Wear shoes you don't mind to get wet. Pack a small bag to wear under your poncho with dry socks and shoes for after the boat and cave of the winds. Do the boat 1st and safe the blue poncho it's more heavy duty than the yellow one. After the cave the park has nice trails to walk. And a spot for hot coffee

We had an amazing time! We drove in from Philadelphia and honestly didn’t know what to expect with navigating the park. We were paired with SILAS from See Sight as our tour guide. Best tour guide EVER! He was very energetic and personable, he told great stories, he was very knowledgeable about the park and its history, and overall he’s a very cool person as a whole. He also recommended some really good food places for us to eat. Silas I wish you the best! Mark, our tour guide was very nice and took great care of our group of 10 which included 4 children. Since we had been in the Niagera Falls area a couple days before this tour, we felt we really overpaid for the transportation to park, as we were staying right at park entry. and the two trips included in our ticket (44.00 total). That was about all the tour included for 114.00 apiece plus tax. If you are an independent traveler, skip this and just buy the tickets for Maid of the Mist and Cave of the Winds yourself. Niagera Falls State Park is very easy to walk on your own with the signage.

Niagara Falls had been on my bucket list for some time and it did not disappoint. We were extremely fortunate that my daughter and I were the only 2 people on the tour so it was like having our own personal travel guide. We were picked up on time at the designated pick up point. Richard was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable, he was helpful and flexible in what we wanted to see and do. The falls were amazing and mesmerising and we thoroughly enjoyed our morning. I can totally recommend and if you get Richard as your guide you will have the best time.
The tour guide was wonderful and the falls are amazing. Be advised that if you go in the winter, many areas are closed, which is not clearly identified in the description of the activity. The guide does a good job of being upfront about that, but it is good to know going in.

SCAM. DO NOT BOOK. WILL SCREW YOU!! Spent $450 to take my family on this & they have little to no communication, didn't provide meeting location or communication with the tour guide before hand. NEVER GOT TO DO THE TRIP & THEY STILL CHARGED ME!!
This was definitely a memorable experience and one I am happy to see and share with you. My guide picked me up right where I was to meet the transportation and he immediately got started on historic things I would see and tell me about the place and historic nature of the whole area. I enjoyed hearing native American history and how the evolution of time has made an impact on our whole country. The facts of how the Niagara Falls energy got started was something I won't forget, nor will I forget walking along the little islands that are in the state park. I was taken care of from start to finish, best part was I was the only person for the tour that day and it was not cancelled, like sometimes if the tour doesn't have enough people, they won't hold it. I had first class treatment and would definitely recommend. I also met another female who was a tour guide for the same company, and she was a delight to talk to as well. My day was special and I was dropped off at my hotel, was very happy I did the tour.
We had the best time with our guide Mark! He was so personable, knowledgeable, and funny! It's obvious that he enjoys helping to make memories. He made sure that all in our group had a wonderful and fun visit with all of the attractions available.

I loved that it was a small group so it was easy to keep us all together and on time. The tour itself was quite an experience. Getting so close to the falls enables you to see and feel the sheer power of all that water.

Tour guide Howard was excellent and the tour was fabulous. However Seesight tour overbooked as usual and instead of having on intimate party we had to share with another which extended the time of the tour. This seems to be the norm with them.
Emma was amazing. She is friendly and kind whole time. My husband and my son don’t like taking photos so we don’t have many family photos as I wish. She found beautiful spots and helped awesome family photos!!!!! Not only she helped family photos but also unforgettable memories and trip tips. Highly recommended
I’m sorry but we forgot his name but he was wonderful and had a lot of knowledge. We had already seen a lot the day before so he didn’t have to take us everywhere. We had already seen great time. He was excellent and so easy to talk to.
If you had let us know that there is an american side abd a canadian side then all problems would have been avoided. Eventually got it sorted out and you did promptly refund us do we could re book from the Canadian side. Something to be aware of.
We had a great tour around Niagara Falls. The tour included the Maid of the Mist boat ride, the Cave of the Winds, etc. our tour guide was well informed and had everything planned out for us For about 3 1/2 hours we saw quite a bit of the Niagara Falls State Park. I highly recommend this tour if you want to see and learn quite a bit
Tour guide was late and rushed through places. Cave of the winds were closed- to which she kept stated we would be refunded. Would recommend getting individual tickets from the place to visit.
Booked Best of Niagara Falls USA small group tour that was supposed to be a Max of 7 people. First the tour operator gave us the wrong pick-up address at the Seneca Hotel and Casino. After 3 calls we (group of 4) walked to the opposite entrance and there was the van with another couple waiting for us. The driver was upset that we were waiting where we were told and said the company does not know the correct address. When we arrived at Niagara Falls Park the tour guide picked up another group of 5 making the total group 13. These other people were another group that had a helicopter tour as well. So, the tour guide left our group several times to bring the helicopter tour people to and from their tours and left us on our own for over 50% of the tour. As a travel agent, it was very disappointing watching other tour guides from other companies explaining the history, pictures and general information on each of the sites visited

Mark was great. He gave us a history of the area and made sure that we go to see all the sites! We were greeted at the pickup location and delivered back at the end of the tour. It was very convenient.
We enjoyed the experiences. It was super convenient to visit the must do things and not have to orchestrate our day. However, the tour itself was essentially dropping us off to the location, given tickets and directions, and then afterwards taking us to the next location. Super nice and friendly and answered questions but we were hoping for more, at least offering to take pictures would have been appreciated.
Best was the cave of the mist- walking the boardwalks in the falls mist… so awesome, fun!! And maid of the mist getting close to falls spray, thunder!! Both get you wet!!!
The guide Mark was amazing !! Very informative. But if you are very spontaneous and this may not be right one for you. The trip is very structured and it does not allows you a lot of time but still enough to click photos. If you can plan all the spots yourselves this won’t be necessary for you. Cave of the winds and maid of the mist is the best part.

I’m so glad we chose to have a guide, because we saw several people who looked completely lost, and we even pointed them toward our guide so they could follow along. What a great day! Abin, our guide, was truly wonderful. Knowledgeable, kind, friendly, and thoughtful. He was efficient in getting us around and making sure he communicated history and facts to us. His picture taking skills are bar none and we would recommend this tour and Abin in particular, to all!
