Didnt realize it was only 15 minutes through a small section. Its also double the price on here as what they advertise literally ON the carriage. NO NOT PRE-BUY, just go. There were plenty available, wouldve waited less time for our actual carriage than just walking up and negotiating in person and hopping on.

Short and expensive with not much Central Park / NYC narrative during the ride. The coordinator was good at contacting us and getting us started. A more reasonable price may have been achieved by just showing up at Central Park, there were several vendors.

We had the absolute best experience. Mali was our tour guide and Bridgette was our horse. After a full day in NY, the kids were tired and we originally had a reservation for 4:40. At the risk of just leaving I tried reaching out to see if he could possibly take us earlier. He accommodated us thankfully and was so good to us. He gave us lots of history of Central Park, told us what movies were filmed and where in the park, and lastly took pictures for us and gave the children carrots to feed Bridgette. Top notch service all the way. Thank you for making our visit to the City that much more special.

Also, a big shoutout to our beautiful horse, Bella (such a sweetheart!). You could tell she’s well cared for and calm, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Plus, NYC Adventures really saved the day when our friends’ tour company didn’t show up — they helped them get a carriage too. That kind of service is rare. Highly recommend!

Paid £199 for a trip today and the horse carriage never arrived. Ive tried countless times messaging the company but to no avail. Massive scam this company. Happy to take to your money but no actual trip

This was a very chilled experience. Our driver Noah was very polite and knowledgeable and asked if we wanted the park info or wanted him to be quiet. We chose the info and it was very informative. Noah stopped along the way for our own photos and Noah also took some for us. His horse was called Punch and he was in very good condition. It was a lovely experience.

The drivers themselves are absolutely lovely. The carriages are adorable, and the horses are so sweet. The company itself is absolutely disgraceful. I booked in advance a one hour long carriage ride for my anniversary, and when I got there, I was told I would only get 20 minutes. When I called the company to figure out what was wrong I got yelled at on the phone and was told I would be refunded and that I would then need to just find someone who would take me for an hour and pay them directly. I have yet to receive my refund a week and a half later.

It was a little short (around 20’), too expensive for the price. I would miss a little more information

Ralf was great he was knowledgeable. We didn’t really want to hear the history or the touristy information we just wanted to ride and take the experience in. I’m happy I chose the short ride because the longer version would have been too much for me. I would book again. Specifically the longer version in the summertime.

It was very hard indeed to find the booked Horse Carriage. There was no contact telephone nummer. Tried to chat, but got no response. With extensive assistance from kind persons from other horse carriage firms we succeed after hard work to find someone from the right firm. He aggreed to drive us. The trip did not as announced last 25 minutes, but only 13 minutes. It was definitely not a good experience and not worth the money.

For the price they charged ($300), this was a complete ripoff. They promised to take photos at important locations, they didn't take any. They promised to let our kids feed the horses carrots, they ran out of carrots. The carriage itself was lackluster, no lights or decorations. The whole thing was disappointing. Next time I'd just show up and negotiate with a rider there, it wasn't worth booking in advance.

New york is fascinating. I think I offended our driver when I asked for confirmation that he was our booked driver. With so many husseling for work, you have to be careful.
