Ewr Luxury Sedan Nyc Transfer + Multiple Stops

I had a positive experience with JetBlack. The entire process was fairly smooth, from arranging the trip to completing the journey. The staff were friendly, professional, and willing to assist whenever needed. The transportation was comfortable, and the trip was handled in an organized manner. What I appreciated most was the convenience of having reliable transportation without having to deal with complicated arrangements. Although there may always be small things that can still be improved, the overall service was satisfactory and met my expectations. I would be happy to use JetBlack again and recommend their service to others.

Gurmeet, was polite and helpful, but he is a driver, not a tour guide. He offered very little during our three hours together, mainly things like, ‘that’s the highline’ - offering nothing about its origins or significance. during our three hours together he was silent for about 2 hours 45 minutes. You promised a tour, but this was a quiet drive. Very disappointed, but it’s not Gurmeet’s problem, you did not train him or you intentionally sent a driver, not a tour guide! We had to ask what neighborhoods we were driving through. You have an obligation to him and us to have used everyone’s time and money to the intended purpose. I hope no one else experiences this disappointment with your service. I don’t want this review posted, I want you to learn something from it and apologize to us and Gurmeet.

Adam has been my driver a few times now. He is fantastic. So kind and service oriented, and always, always early so there is no rushing. Thank you adam!

First time customer and will repeat Used jetblack for the first time this week. They were trustworthy, communicative and highly professional

I had a wonderful experience with JetBlack Transportation! The service was punctual, reliable, and professional from start to finish. The driver was courteous and knowledgeable, making the ride smooth and comfortable. The vehicle was clean and well-maintained, and the overall experience was stress-free. I highly recommend JetBlack Transportation for anyone looking for dependable and high-quality transport service!

My driver was on time—early, in fact—which I really appreciated. He was polite and professional, and the car was clean and comfortable. He drove safely and made the ride smooth and stress-free. I was very happy with the service and would definitely ride with him again.

this was great two rides. clean car. Great driver. Wonderful experience both ways. Ali was outstanding. Would want him again next time I ride with Jetblack

Needed to schedule a trip at the last minute from suburban Phila to Manhattan. Have used Jet Black for years for airport trips from Manhattan to JFK or EWR. Took a chance that we would be able to secure our trip with Jet Black. They came through on short notice and we had a great driver peter. Thanks so much as always Jet Black for reliability and professionalism

Awesome driver, awesome experience. Will be using them in the future again. The little bit of extra money to use this epic service was worth it.

Driver was excellent. Told us some history of the city and also suggested placeswe should see and go. Would request him if we visit again.

I have used jetblack a number of times and have never been disappointed. They are great to work with, whether it is keeping me informed, having great drivers and nice, clean vehicles, and, most importantly, they are always punctual. I will happily use them again.

Gao, our driver, was excellent and gave us a wonderful experience. He took us to all of the best spots and was very patient wit us giving us the time to walk around and experience the city even though the weather was bad.

Jackie was our driver for the 3 hour tour. We were able to see Rockefeller Center, United Nations, Brooklyn Bridge, St Patrick’s Cathedral, 9/11 Memorial, Empire State, China Town, and a view of the Statue of Liberty. Very well worth the expense. I traveled with my daughter and mother. I didn’t want my mom to have to walk a lot. We exited the car to look around the memorial and shop on canal street. Time flew by! No better way to see NYC in a hurry.

Our personal driver Rakeshkumar P. was Superb! He is very knowledgeable of the city of Manhattan and took us to every site we wanted to see on our customized tour with ease. The next time we visit New York we are definitely going to request Rakeshkumar to be our personal driver and we will definitely recommend him to our family and friends.

Excellent service! So jack ! Courteous drivers and clean cars! I wish every city had a service like this.

In March, I used Jet Black for car service to and from Newark Airport to NYC. They were fantastic. I will be traveling again in June/July and will happily use them for that too. They were professional and on time, and Bella was fantastic in the booking process and follow-up.
