Great Guide with lots of enthusiasm and detailed information about the Falls. We enjoyed learning about the natural changes that have come about with the Falls. An added bonus was information about the power generating stations located there and how electricity was first provided to a community near the Falls.

You will get soaked! Bring water shoes and a full change of clothing. It was a fantastic experience and we are planning another trip soon.
You will absolutely 💯 get wet. So so cool 😎 and fun! Would do it again! I have nothing more to say!
We really enjoyed our tour given by Nate. He was very entertaining and knowledgeable of the history of the American Falls.
The tour was just ok. Large family in our group that took the attention away from others in the group. Tour guide was knowledgeable and kind.
Great experience, must see and mist do, the bridal veil is good water therapy, great tour guide pleasant helpful and informative, patient with folks who get little late catching up in the tour.
Mark was amazing and a wealth of knowledge, offering other ideas to look into after the tour as well. Cave of the winds was really beautiful. You will get wet even with the ponchos!
Awesome. What a sight to see! Bring extra shoes. You won’t need a rain coat. The little movie was very informative also.
We met Mark on Sunday for a tour. Prior to that we got a descriptive text of info and a picture of the meeting spot. It was easy to find and so was Mark. Mark knew a ton of interesting facts and his pride for his hometown really shined thru. This was a great addition and way to get a ticket to Cave of Winds vs waiting inline for a time. Id say youre with Mark for an hour and then go into the Cave of Winds. Id set aside 2 to 3 hours total.
Be patient it’s worth every moment and take lots of pictures! You will have the best time you have ever experienced
An unforgettable experience with breathtaking views and powerful winds. Feeling so close to the falls was both thrilling and refreshing. A must-do attraction for anyone visiting Niagara Falls!
Not worth the wait and money you're better off going to the ticket counter and purchasing tickets they sold tickets every hour of the day at a cheaper price
Loved our Cave of Winds tour. Nate was our topside guide. He was super friendly and informative. He took us along starting at Horseshoe Falls related stories and facts about the falls. We then went down and did two viewpoints, one I believe was called Stedman’s point, and then the other was right at Bridal Veils were you can see the American Falls. Nate told stories the whole way. After the viewpoints he deposited us back at the Cave entrance and told us that his part was finished. He collected our tickets, handed them out and gave us instructions on what was going to happen as the state park took over the tour. We proceeded to the next set at our scheduled time and took the elevator down to the boardwalks. We walked right up the bottom of Bridal Veils and it was awesome!! At the hurricane deck you can kinda decide how wet you want to get. You will get whether you go up to the falls or if you hang back. I went closer than my hubby and mainly just my shoes and collar of my shirt got wet enough to need to change. My hubby hung back and he had to change his shoes and his shorts. His poncho keep blowing up. It was very windy. I will admit when I purchased tickets I was not expecting any type of guide. That part was very nice. Highly recommend you do the tours!!
Way too expensive. The tour guide just showed up, talked about the area for about 15 minutes, gave us the tickets, and said goodbye. This isn't a place that actually needs a guide; instead of wasting time following one around, it's much better to just explore with your family. On top of that, they charged double the price of an actual on-site ticket. This is a total scam.
Nathaniel was a great guide. He was personable and provided good information. We got very wet in the Cave of the Winds but it was FUN.
Nice and leisurely. We had fun. Want more time in theater. Very knowledgeable. You should let the guides talk!
It was knowledgeable and fun! Our tour guide was Rickie he made it fun he remembers your name which makes in personal! Questions were answered and he gave us time to see sight a little so wasn’t rushed! Definitely recommend!!!
Ricky was our guide that added much value to our tour. Without Ricky we would have missed a lot of things worth knowing. He was very patient, very kind, and made the tour extra fun. Joann and Randy from Virginia.
We had a great tour guide. The tour itself was very informative and had a good pace. Niagara Falls is amazing and worth a visit.
RICO was awsome and gave us a lot of information we would have never seen or heard. So glad we booked this tour
My tour was amazing. My guide was Ricky and he was great. He was well informed and kept it entertaining even helping me find a rainbow in the falls at the end for a good photo. It was my birthday and he made it a great one for me. Highly recommend the tour to anyone
Totally not worth the money it’s not completely open! Very expensive elevator ride down to one deck. I must have missed something in the description that clearly stated this was not fully operational yet. Very disappointing!
Ricky was very knowledgeable, informative and kept our attention. Made the tour fun but educational.
Our guide was very knowledgeable, informative and professional with the tour. Very highly recommended.
Ricky was our tour guide and did an amazing job!!!!
Some things were restricted due to the weather but we had a great time still. Our tour guide Rickie was really nice and informative. He gave us some good advice and insight to the area. Also got some great pictures
Had a great time at Cave of the Winds with Rick - highly recommend him!
Rick is awesome—we had so much fun with him at Cave of the Winds! 😊
We had a great time with Rick at Cave of the Winds.
Our tour guide Ricky was family, fun and very informative. It was a great time!
Ricky was our our guide. He was awesome, very knowledgeable about niagara falls and other areas to visit in the area. I would definitely go again next tine I visit if Ricky is my your guide.
Joel was a great turn guide. Lots of cool info. Got wetter today than yesterday on the boat. Well worth doing
Awesome experience. Very organized tour. Fun tour guide. Exciting maid of the mist boat ride and cave of the winds Ponchos are great but a bit long for short people!!
Our tour was great! Our guide, Brian, really knows his stuff. He told us all about Niagra Falls. A lot of history, which was cool. We went to Luna Island, Terrapin Point and Cave of the Winds. We had a great time!
The tour guide was knowledgeable and patient. He was fantastic. Lots of fun seeing the Falls in a different way.
Heads up. We did not end up going. I can not say if it is good or bad. I can however give this guidance. I do feel that we were a bit mislead. If you want an hour plus walking tour that you can walk on your own (you may miss a few details that you can research on your own) and if you want the guide to walk up to the ticket window and buy your tickets for 23 dollars that you can walk up and buy yourself and you have already paid 47 for.... Then this is the tour for you.
Absolutely incredible!!! Brian was a great tour guide for the first part and Cave of the Winds was an up close, powerful experience.
Prepare to get wet and witness an amazing sight. Out tour guide was very interesting with a number of interesting facts and stories about the falls
5 was excellent the experience, the fact of the falls was all interesting. The best experience we loved the waterfall got very wet but we loved it
It’s easy to take a ticket at the booth and go down instead of the tour guide We spend unnecessary too long around 2 hours
The information received was to meet at the “Tesela” arch. First time to Niagara use Waze and Google took us to center of Goat island. We arrived 30 minutes early but by the time we asked three different people where the arc was and by the time I called the help number it was five minutes pass the meeting time and we missed our appointed entry. The gentleman I spoke to directed us to go to the ticket station and pay for the tickets and he would give us a full refund which appeared with in the same day. It was a great response and I fully would recommend them again. My recommendation is they clarify the meeting area “in front of the ticket boot by the arc. I saw the arch but no where on the arch it was called “Tesla Arch” Also all maps do not show the arch.
Incredibly great, funny and wet. Recommended to everybody. This will be a impression for whole life.
Our guide at the Falls was awesome! The cave experience was a memory I will not forget. I was soaked but I loved it!! Would certainly recommend it.
This tour was 100% worth it. MJ was amazing and was very knowledgeable tour guide. It is a great experience. Highly recommended.
The tour was cancelled and it was very difficulty to get the tickets from the tour company I expect to be refunded for the tour that was cancelled
Joe was great. He told stories and facts about the falls and surrounding area. I really like the fact that the tickets were handled and we would not have to wait in a potentially long line to get tickets to the caves. Joe took care of everything. I would definitely do this tour again.
Brian was great! Kept everyone together and informed those who strayed exactly where the group was headed and to the minute so we could catch up with the group.
This is a really fun trip. Be prepared to walk and go up and down steep stairs. Cheri our guide was very knowledgeable and fun. You will get wet to fully experience the tour but you can’t get any closer to the falls! A definite to do list if you are at Niagara!
Our tour guide was Dave. He was very accommodating to our group & listened to our needs ! Also was very knowledgeable on Niagara Falls history. My 14 year old granddaughter enjoyed listening to him tell the stories of the history. He also recommended we should take a drive before we left the area to Whirlpool Park minutes away from the falls. The next morning we got up early and drove over. So worth the drive to see some real beautiful sites. Thank you Dave. We both enjoyed your tour.
We had an amazing experience at the Cave of the Winds on our first day! As a family of five with two kids (ages 11 and 6), we were unsure how our 6-year-old, who is autistic, would handle the walking through the water on the wooden stairs. To our delight, he cocooned inside his poncho and bravely did it! Our eldest absolutely loved the water crashing down on her in the summer heat, finding it a refreshing treat. Nana, who was on a scooter, enjoyed the view from a dry platform, which was very accommodating. After our adventure, we stopped by the cafe for refreshments. Unfortunately, the cafe had no air conditioning, and the staff was unfriendly. One lady even rudely told Nana to leave and stop refilling her drink. Despite the cafe experience, the Cave of the Winds was a fantastic activity, and we highly recommend it for families!
