. A great neighborhood walking tour, and highly recommended.
Bushwick is a welcome alternative to Manhattan! And the street art is a breath of fresh air too! It was a sunny day when I was on the tour led by Nick. We had people speaking four different languages and Nick managed to talk to and with everyone! The history of the area and its street art was fascinating and the art itself varied and always thought-provoking. It was a delight to be guided by Nick and I know we all had a great time. I'd recommend this tour as a New York essential for any visitor!
Katie gave a great tour of the graffiti in Bushwick. She is an artist and knows many of her fellow artists. We had a leisurely paced walk. The graffiti is amazing.
Nick was the best. He was entertaining and informative. We learned a lot about Graffiti versus Street art, but also about the neighbourhood and its people. I really recommend this tour.
We had the mose enjoyable art tour with Nick. He showed us all the great graffiti murals and explained with knowledge and humour, told us stories and charmes us completely. Dont miss this street art tour in Bushvick with Nick
Very interesting to visit this neighborhood in Brooklyn. Nice local guide that gave us lot of information about the Street Art & and the neighborhood. Beautiful Street Art everywhere. Would definitely recommend.
My tour with Nick was definitely top notch. He was friendly, informative, entertaining, and inclusive. The tour involved more than merely walking around viewing street art. I learned how and why it is created. I also learned some of the history of Bushwick and the role that street art has played in the neighborhood. I would highly recommend this tour.
This tour was excellent! We went to a part of Brooklyn we may not have otherwise seen and in addition to seeing some great street art and graffiti we learned a lot about the history of the area. Nick our guide was very knowledgeable and entertaining.
Without knowing what to expect, I booked one of the best tours of my stay in New York. Nic, our guide, gave us an understanding of the background to street art and graffiti in a really funny and entertaining way. He showed us the incredibly beautiful artworks and explained the story behind each piece. You can't help but be amazed. After two hours you are so inspired that you want to see more and more. This corner of Brooklyn is also very interesting because it still has that casual, unpretentious ease and you can tell that it's on the radar to becoming a hip, trendy area of New York. That's why you should take a little time to walk around after the tour and maybe visit one of the cool restaurants. Translated with DeepL.com (free version)
Our young guide was truly excellent, explaining to us both the philosophy of graffiti and street art and the evolution of Bushwick district in Brooklyn
Excellent tour explaining street art in Brooklyn. We also got to interact with locals and learned about the history of Bushwick. Guide was good about finding shade for us to pause in.
We had a lot of fun. Such a great way to see unique murals and graffiti, and to learn about the motivation and collaboration of the artists. It’s more than just colorful art. I’d definitely recommend this tour!
Tour guide made it especially enjoyable and informative, as she was an actual street artist herself. See picture of tour guide standing in front of her mural.
This was a pretty great tour. Nick, the guide was very knowledgeable about the art and the people who made it and the area. We got to meet the artist for one of the works. Not too long, and never boring.
Great experience! Tour guide was fantastic! Would definitely do this again. I would highly recommend
Our guide was a friendly, hospitable and whose interest and passion for the subject and the community involved was evident. I was hoping to gain a little more insight into the historical background of graffiti in the borough, however, as mentioned along the way, the art out there doesn’t always last very long and so it makes sense to focus on the present. Much of the artwork was tremendous and we were even lucky enough to meet a couple of the artists actually on the street as we walked around.
The highlight of my weeks in New York. I was so impressed by our guides knowledge. I have taken street art tours in other countries but this was the best by far! Our guide spoke fluent French! I can’t recall his name but if you are wanting local knowledge and art expertise take this tour.
Fascinating, informative tour. We have been on street art tours in Miami, East London, and Paris. This tour was more memorable because of the passion and fascinating stories told by our guide Nick. Street art is about community and Nick helped us understand Bushwick’s culture strongly affected by history.
I took part in the tour on 17.06. and was delighted with the guide Nick, who led us through Bushwick with enthusiasm and a lot of humor. He showed us great works of art, imparted a lot of knowledge in a structured way, and shared exciting anecdotes. Many thanks for this great and entertaining tour :)
