We have been to NYC many times but had never done a ghost tour there. Kat did an exceptional job. We started in the village with many historical buildings and a discussion about the previous tenants (who have never left). A nice touch was having pictures of the buildings from the past so you got a real feel for the history. We ended in NYU area. The tour was the an easy walk that lasted just over 2 hours. I would highly recommend booking a tour through I’m Walkin’ Here Tours.

Itinerary
Hear the stories of some of the 20 ghosts said to inhabit this pre-Revolution carriage house.
Imagine this home in its heyday as a 1920's speakeasy run by the corrupt mayor of NYC. More than the smell of spirits linger here.
This former courthouse, jail, and women's prison is haunted by spirits of those done wrong by the system. Feel a chill as you hear their stories.
Take in the stories of "The Most Haunted House in New York", including brushes with former resident Mark Twain.
Hear the fascinating (and blood-chilling) history of this iconic park, including the story of the last public execution in NYC and the remains of plague victims still beneath your feet.
Stop by Edgar Allen Poe's tragic New York City home, across the street from a haunted former fire house.
Hear about the horrifying fire that lead to the deaths of 146 workers, and the souls said to still haunt the halls.

We had a wonderful time! Kat was funny, informative, and really nice. She did really well at integrating the spooky feeling into the history of the city, while handling the city's tragedies with respect and care. She also kept us at a good pace and no minute was wasted, nor did I feel like the tour was dragging.
Kat was super sweet and very knowledgeable. She handled hard historical facts well and answered questions fully. She mixed history with the spookier elements perfectly. Highly recommended, especially for small groups.
