This is a two hour bike trip with a competent friendly and knowledgeable leader named Scott. Bike and helmet were provided, and Scott adjusted and changed bikes if needed. I am a 70 year old and took this tour with my 2 teenage grandkids and younger brother. I am active but hadn’t been on a bike in decades! Riding the uphill part to cross the Brooklyn Bridge was a bit difficult for me and I walked the bike for a short part of it - but the majority of the ride was flat or downhill. My family had no trouble at all and loved it! Scott was super helpful to me and very kind! We had amazing views of Manhattan, several picture opportunities, and really enjoyed seeing the parks and neighborhoods in Brooklyn. What a great and unique activity! We all loved it. Great for families or couples or solos! If you’re thinking about it- do it!

The ride it self was not hard and Scott rode at our pace the history of Brooklyn and the bridge was very informative and Scott was great at it.

We had a wonderful experience on a personal guided tour across the Brooklyn Bridge in New York. Our guide, Scott, was a friendly and engaging person who shared many fascinating stories—not only about the bridge’s origins, but also about the DUMBO area and much more. He took his time to make the tour special, even helping us take photos together along the way, which we really appreciated. It felt relaxed, personal, and very informative. This is truly a great tour, and we would highly recommend it—definitely a five-star experience!

Meeting point was easy to find and our tour guide Scott was waiting for us. The bikes were of good standard and an assistant made adjustments to ensure a comfortable ride height. Helmets were provided !. Scott introduced himself and explained tour route. As long as you posess a reasonable level of fitness, you will enjoy the tour , plenty of stops and opportunities to take photos. Scott provided lots of historical information about Brooklyn and showed many locations we were unaware of. Thoroughly enjoyed the tour and would highly recommend.

Our tour with Scott was all-around fantastic! He is extremely knowledgeable and an excellent guide. I would highly recommend this tour for anyone looking to learn more about the history of Brooklyn and lower Manhattan while enjoying stunning NYC views.

Two of us went on the biking tour and we both enjoyed it! It started with a text from Scott sending a gps pin for the location 30 min before our time. Scott was a knowledgeable tour guide and made it a point to stop and point out great spots for photos, ice-cream and restrooms. If you and your family are looking for a biking tour this is a great option with excellent communication. The tour is approximately 6 miles over 2 hours. You are required to bike over 2 bridges which have a steep incline that some people may find challenging. The bikes have pouches on front and water bottle holders - if its warm out, take a bottle of water.

We had an excellent tour with Scott. He showed us the most beautiful viewpoints and gave us interesting information about the city.Don’t hesitate to book a tour with Scott, you won’t regret it! Thank you Scott!

Scott was a font of information and very personable. He clearly loves his city and wishes to share his vast knowledge with others. Even though I have visited NYC many times over the past 20 years, I still learned many new things about Brooklyn and NYC fun facts!

We did the Brooklyn Bike tour with Scott. Everyone (including the teens) loved it. Amazing views of Manhattan skyline and biking over Brooklyn Bridge was very cool. Biking through Brooklyn was a great highlight as well. 100% recommend as one of the best things to do in NYC.

From the beginning I knew Scott was going to be great. I messaged him with some scheduling limitations we had. He created a tour just for our group that wasn't listed. He responded quickly, thoroughly and personably, with an additional reminder the day before. We had some special requests that he willingly accommodated. He shared history old and more recent including, how Brooklyn had changed over time, as well as notable places shown in film and TV. As a fun addition, he took us by some celebrity homes. I can't think of a better way to experience Brooklyn. After the tour we are some amazing pizza at a place Scott recommended. 5 stars for sure.

We were very lucky on 2 fronts; to have fantastic weather and to get our guide Scott all to our ourselves while we were a little out of season. As a native Brooklynite, Scott was the perfect guide to the Bridge area. We learned so much while enjoying a picturesque and fun bike ride in a wonderful area that many tourists miss altogether. I love cycling. And it is my mission to cycle in as many cities and countries around the world as possible. The Brooklyn Bridge Waterfront Guided Tours was just the tour I wanted to take in New York, after having cycled in and around the Central Park in my last USA visit, back in 2016. The main attraction: cycling over the magnificent Brooklyn Bridge. And the tour didn't disappoint. Scott, our host, was very good and what really stood out about him was the fact that he was very communicative in the days leading up to the actual tour; reaching out, giving us enough instructions as to where to meet and making sure that we know he is on top of things. For someone like me, who was visiting the USA from a foreign land (India), this helps. The tour was great. Cycles were in good condition. He guided us all through the busy roads really well. The ride was terrific, especially across the Brooklyn bridge. Brooklyn was also very beautiful. We saw so many cyclists there; NY and Brooklyn is a very cycle-friendly place. We had a small stop at the Time-Out market at Brooklyn. I really loved the tour. Do not miss this one, if you are travelling to NY. it's absolutely worth it.

Slightly delayed start as the bike collection/meeting point was really busy, Scott was a great guide with a good knowledge of the area, the views from Brooklyn were amazing, overall a great experience which I’d definitely recommend.

Perfect way to experience a bit of Brooklyn for the first time. Bicycling was easy and such a great way to cover ground and get the most bang within a two hour period. Scott is very knowledgeable about the area and its history; and he took us on a very scenic route. This was one of the highlights of our visit to NYC. I’d highly recommend this tour if you’re new to this area.

This tour was a lot of fun but crossing the Brooklyn Bridge by bike was a bit nerve wracking! The bike lanes are narrow and non-tourists go speeding by on e-bikes, e-scooters and even mini-motorcycles, so you really can't look around and enjoy the view. The tour of Brooklyn Heights and DUMBO was good.

The cycling tour started in Manhattan and looped around Brooklyn. Scott is very knowledgeable of the area especially Brooklyn, making the trip educational as well as great cycling. Scott knew the ideal routes that got us to great areas of Brooklyn and the waterfront, and most of the route was on established bike paths. Riding round trip across the Brooklyn bridge was amazing, with beautiful views in both directions. Love that the ride across was on a dedicated bike path.

The trip was well planned. We visited numerous interesting sites. Scot has a wealth of both historical and contemporary knowledge about architecture and public spaces. He adapted the tour to match our interests.

Great tour. My husband and I did the Brooklyn Bridge & Brooklyn Cycle tour starting from NYC with Scott last weekend. The cycle tour was fun and very informative thanks to Scott’s extensive knowledge of New York and Brooklyn. Would definitely recommend using Scott to anyone visiting New York and looking for a good tour.

Scott was a great guide. He kept track of our group of six really well, stopping at intervals to make sure the group stayed together. He gave us insights about different neighborhoods. We live not too far away in Westchester and love having this fun, active way to get to know our nearest world city better! We would love to do another tour with him next time with our family.

Very nice tour; beautiful views from the Brooklyn part of the city. Svott knows his way through town and knows where TV and movie stars live. Combined with the history of the place.

We covered a lot of ground on our 2-hour cycling tour and leaned so much! Scott is a polymath. He spoke knowledgeably about the history of Brooklyn and the landmarks we paused to admire. We stopped at a few statues along the way and Scott explained who the statues honored and why these people were important to Brooklynites. He pointed out the various architectural styles along the route and how these evolved over time. He explained the history of the different bridges that connect Brooklyn with Manhattan, told us when they were built, the materials that were used in their construction and why the chosen materials changed over time. What we most enjoyed was our tour through Brooklyn Bridge Park and Scott's explanation of the park's development and the extensive efforts made to ensure the sustainability of the park - including through the selection of materials and reuse of existing structures. All in all, Scott is an outstanding tour guide. We're so glad we chose to spend a morning with him!

We thoroughly enjoyed the bike ride with Scott. His knowledge of the area was extensive and the tour was leisurely we did not feel like we were being whisked from place to place without chance to take in the sights. Whilst in Brooklyn Heights and stopped outside one of the stars houses, Amy Schumer, Scott was telling us that she lived there and the next thing she appeared in her car from the house and started waving and calling out to us. I like to think that Scott had orchestrated this as part of the tour 😂. Anyway it was a memorable moment and with or without Amy I would recommend this tour with Scott.
