Tour guide, Serena was exceptional! She was friendly, provided water and was patient. She kept us on schedule and so such a joy. The bus was comfortable and we had water available. Nice touch! The tour was not too crowded. I would definitely use this operator again.

Sunny Tee was a great tour guide that had great energy and made sure to make personal touches with our group. He took great care of us getting us to and from the maid of the mist, cave of the winds and all the other sites this tour hits.
Great fun experience! Prepare to get wet! Very knowledgeable tour guide with a great sense of humour. We would highly recommend this tour!
Excellent tour and tour guide was a great day. Got soaked so fun perfect for all ages great experience overall would do it again
I booked this about a month before my trip with a friend. We booked for 9 am with a pickup time of 8:50 at one of their pre-set pickup locations. The day before our excursion, they texted us that they did not have enough people sign up so could not host the US side tour but we could do the Canadian side instead. We declined as we had already seen the Canadian side. They then responded via text that they would make it work and our tour was still on for the following day on the US side. I even got a confirmation email at this time. We showed up to the pickup spot at 8:45 and just wandered around the lobby of the hotel. There was no signage of where to go even though there were two entrances. I called the number they had provided if we had questions and the guy reached out directly to the driver for us. He got back on the line and asked us to confirm we hadn’t been picked up yet as the driver told him we had. I confirmed we hadn’t and he advised that the driver picked up the wrong people and it was too late to come back for us but we could reschedule for 11 am. We were on a pretty tight schedule and apparently they could not accommodate us on the 10 am tour so we requested a refund. In their credit, they processed the refund very quickly. We ended up doing everything the tour offered on our own which cost approximately 1/3 of the price.
Guide was very nice, in fact he was extremely accommodating to the seniors we traveled with. The problem is this tour provides only transportation and was overpriced to not provide any history or facts about the area we were in. We could have easily done this by ourselves. We also never received the bottle of water we were told and the tour was only 3.5 hours, much much shorter than what the description showed. We were rushed though the gift stores to accommodate a back to back afternoon tour.
I think our tour guide was new but I wish we'd had more of a tour. We were asked to meet at our meeting place at 230 but they didn't show up til 255 and then everything was rushed. He was super frustrated with the driving/parking/traffic and making comments. He used his phone while driving for GPS. I wish he'd spent time explaining what the tour would look like but he set us free and let us know to meet back 15 mins later. We didn't know schedule. Saw otherbl tour guides giving history of park. Arrived back early to meeting place and he talked about how Canadian side is more organized. He complained about ways he had to buy our tickets. I asked if he was staying with us- he said yes. One part of our group didn't make it back to meeting place in time. He sent us to the Caves and we waited for him thinking he was coming along. Found missing tourists and sent them in but we were all insure what to do/expect/where to meet him after. My husband and I found him after Cave tour and sat for about 15 mins. Then he took us to van and we waited about 25 minutes for him to find rest of tour. He drove us to whirlpool. Using phone for GPS. Individually talked to us but some of the group walked off and then so did he and we didn't know we leaving. We made it to the van and he started to leave but there were still 3 people in bathroom sonwe had to stop. Made it to Maid of Mist and he kept saying he almost couldn't get tickets. There was no history of the falls, just negative driving, traffic commentary. I am also not sure if we saw: Terrapin Point, Luna and Goat Island, Bridal Veils and definitely didn't do Observation Deck or Tesla statue. Only I park for 15 minutes on our own and for Cave/Maid- nothing else.
John was our guide & he was amazing! The tour was great & very informative. John was very knowledgeable about the area and the history, and he was very engaging and funny. The tour is well worth the price- we saw all of the “big” attractions and we didn’t have to wait in line for tickets for any of them! We would definitely book again during another trip
Amazing small group tour yesterday with John. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and just a pleasure to be with. My husband and I have had this trip on our bucket list for quite awhile, and we are finally able to check it off…with a great big smile! We will definitely recommend John and Zoom Tours to all our family and friends looking to head to Niagara Falls! Thank you!
This is a great way to experience the falls without the hassle of getting around yourself. Very highly recommended.
Amazing experience!! Everything is beautiful Christine was our tour guide and she was magnificent. She’s very knowledgeable of the area and she was so much fun and She had time to add a few extra stops
Kevin’s Krew is the best way to tour. He was so energetic, obviously loves what he does and he was gracious and thoughtful too. We loved him so much we are awaiting the day we can join him on a tour in Thailand. Such a great guide.
You will get wet! It’s beautiful surroundings. You will walk down to take the Maid of the Mist, take the bus to Goat Island and walk into the Cave of the Winds. There is a little movie explaining the background of the park and the power plants.
We had a great tour with George. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. It was nice to have someone to get all the tickets for us and show us where to go, especially with 5 kids in tow. He gave us a lot of recommendations for other places to visit on our trip and reasonably priced restaurants in town.
The tour guide John was very knowledgeable and loved sharing thw information of the area. He kept us informed on the physical activity required for each stop so we could choose what events we participated in. The information page on your site should have a description of the physical activity so partons can make decisions on that. We had several people in our group that the walking was a challenge for.
Our guide Tommy was great. He was prompt picking us up, was funny and very knowledgeable. Sights and tours were great. Highly recommend Tommy and this tour.
Great overview of Niagra Falls activities and history. Went during the off-season so not everything completely open but still had an enjoyable time.
Mostly self guided with George dropping us of at attractions and providing tickets. Providing historical context for the falls. Lots of great photo opportunities.
George was absolutely amazing!!! He was very knowledgeable and informational. Would highly recommend requesting him!
John was an excellent guide, very informative and helpful. We booked this excursion specifically for the boat ride and were told half way through that it was not part of the tour. The website should be updated to reflect that.
We had scheduled and was looking forward to the event but ended up canceling and requesting a refund. We scheduled for Maid of the Mist for April and found out later that the Maid of the Mist does not run until May because of Ice. Most of events/activities were closed because of out of season and they should have advertised that ahead of time. Rest of tour group was unhappy and driver had alternatives but should have been communicated prior. Driver was pleasant but also late. Would have been a great experience and family was eager for it but was let down - should be up front with out of season activities ... not as advertised.
It was really neat and we learned a lot. My only advice is to not go before may or June. We were not able to go on the maid of the mist due to the ice. That was pretty disappointing but we will go back again in the summer.
This was so worth it. End of March and Sunshine it felt so privat. But all thanks to John our Guide. He was flexible, Funny, super Polite and knew everything there is. From the history to a good Lunch Spot after. Huge thanks to him!
Absolutely worth it! Guide was very informative. Our US side trip was canceled so we were rebooked to Canadian side. So very happy we did. Everything on US side is accessible by foot and some of it is free. Canadian side had so much more activity, food, options, and Starbucks at every corner. We had a much smaller group and our guide was able to answer a lot more questions and make a lot more recommendations based on our individual interests.
Unfortunately, we had to cancel our trip. Viator treated us great and demonstrated the utmost of integrity. We plan to reschedule in the future and will definitely choose this tour again.
This was a good experience. It mostly had to do with our tour guide. Mark meet all my expectations and made this trip unforgettable. His knowledge of the area was unbelievable. Great person.
We were supposed to have a 5 hour tour with the maid of mist, cave, observatory, Nikola tesla monument, goat island, and others but ended up paying 250$ for just the mist of maid tour. Totally unacceptable while not being ferried around. Everything was on foot besides the boat tour. We were told to call for full refunds with a non working number as refference.
It was a beautiful a beautiful experience, it was more walking than I expected but the excitement got me through it.
Mobility issues will limit your enjoyment but it is well worth the struggles. Our tour guide left us before we returned to the meeting point and we had to find our way back via a kind trolley driver. The falls and cave are wonderful experiences!
Logan was excellent. Very knowledgeable Falls are beautiful . Weather was nice . Very good location .
Christine was a fantastic tour guide she was very knowledgeable the pick up and drop off were great it was worth the money
Logan our guide was amazing!! He had great information and was very kind. We were very frustrated by changes in meeting location the night before, not being from the area it was difficult. The experience once we met our guide was outstanding
We had a wonderful trip. Jimmy was a great tour guide. I would recommend this tour to anyone. The falls and cave of the winds were amazing.
Ali was such a funny, knowledgeable, and personable tour guide. We were so very lucky to have a professional such as him. He even posed us to get great pictures!
