The billboard was a pleasant surprise for my daughter who was celebrating her 18th birthday with friends & family!!

Good communication and easy to find billboard. My daughter loved her birthday surprise. Tip after you book and submit your picture you can email and request an exact time of display so you can better arrange viewing.

Once you book, they send you the time your photo will play each hour. I did this for my 40th birthday, dope moment for my friends & I!💚✨

Our grandson loved it although he was a little embarrassed♥️. It came on at exact time quoted. It was bigger than I had imagined!!!

This was a surprise for my husband on our 9th Anniversary. It was so cool to see our wedding photo up on a billboard in Times Square and it made our trip so special!

I loved this sooo much. The billboard displayed on time, The occasion was for my daughters 21 bday, she was so surprised to see her face in her military uniform displayed in the middle of Time Square. They send you a time of display, therefore you know at what time it will display. All in all, worth every penny!

Really cool to see our faces in time square- my husband had passed away and I was still able to honor him on our anniversary

Unfortunately, I ended up highly regretting this purchase. I purchased the advertised 15 second billboard as one of the birthday suprises for my fiance. I did not realize 15 seconds, what they heavily advetise, is completely useless. It doen't even give enough time for the person to stand infront of it and smile for the photo. By the time I clicked the button on my camera, the photo changed to a different ad of a girls birthday. It was pouring rain and I had already made him wait in the rain for an hour. It's comical how bad the experience ended up being. They have an option where you pay like $150 more (forgot the amount) but the billboard is up longer. This should be the only option. If you're going to book this, just give them the extra money because 15 second was a waste of money. The live stream is pretty cool though and the concept and idea of this is is lovely.

It was posted when I was told it would be and it was a great location. The billboard was larger than I thought it would be and I believe it was a great price. This really took the trip to the next level and she couldn't stop talking about it.

I booked with Times Square Billboard and my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. After placing my booking, I’ve tried multiple times to follow up with them through email and Instagram, but I never received a single response. Every time I attempt to contact them, I get the same automated message: “We’re sorry but there are no support agents available. We will try to notify you once a support agent is available.” They also claim: “We recommend you to send an email with your support request and we will reply in 1 - 2 hours.” — but that is completely false. Days and weeks go by without any reply. For a company operating at such a major location like Times Square, this level of customer service is unacceptable. There seems to be no real support or accountability. If you expect any kind of assistance after making your payment, you will be completely ignored. Very disappointing experience — I would not recommend anyone to use this service.

Amazing experience! It’s just breathtaking to see yourself on a huge billboard at the heart of Times Square. Definitely something to try.

They placed my photos on a totally different billboard than what was advertised. All the way by the bus station. Terrible small board. Wound not recommend.

There is a second billboard on Times Square that your photo/video can be assigned to. The live stream does not show the second screen (unless I missed it). It is NOT as convenient as the screen above the Pele store. This is not known until after the service is paid for.

This was the experience of a lifetime!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!! I saw my Happy Birthday Billboard multiple times throughout the day, but my favorite time was when I was passing by on my tour bus! Talk about impeccable timing!! It was a wonderful experience. It is especially nice that friends and family back home can live stream it and see it as well! I felt like a birthday superstar 🤩

This was such an amazing experience. I was able to do this for my son and husband. We went to new york and I wanted them to have something they will always remember. We stayed at the Tempo By Hilton Hotel, and the billboard was literally right outside the hotel door when we turned the corner. Would do this again . Everyone should try this!!! Thank you NYC

This is such an amazing experience to have . To get to walk through Town Square and see your picture of yourself or the person you love on a billboard is amazing . I did this billboard for my son’s 9th birthday 2/1/25 and to congratulate my husband on his job promotion . It was a priceless moment . I would do it again !

0 stars! I have uploaded the photo following all email instructions with confirmation the photo would show today, our last day and have watched the webcam for 10 minutes over the timeframe given over 5:11, 6:11 and 11:11 and the photo is not shown! Highly disappointed that I was scammed

Paid to have hubby’s face n a birthday message on the billboard near Pele store. Had a message saying it will be displayed 5 minutes past the hour for 24 hours. Seeing my husbands reaction when he saw his face & a happy birthday message on the billboard . This is probably 1 of the best gifts ever and so memorable for us all. Loved thinking outside the box & making this a fabulous birthday memory.

Initially, the instructions were quite confusing because I wasn’t sure if I needed to reserve a time or when it would actually be playing. But once you do pay for it, they send you an email confirming and what minute of the hour each hour it shows my friend was super surprised and loved it to where we had to stick around for a couple hours so she could see it at least a couple times

This was absolutely an amazing attraction to sign up for. It was such a unique gift received for my birthday. Everyone I showed it to was very impressed. Marvelous!!

The billboard picture was perfect. By including the live link our family and friends were able to watch at our designated time slot from afar. This is a great opportunity at an affordable price for those of us that aren’t advertising a business. My wife was surprised. Thank you.

This is an absolute gem of an idea and service offering. The impact that this has on someone when you are wondering through Times Square is just amazing. The process was simple and easy to lodge your request and upload your proposed photo. They advise they will tell you 24 hours before your nominated date what timeslot your picture will be displayed. They exceeded that, by giving me 48 hours notice. This enabled me more time to plan and be in the designated area before the picture displayed. Making the picture display even more surprising. This was one of the highlights for our trip to NYC, certainly a memorable one. Thank you to the team for this making this happen.

The billboard that I was displayed on was great ! The timing of it shown and the day was perfect. I’m a US Army Veteran going through a lot and having been through a lot felt so special and deserving of seeing myself on the billboard in the heart of Times Square has really made a great impact on my life. I was encouraged to do it and I’m glad I did. Everyone deserves or should try to do something different and great for themselves. Wowwwww…. Who ever organized this has given me a chance to feel really great about myself again. Would love to do it again. You guys are awesome!!!!!🥰

A perfect addition to a surprise trip for my daughter's 13th birthday. Easy transaction to purchase, even for a last minute idea.

We came to New York for our wedding anniversary and I thought it would be a nice gesture to have our wedding photo shown in one of the most famous places in the world. My husband LOVED it! The process of payment and uploading a photo was very easy. My only criticism is, it would have been nice to have different borders to select from as I would have like our's to have said Happy Anniversary. By the time I realized the writing would need to be on the pic before uploading, I had already submitted and there was no way to edit it. Also, my coupon code didnt take, but the experience was definitely still worth it!

I booked the billboard as a surprise for my sons 21st birthday, it was our first trip to New York and an experience he’ll never forget. Making the booking online was super easy and having his picture shown every hour meant it wasn’t a huge rush to get to it and we could get day and night time pics. The expression on his face was priceless!

Our picture was supposed to be broadcast at Xh22... and nothing! We waited from 7:15 to 8:30 and nothing... I wanted to surprise my husband for Valentine's Day... very disappointed.
