Small group upgraded to private when others called in very late. Richard provided interesting insights into the historical development of the area. Very enjoyable morning.
Had a great time on our tour. Leo was amazing! He was so informative, fun, and gave us great information. I highly recommend this tour as we learned so much about the Flatiron district. Book it - you’ll love it!
We had an excellent tour guide, Rob, who was highly knowledgeable of local history, including the development of the city over time, which I found particularly interesting. The empire state observation levels were my husband's favorite part of the tour, and an overall highlight of our trip to NYC.
Richard was excellent during the tour
Richard was out tour guide and he was great! Awesome experience!
We had a brilliant time on this tour. Nicola, our tour guide, was amazing, so knowledgeable about the history of the city and answered all the questions we had. He was funny and attentive to us. Highly recommend this tour and trip! Thoroughly enjoyable day. Thank you.
Had Mike the tour guide all to Ourselves. Very informative and happy to answer any questions. Empire State Building was well Organised and much better views than other places we have visited. 10/10
Ron Taylored the tour to suit us as we were the only ones on it. He was knowledgeable and altered it as we both have walking issues, which might have been a problem with a bigger group.
What a wonderful tour. Loved learning about the architecture and history of the buildings. Jeff Dobbins was very engaging and passionate.
Beautiful city with goods explications about her
The tickets were a bit pricey but what the hell... I did enjoy the tour a lot. Leo gave us just the right amount of historical information / facts & figures not to get overwhelmed, interspersed with the odd anecdote. I flew out to Zurich the same evening, and thanks to a persistent fear of flying the overdramatic thought crossed my mind, "If this should be the last day of my life, at least I get to spend it on Empire State Building and the Top of the Rock, with a spectacular view over Manhattan and beyond." The pilot did a good job, though, so I'm still here to write my review. :-) Thank you, Leo.
Really interesting tour with Ron in sub zero temperatures! Very knowledgeable and would definitely recommend. Thankyou
Anticipate a knowledgeable guide! Mine was wonderful!Presentation good and easy to follow! I learned a lot and had fun in doing so! Kudos to Rob!

it was super fun our tour guide richard was amazing he was very knowledgeable and made the tour so amazing. would definitely recommend this tour and richard as our guide.
Richard was a nice guide, showed us hidden gems and insights in the buildings and landmarks we have visited. He presented the information in a concise way, making us more interested.
An excellent experience. Richard our tour guide was fantastic, very knowledgeable and a really nice guy too, a big thank you to him. Would definitely recommend this tour.
The guide walked at her own pace and would not wait for us to catch up and was not interested if we could hear her speaking. She would talk to the one family on the tour and would not wait to explain things when we ALL were in hearing distance! She was in a hurrry to find out why at the Rockefeller center. She got us there and then DITCHED us !!! Yes she left us before our tour was over... she handed us our tickets and gave a brief explanation and handed us our tickets to get in.... she was NOT even careful to give us adult tickets!! Us 2 adults were given one adult ticket and one child ticket! When we showed it to the lady at the desk asked why we had a child ticket!! We feel she has been the most uncaring tour guide that we have had out of 4 days of tours in NYC!!! She expressed her own VIEW/Prejudice about many things even simple things that should not be an issue like eating places! I feel we were cut short on our tour and the amount of money we paid for someone that obviously did not want to be there doing her job! If she had plans before the tour was to end then DONOT ruin a paid tour for people that came many miles to see NYC! We think her name was Sherease
What I particularly appreciated was the convenience of the skip-the-line tickets that City Wonders provided. The regular lines to get into the building were quite long, but with our priority access, we were able to bypass the crowds and go straight up to the observation deck without the wait. It made a huge difference in maximizing our time, especially in a city as busy as New York.
Good information and good company
Ron was a very nice and friendly tour guide! Told everything well and clearly and answered all questions clearly. So was totally top!
It was a unique experience. Richard described everything very vividly and vividly. Ultimately, we had a one-on-one lead as the rest of the group had to drop out early. Highly recommended and hopes for Richard as a guide.
