Didn’t have the best of experiences. The bus left late from the departure point and stopped to pick up more passengers. There was no communication prior to that. The bus attendants were unfriendly and not attentive. The company must be time conscious and train staff

Great way to get aquainted with NYC. The driver was amazing informing us of the sites. The audio guide was just right amount of info. You must do this as first day activity or if you are short on time.

I had to rebook with another tour bus company after waiting over 1 1/2 hours and still no idea when the bus was going to come. The workers were very nice! They just kept saying one is coming, one is coming. A loss of money for not being able to do it and also for rebooking with another company. The other company joked with them and said “where is your bus at?” Making it seem like it is an issue a lot. I know it is an hour wait in between pick ups, from what I was told, but not knowing when they were coming was frustrating!

The boat wasn’t working and had to go on the free ferry instead The driver was super kind which is why the rating is higher as they didn’t inform us that boat wasn’t working until we got there

This was a joke , the trip didn't exist ,now I'm fighting to get my money back ....don't book this trip !

We had a poor experience. Went to location that was directed at the times directed and the bus never arrived. Company won't refund the money either. Very disappointed.

We never took the tour! When we arrived at the "pick up" location we were told by a competitor that the company doesn't pick up there anymore. I cslled the number listed snd the agent that answered wasn't helpful at all!! We wound up going with a different company hopefully i will be able to dispute the charge with my bank since ww never went

Terrible! The bus never showed up. The tour stopped operating in December, yet tickets are still be sold.

We showed up at the pickup spot and the company no longer exists!! But they charged my card. Of course.

We were not able to go: They never showed up on site for pick-up. I called two times their 800 number and they never responded. I took the other provider " big Bus" and they charged me much higher rate, but I have guests from Croatia and tight schedule. It was first time for me that Tripadvisor reservation failed. I will try to ask for a full refund and damages caused by that.

Never show up and don't want to refund, avoid this company

Due to the lack of organization of your company, I was forced to cancel my trip with you for today, as it can be called a scam and theft: selling a product that does not exist and that you are not working on at the moment. You were responsible for ruining my trip. And on the other hand, you need to improve the customer service you have because it really sucks, it's terrible. I had the worst experience of my life with my family, on the street making calls that never gave me any solution! I need my money back

This is a scam the bus never showed up so we took an uber to the dock where the ship was supposed to depart and there was no boat only a sign that said statute of liberty sightseeing tour but we were there for more than an hour and nobody showed up customer service number never replied went next day to the same bus location bus never showed up we never found an office or representative. Worst experience ever…

This company is a scam. They apparently only operate in the summer, yet they advertised for February. When I tried to contact them, there was no response. So far no contact and no refund. Do not get sucked in to this scam.

Did not get the opportunity to experience this bus tour due to poor communication from the organizer, inconsistent pick up details and cancelled start times.

The bus took over an hour to show up and was late to the point that we missed the boat tour. I walked around the entire block several times. No customer service. You need to leave a VM.

Not what they tell in the detail. No narrations . Missed showing landmarks that were supposed to be on the iterinary .

Avoid this company when we got to the destination there liberty cruise was not running so we didn’t use this, Viator refused a refund. This happened on 2 excursions we bought from here, loads of better sites about

This tour was not as advertised. No live guide—only audio, broken bus AC, and poor communication. Boat departure details were incorrect, causing us to miss the scheduled time. Disorganized and disappointing experience.

The bus never showed up, a worker for another bus tour company let us know that this company sometimes just never shows up, they hadn’t been there in 3 days. A couple near us was just as confused. We ended up buying tickets for another tour and will have to try and refund this one thru my credit card

We booked the Express Sightseeing Bus Tour with Statue of Liberty Cruise Combo, expecting both the bus tour and the Statue of Liberty cruise as advertised. Only after our tickets were scanned and we had boarded the bus did the tour guide inform us that there would be no boat tour. No explanation was given, and we were given no option to cancel or make alternative plans. The Statue of Liberty cruise was a major reason for our booking, so this was extremely disappointing. This experience felt misleading and poorly handled, and it significantly reduced the value of what we paid for. Better communication and transparency are essential. I would not recommend this tour based on our experience.

Unreal, the comments about waiting are accurate. We waited at least an hour. The promoter was rude. The heat does not warm the bus, only the driver. Not their fault but no boat tour. The Female driver was good though, no concerns. Overall, I wouldn't do it again. Not worth the money.

I didn’t expect drinks, food, snacks, liquor to be available. We were allowed to move around, stand up. Lower level of boat is indoors. Loved it.
