Great way to see the Christmas lights. Yes it’s busy but it’s Christmas. Comfortable bus and guide went out of his way to take pictures and give information.

Very knowledgeable tour guide. Sebastian was very patient and flexible with such a big group. He kind enough to contact people who were missing at the end of tour. The streets were pretty busy with people. It was an awesome tour to take
We had a wonderful time. The lights were amazing and made the whole night so festive! Our tour guide was super nice and made the trip great.
Be ready with you camera's. There are some many houses with lights. There are even vendors along the way selling snacks.
Millie was very professional and informative. Daniel drove us safely and on time to all the destinations.
Nice easy tour to do in early evening with kids ages 6-12. Very colorful. Dress warm. Had a great time!
Excellent tour! Dyker Heights was worth the money. Steve was very informative & a great tour guide. Would highly recommend
Perfect tour. Carefully timed, great guide and even nice music on the bus. Small group made it more enjoyable.
No good , there is no sight to identify the meeting area . There was nobody in the area to ask , about the meeting point . Instructions to get the tour to complicated. We went to the meeting point in front of the hotel and there was no body to ask . There was a bus with other route in front of the hotel . The temperature was 17*F we waits for half an hour , left the area . One hour later someone call and ask if we will show up. Imposible for us to go back . By the way it was the three of us mother wife and my self .
A good fun visit to the Christmas houses. Trolley bus was comfy and novel. Informative friendly guide. Great view of the Brooklyn Bridge Hint wrap up well in December!
The best bang for your buck experience I’ve ever paid for! Sebastian was a wonderful host. He gave us great history as we drove to and from Dyker Heights. It was a great opportunity to see more of the city too. The extra stop at DUMBO was way more than I anticipated. You get some gorgeous cityscape scenes from that point. The actual Christmas lights tour was great. The over the top decorations were so fun! Sebastian did a great job making sure we all remained together, which sometimes had to have been a challenge with other tour groups and it being dark. Wonderful, wonderful tour from beginning to end. Book it!
Guide took time to make sure you had time to see everything. Steve did a great job. We had fun on this trip
A really wonderful way to see Dyker Heights and learn more about the city on the way. Sebastian was very knowledgeable about not only Dyker Heights but also New York and we learnt a lot from him. The bus was cosy and warm and the photo opportunity by Pier 1 was a nice bonus!
I was really looking forward to this tour, but the experience did not match what was advertised. While we started on time, the tour guide made it clear early on that he wanted to move through the itinerary as quickly as possible. He even mentioned skipping the first portion of the tour to get to Dyker Heights sooner, which was surprising since the tour was scheduled for four hours and no one in the group was looking to shorten it. Dyker Heights itself was beautiful, even with the light rain. The real disappointment came afterward. Instead of continuing on to the Dumbo portion of the tour, the guide announced that he planned to skip it entirely. Every guest on the bus expressed concern and asked if we could at least drive through the area. He reluctantly agreed, but the drive-by was extremely rushed, there was almost no narration, and we were not offered the chance to step out for photos even though the rain had stopped by then. The Dumbo stop was one of the highlights advertised in the itinerary, so it felt like a significant part of the tour was missing. Throughout the trip, the guide repeatedly mentioned wanting to return to the drop-off point as quickly as possible. Hearing this at the beginning and again after leaving Dyker Heights left the impression that ending early was his priority, not delivering a full and engaging tour. The holiday lights were wonderful to see, but the tour itself did not provide the complete experience or level of engagement I expected. I hope the operator reviews this feedback and ensures future guests receive the full itinerary they paid for. Note: The tour operator reached out and made steps to make things right, which is greatly appreciated.
We had a wonderful night at the Dyker Heights lights. Easy clear instructions from booking until the end of the trip. Made better with our tour guide Steve, a lot of tourist information and tips given on the journey there and some NYC history. The group was a nice number and we seemed to have a good time, leaving Times Sqaure at 16:00 we were through before the huge groups/crowds arrived.
Sebastian, our guide was wonderful. Traffic was horrible, and slow. Dyker Heights lights are very pretty. We went as a group of 5 friends and had a fun night.
It was extremely hard, confusing, and frustrating to find our guide at the very beginning to find the correct bus to get on
Informative and alot of fun! The houses were beautiful and our hide and driver were on point and professional. Very satisfied!
I think coming so early in the season meant that not all houses were decorated but the ones that were were beautiful and nice to see There are good vans around if you want a snack, and lots of people. Enjoyed the stop off at Dumbo to photograph the city at night. It wasn’t the best trip ever but it was good.
Wow, this trip was awesome. You just have to do this tour if you are visiting over the Christmas period. This suburb goes to such amazing levels to decorate their beautiful houses. This really got us all in the festive spirit.
So many people there was out bus plus 4 other bus loads doing this tour was freezing cold and a long time to walk around in the cold Although the decorations where very pretty it wasn't really value for money
Brilliant guide- very knowledgeable and informative- very patient and ensured everyone got all the sights captured on film- well worth a morning g out of yr day- restaurant at end of tour also highly recommend - papillon
Our guide was great he was very knowledgeable even explained areas of New York/Brooklyn on the way to Dyker Heights. He made the whole experience even better by playing Christmas music out loud.
Very knowledgeable tour guide, Steve. Very well organised and our tour bus driver was excellent Tour is very good!
Loved the tour and our tour guide Steve was great. If you’re visiting NYC for the Xmas decor this is a great way to end the trip. Also nice to get out of the city for a few hours, walking around the neighborhoods with some hot cocoa. The stop in DUMBO is also a nice photo opp, very romantic. Would definitely recommend for a longer trip to NYC.
I enjoyed the tour and tour guide Raj. Easy pick up location in midtown Manhattan. Guide pointed out historical buildings and areas of NYC before getting to Brooklyn. Brooklyn Dyker Heights is amazing, such beautifully decorated homes. Great guide walked group through about five blocks. Returning back to NYC, good stop at location under the Brooklyn bridge to get picture of bridge and NYC skyline. Great Holiday tour.
Steve was great, charismatic, professional, safety conscious. He was delightful and poured forth his broad knowledge about all things NyC. He gladly took photos of us too. He is the best tour guide I’ve encountered on this of many NYC trips. He shared many interesting facts and gems with us. He obviously loved people and his job. Highly recommended
Terrific evening of Dyker Heights lights and Brooklyn Bridge stops. Our guide Steve gave us historical context on our drive and views were fabulous. Plan on 4 hours and there will be crowds. Bus has a toilet but otherwise no bathroom facilities.
A little rushed looking at light display. Maybe another hour to look around. Great tour guide. Great bus driver.
Trying to find your tour guide wasn’t easy as there were 5 bus loads all trying to find their guide! But once we got underway it was very good!
Great guide and fun experience. Wish it were a smaller group and the tour longer than one hour. We only got an hour to walk through dyker heights which seemed rushed. There was an additional stop at Brooklyn bridge which wasn’t that impressive. Would have preferred more time in dyker height instead
Excellent tour - lights were fantastic Had a brilliant bus driver and tour guide Thanks for a wonderful experience
Be careful to go to the right "times square hotel" as there are more than one in Manhattan. We missed the trip and there was no Hotline to call
Sebastian was a terrific tour guide around the Dyker Heights neighborhood. My husband and I did this tour to try something different for Christmas in NYC and were so glad we did. It was a lovely evening and the houses were spectacular.
It was nice but I expected more. Only some houses were decorated which made the drive a little bit desiring.
Sebastian was great, but the tour itself is not worth the $60/person we paid. We did not drive by any of the famous Christmas lights on 5th Avenue, especially the tree at Rockerfeller Center. The bus was extremely warm. Not what we expected!!
Fantastic experience except for the fact that i lost my purse on route. Apart from that we both had a lovely evening with Millie and Fanny
Never seen so many houses in a neighbourhood decorated for Christmas so elaborately and colourful great atmosphere
Steve (the tour guide) was great!! Very very knowledgeable about all things New York!! Dyker Heights was beautiful - a must see!! Great photo op at our stop under the Brooklyn Bridge!! Really glad we did this tour and I can’t say enough about how good Steve was. We learned so much about NYC!!
Great time, lots of walking! Beautiful lights! Sebastian was a great tour guide! Bus driver was excellent! Amazing views of Brooklyn Bridge & NY skyline!
Excellent refinery recommend. Bus was clean & comfortable Sebastian was a great host very knowledgeable Xmas lights amazing
The lights weren’t as spectacular as advertised. I can see much better displays at home in Colorado. The guide was great but the tour was not good. Complete waste of time and money. Definitely don’t waste your time or money!!
Loved this trip. As I love Christmas. The houses were out of this world. Something I will never forget. Definitely worth the trip
Steve the tour guide was absolutely brilliant! A lovely evening and my highlight was time under the Brooklyn bridge. Thank you
The meeting point was a little chaotic, 5 tour companies use the same place, but once we were on the bus everything was ok Our tour guide Steve and driver Fanny were fantastic. Steve provided a commentary through the streets of New York on our way to Dyker Heights, lots of interesting facts and some fun thrown in. Dyker Heights is a neighbourhood where a lot of he houses are decorated, often professionally ($10k - $30k) and some collecting for various charities. Dumbo pier was a great vantage point to get some night time photos of down town New York and Brooklyn Bridge. Fanny's driving skills were put to the test around the back streets to get us out of the traffic A fantastic trip with a great guide and driver
Seeing this phenomenal display of Christmas decorations for my husband and myself was magical. We saw so much in the hour allotted time and the to go to DUMBO was the icing on the cake. So happy we booked this tour on our trip to New York. Our guide was amazing
Well looked after after from the meet up location. Great guide who spoke multiple languages at kept us all together throughout the visit. Finished off with the DUMBO visit , very enjoyable, thanks 👍👌
Excellent tour! Would highly recommend! Our tour guide called Millie was very knowledgeable. Dyker Heights was beautiful and very well organised. Millie told us all about the surrounding area too.
Well looked after by Sebastian. Had plenty time to look at the amazing lights! Plenty of extra interesting info provided while on the coach.
Steve our tour guide was knowledgeable and humorous. The bus was comfortable. It was easy to find the meeting place. We were greeted by a friendly staff.
