This is an eclectic tour and experience. Bring a hat or umbrella if it's hot as you are in the sun alot. Very interesting to learn about a global subculture taking place right under your nose.

a wonderful few hours learning about graffiti and street art. we enjoyed hearing about each artist from our most informative guide.
Had a private tour with Audrey, mainly due to timing, I am sure it would have been good as a group too. Audrey was fab , do enthusiastic 💕she introduced us to street art and showed us evolving styles of different artists. The art work was mesmerising and we learnt loads about street art. Such a different and interesting tour. The works are in a relatively small area, so not strenuous. We knew very little about this art form, before the tour, but our eyes have been truly opened. The tour office has a rest room and there are reasonably priced lunch/coffee places nearby. After the tour finished, our trip back to our hotel gave us such a better perspective of street art. We had walked this route before, but now we stopped to take in the graffiti that we had missed before. You MUST try this tour. Audrey is a Yay to females in what was once a male dominated field 🤩👍🍎❤️
Our guide was extremely informed about the history of graffiti street art as well as current happenings. She provided a truly fascinating tour. Don’t be turned off by the neighborhood it’s fine as your guide will explain.
The route was boring. The guide used her voice to scream over street traffic noise and the explanations were lacking. Did not enjoy at all. Left in the middle.
Great tour, interesting guide, good length and distance
This was an excellet tour that was engaging and educative. The tour guide was very knowledgeable about graffitti and street art culture, as well as the skills and motivations of the artists on view. My teen neices were fascinated, as were the adults. I thought the cost was very reasonable for the excellent experience.
Interesting history - very knowledgeable guide
Our tour guide, Audrey, was amazing! Very knowledgeable and kind
Fantastic tour. Audrey was the tour leader and photographs street art and artists around the world. Her knowledge, kindness and humour are second to none.
Super knowledgable and passionate guide! Learnt so much and saw some great art. Fully recommend
Despite a change in the starting time and absolutely wretched weather, Audrey made this tour a memorable experience. Her first hand knowledge of the genre and many of the artists, and her enthusiasm for the topic and the people lent an authenticity to the tour that few others can achieve.
Brilliant tour, our guide was so informative, and hilarious! She was the queen of graffiti but also trivia!
We had a great tour with Audrey. She was super knowledgeable about the area, the local artists, and graffiti and street art. She was also great with our kids. We would definitely recommend this tour!
This tour was so unique, informative and inspirational! Audrey was an incredible guide and so knowledgeable! She really loves her neighborhood and community! I would definitely recommend this tour for anyone who is a fan of street art/graffiti and anyone who wants to show support for this talent!
We loved the tour. It covers a few blocks of Bushwick and numerous excellent street art paintings. Our guide was friendly and fascinating.
Audrey was fantastic! She has great energy and is excited to share the history, various styles and artists including, but not limited to, their creative evolution. I could have spent hours with her absorbing good energy and interesting information about the area and taggers, street art and graffiti.
She was very enthousiastic and professional. She knew what she was talking about. Nice way of learning more about graffiti and street art.
Audrey was absolutely wonderful! The tour is enlightening and fun. We were completely ignorant of anything graffiti related before we arrived and we left feeling like we understood much more of the culture and with a couple of names to keep in mind. Thank you!
Excellent tour! Our guide was super knowledgeable and very nice. I’ve been to New York many times, but have never done a graffiti tour before. I would definitely recommend doing this tour!
It was great! Informative, energetic, interesting. I understand graffiti and Brooklyn far better than before. Highly recommend for visitors to NYC. Thank you!
We had a wonderful experience! Our guide was so knowledgeable and the art was very cool. We didn’t know very much about street art and graffiti culture beforehand, but we definitely learned during the tour.
If you have an interest in street art and graffiti, you will enjoy this immensely. Our guide has an encyclopedic knowledge on the subject.
Definitely an alternative NYC experience worth the train ride over to the Brooklyn area Rhe guide was fantastic
Informative and fun walking tour! We learned about the different types of street art and saw beautiful graffiti projects
We had a thrilling tour with Audrey through the streets and have been able to get infected with her contagious passion and knowledge about street art. We even met some artists just doing their work. We have the following days still been looking for streetart everywhere! It has been our best thing we did in NYC
I had no idea of how many artists there were from all corners of the globe. I look forward to the day when these artists are truly recognized for their works!
Our guide for the Brooklyn Street Art tour was terrific. She was high energy, extremely knowledgeable about Street Art. She gave us an early history of graffiti and Street Art and showed us excellent pieces of Street Art.
This was a really cool way to see some great street art and learn a whole new appreciation for it - we now no longer see it as graffiti or people being destructive, but as a unique, constantly changing art form in itself. It made the rest of our trip to New York more enlightening!
It’s a great overview of graffiti culture and history, and highlights current big artists. Great guide and you definetly get to see a lot of pieces! Brought my 11 year old and he loved it.
Our guide was so knowledgeable and enthusiastic. I learnt so much about the individual artists and the culture of street art. I would highly recommend.
Audrey was an enthusiastic and knowledgeable tour guide. She could address both the most informed and least informed in our group and knows the international street art community personally. The tour was jam packed with examples and covered about a six square block area of industrial Bushwick. Audrey said that some of the proceeds from the tour fee go to support this artists’ community. I highly recommend this tour.
Wonderful tour. Great guide. They know the entire art market and history And it’s fascinating. Highly recommend for a different slice of NYC life. .
Our guide Mark was very knowledge and I learned a lot. There was a lot of beautiful street art. I would, however, do the one version of this tour not the 1.5 hour version. We spent the last half hour walking to central Bushwick where the guide left us to look at some murals by ourselves.
It was very interesting to know how graffiti started . The tour was well thought and very updated . Loved every minute of it . Highly reccomend
Very casual. Very informative. A lot of fun. The guide was very knowledgeable and personable. The tour was a good length for the money. If you are interested in graffiti writing, paste ups, slap ups, etc. You'll enjoy this tour.
This was so well done largely due to the knowledge, enthusiasm and appreciation of the art form by our guide. Highly recommend this tour.
Very interactive, the guide was obviously well educated and offered a humorous but still relevant experience. Thank you for this opportunity.
Staff 161 was a great tour guide with a lot of knowledge and insights. Highly recommended, especially with such a pioneer in graffiti art. Thank you for the great experience.
Mark was full of information, gave us history, insights, local flavor, while keeping a narrative going and not over doing. I learned a lot.
The trip was extremely enlightening regarding the ins and outs of street art and graffiti and the differences therein. Our guide, Audrey, was extremely passionate and knowledgeable and truly loves sharing all that she knows with guests on the tour. Very impressive! I did not do the painting experience along with the tour but wish I had!
The tour guide was EXCELLENT! Our group had people from Belgium, Spain, France, and Germany (we were the only two Americans). The tour guide made the trip relevant for EVERYONE, with anecdotes and information relevant to each culture. She was humorous, with an expert knowledge of graffiti and related art forms. She knew the artists, their backgrounds, and their passions. One of the best tours EVER!!!!
What a great way to spend a couple of hours. Our guide knew everything about the history and artists of the amazing street art we saw. Best thing we've done in NYC.
Went on a tour with Eddie who is a legend of graffiti writing and gave me a firsthand account of the history of the art. He shared with me the culture and values of artists past and present with a thorough knowledge of specific artists working the streets today. I have lived in NYC for 15 years and it was one of the best experienced I've had since I moved here. Logistically, the meetup location was easy and on time. Communication was great throughout the process. Highly recommend.
It was an excellent tour!! Audrey was very funny, yet precise and emphatic when showing the influence of graffiti not only in the Bushwick neighborhood but also from its beginnings in New York City. Highly recommended! It's the second time I've done it, the first was in 2019!
Great host with super interesting stories about Bushwick's street art scene. We saw over 50 street art and grafitti murals and enjoyed the nice walking tour with an amazing tour guide.
This was a great history lesson on Graffiti and viewing of fantastic art in Bushwick! The host was very knowledgeable and personable! I recommend!
This was one of the best experiences my daughter and I have had in NYC! We absolutely loved learning some graffiti techniques and making our own artwork to take home! Absolutely wonderful! My daughter (12) says she wants to do it again any time we come back to town!
The tour was upbeat and informative. It was interesting to be in a NYC area not usually visited by tourists. The guide was very knowledgeable and knew the art world well.
Weather was terrible and they were not accommodating. I purchased the tickets the night before unaware a storm was coming in and they were unwilling to refund considering I was from out of town.
