Great guide. Just one other family. Took our time and didn’t feel rushed at all. Just a very light atmosphere.

We enjoyed each of the vineyards we visited! It was wonderful to have Randy’s experience as a local guide in addition to being able to have a sober driver take us to each vineyard. An added bonus was Randy’s willingness to take lots of great photos which will always help us remember a great day!

Really nice wineries, our driver Deb was great! She didn’t rush us and made the day relaxed and easy to enjoy the area. We would have loved more options to sit outside.

Working with Crush from start to finish was so very easy! I reached out to the company with about one million questions about planning a wine tour for a group of 16. Gina was so patient with me, answering all of my questions and follow ups. Once we had numbers finalized to make our last payment, Gina made it easy to add on some meat, cheese and cracker trays for our group to enjoy. We went to three wineries, each with their own vibe and aesthetic. We had wonderful experiences at each! Our drivers, Alan and Jim, went above and beyond through the whole tour. They provided us with printed itineraries, water and snacks for the drive. They knew so much about the area, showing us special local spots. And they are expert photographers - taking us to a beautiful scenic vista. If you are looking to book with Crush, you’ll be so happy!

Alan our driver for the day was great! He was very kind, knowledgeable about the area and attentive to our needs. He even took us past a few must see views while in the area. We would 100% book another tour with him when visiting the Finger Lakes again in the future.

It was a beautiful and wonderful trip for my anniversary! Our guide Darryl really pulled out all the stops to make our outing special. He was knowledgeable, friendly and made you feel like family. The wine tour itself was nice, plus the restaurant we stopped, which has some nice options for meals. There are numerous selections for different wine experiences. My partner is a dry wine drinker and I enjoy sweets, so we were able to pick out our preferences and still try each other! Additionally, some of our stops had little shops that had other items, like wine jelly, sauces and much more. It is pricey but I definitely recommend it.

Everyone we met on the trip was fantastic. Answered questions and talked to us about the wine and the background of the winerys and vineyards. Everyone was super friendly. Especially our driver who seemed to have just a good a time as we did. Thanks Darryl for taking us to all the places and giving us the opportunity to talk to the people

Jim made the first trip my girlfriend and I took together very special, the perfect mix of keeping us entertained and letting us have our space for special moments. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We will be back for other tours and will definitely be requesting Jim!

This was an overall wonderful experience. Each winery had a unique selection of wine and was very generous with the samples. Fortunately we were picked up and dropped off at our hotel! Our driver Gary was so much fun and a very knowledgeable guide. October is a great month for viewing colorful foliage. Glad we took the added lunch which was scheduled after the first winery.

My husband and I had such a great time on our Canandaigua wine tour with Gary as our driver and guide. He arrived exactly on time to pick us up at our hotel. In between each of our stops at the wineries and Nolan's for lunch, he pointed out different sights along the way and gave us some history of the area. Gary was always close by but not intrusive and was helpful loading our wine purchases into the back of the car. It was a wonderful, fun day. Gary has a great sense of humor and we never lacked for conversation during our tour. For anyone going to the Finger Lakes and looking for a great tour, Gary is the driver and guide you should have. We definitely recommend Gary and Crush Beer & Wine Tours.

What a fantastic day, Ron the Man pick us promptly on time and was took the of us on a private tour of the local wineries. Providing great local knowledge of the area and about lake Canadaigua. Casa Larga and Heron Hill were great hosts. But by far our favourite was Inspire Moore. The hostess provided us with a 5* service making sure our glasses were never empty.

The day started promising but was disappointing. The driver was on time and polite. First stop was pretty and great service. Second and fourth stops were cheap and not good. The fourth stop served 6 servings in Dixie cups poured all at once and on a cafeteria tray with no explanation or service. Amber Hill was old and dumpy. Third stop was interesting and server was nice. We called to provide feedback and crush tours was somewhat defensive and aid they didn’t have much to choose from and we should have done our research. This was completely overpriced and not worthwhile. Very disappointed.

What a great experience! We were lucky enough to have Deb as our driver and guide and it was such a great experience. She was knowledgeable about the area, very patient with our group (a bachelorette party), and was happy to take lots of photos for us! She even carried our purchases to the van for us!! She was attentive without being intrusive and was really fun to be with! The wine tour itself was great - we had to do zero prep or work and just showed up to have a good time and get chauffeured. Crush does a great job of communicating and makes it easy to enjoy the day. It’s a great way to make sure that your entire group has fun and no one gets stuck being “in charge”. Highly recommend using Crush for a winery or beer tour and TOTALLY recommend Deb!!

Russell was great at scheduling the tour! Our crush host was Gary and he was awesome! He picked us up at the house we were staying right on time. He was really personable and gave us a local tour between the wineries. We had a really nice time. Our tour was a Tuesday and the wineries were not real busy which was great. Thanks for the memories and certainly would request Gary on our next trip to the finger lakes to go on a wine tour on a different lake

We had a great time. Our driver, Gary, knew everything about the various wineries and the local information as well -- history, locals, businesses, etc. And he was helptful loading the wine we bought. Very pleasant day.

My cousin took me on this wine tour. It was my first time on a wine tour. Crush did a great job and we absolutely loved Christy as our host. She was perfect and will definitely go with her again!

Arbor Hill was not good. They selected the wines and served in plastic. Other 3 were great plus great dining at Nolan’s

My husband and I booked the Sip & Savor With Lunch tour for my birthday and we completely blown away by the experience. Our driver, Ron, came to pick us up at our B&B and was a delight from start to finish. He was right on time (a little early even!) and had everything under control. Excellent knowledge of the area, great driving, amazing conversation the entire time. He pointed out local points of interest and had great insight. He was with us for the whole day, and was always going above and beyond to make sure we had the best time. Our tour took us to Heron Hill, Arbor Hill, Inspire Moore, and Hazlett Wineries. Every stop had something my husband and I loved (and a few things we never would have picked for ourselves, but found we loved). Our favorite spot was Arbor Hill (ask for Edgar if you're doing a tasting). We ate lunch at Roots Cafe, which is connected to Inspire Moore. The food was incredible and the portion sizes were huge. You get a glass of wine with your meal, which is nice. However, our tasting was scheduled for after lunch so we didn't know which wine we would enjoy with our meal. If I were to change one thing about the tour it would be swapping the Inspire Moore tasting to before lunch so you can have a full glass of the wine you liked best. Overall, this was an incredible experience. I would recommend this to anyone who is visiting Canandaigua. I can't wait to come back to Crush for one of their other tours.

He went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. This trip was for my sisters bachelorette and I happen to be on crutches and Darryl never missed a beat. He helped me get to all the tasting and made sure I had a helping hand when needed. He took all the pictures we asked, gave as a detour through some neighborhoods to look at nice houses as we went from location to location, and talked to us during the entire drive and told us about all the local wineries at this lake and others. I could go on and on. Darryl made us all feel so special and ensured we had an amazing day and we would book again solely to ride with Darryl again. Our host Darryl was truly amazing! He went above and beyond to make sure our experience was perfect, including taking extra care of one of our party members who was on crutches. He was an amazing ambassador for those of us who were visiting Canandaigua for the first time, very knowledgeable about the area and the wineries themselves. He was also incredibly personable, charismatic, witty, and kind. He made our wine tour unforgettable and we couldn't be more thankful for the time and effort he put into our tour! We can't wait to come back - and will definitely request him to be our host again!!

We had a wonderful time at several beautiful wineries. Ron was an excellent host who connected with us, in our 50s/60s, but also with the young folks on the tour that were in their mid 20s. He was knowledgeable about the region and insured that we stayed on time And having fun.

It was my bachelorette weekend and we did the Canandaigua Wine Tour. It was absolutely fantastic! Bill was THE BEST guide and driver, and if you get the chance please choose him, you will not be disappointed! He took a picture of us at every winery and he even stopped off at a lookout were you could see the lake, and the views were stunning! All of the wineries we visited were fantastic, we bought something at every stop! This is a must do if you are in the area and looking for a great experience!

It was a great trip I took with my friend. The vineyards were beautiful and the people working there were very welcoming and open for dialogue. We tried all kinds of wine and found our favorites. The weather was great so we took plenty of pictures outside. Very grateful to our guide Garry, he helped us to carry the bottles, told us a lot about wine, vineyards, Finger Lakes, and the towns we were driving through, was very friendly, and even drove us back to our city so we didn't have to take an Uber (we finished with the tour a little faster than was planned). Overall, it was a fun and interesting experience, would definitely recommend it!

Having grown up in Upstate New York, I always enjoyed the finger lakes and wine region of New York state. After my daughter graduated from college in the region, I went into the wine country with friends. It was a beautiful day, and the vineyards were offering samples of their wines. So, we drove around Seneca lake stopping at several vineyards along the way. It was as good as any wine country in America. ( And I have been to many).. Just the countryside is worth visiting in the finger lakes region. Making the vineyards a bonus. Summer is the best time to go. ( Though Autumn is also recommended). Most vineyards have great and friendly staff on site. I will continue to visit as possible and convenient!!!

Darryl is an amazing tour guide, our tour group needed additional time and coordination to meet accessibility needs but Darryl went out of his way to make sure we could access each winery and stay on schedule. He rocks!!!

Our group had an amazing time with Darryl! He was not only kind, funny, and entertaining, but also was incredibly accommodating. This was a bachelorette weekend activity and our bride has a broken leg and relies on a wheelchair to get around. Darryl was so patient and helpful with getting our bride in and out of the van and making sure she was comfortable and safe at all stops on the tour and also on the van. I simply cannot say enough good things about our experience, thanks to Darryl! I would wholeheartedly recommend this tour and Crush Beer Wine Tours to anyone visiting the area, and especially recommend Darryl as a driver. He is the best!
