Great but sad experience. The guide was extremely knowledgable. I am happy to recommend!!!

It was nice tour with some good information. Tim Douglas was a very passionate guide. Fun to see some areas I may never have gotten to.
The VIP package is worh it. Our Guide (Sergio) was amazing, very knowledgeable and engaging. One of the must-dos tours when in NYC!
Tim was excellent. Well informed. Spoke with authority and passion.
Timothy is a VERY GOOD tire guide. His being a native New Yorker is key to his narration. The tour takes place on hallowed grounds and Tim keeps the story telling serious and somber, as it should be. Tim kicked off our tour with a hour and fifteen minutes of terrific NY and 911 history. I could have listen to him for another hour or so. He is a terrific story teller. After Tim left we were on our own to explore the grounds, Memorial Museum, and WTC tower #1.
Paul with Experience First was a great tour guide. Knowledgable, real experience, and a great sense of humor. We had the best time!
Steve was absolutely outstanding. We enjoyed every minute of his stories and appreciated the information that he shared. Would definitely recommend this to others!
Tony was awesome! We had five the tour two years ago and Tony took us to new places and we learned a lot of different things this time!
Its a very good learning experiance guide was knowledge and friendly over all a very good tour well worth it.
Megan is a great tour guide, very knowledgeable and funny. I give her a 11 out of 10.
Steve was an exceptional guide who shared personal stories from the heart. He was the perfect guide for this tour even though the topic is hard on him. The exhibits brought back many painful memories though good to never forget and to keep sharing the events with future generations. Views from the One World were amazing.
Helene was our guide outside - chuch, grounds, fountain footprints etc. I have been to ground zero previously, but she provided information I did not hear or read before. Tremendous knowledge of 9-11 - the day and the clean up process. My only suggestion is that your guides wear microphones and clients wear receivers as inside. We had the VIP package so there were only 10 of us. Still, depending on weather, the crouds around us and traffic, it was at times difficult to hear. Our inside guide (I wish I noted her name (10-25 12:30 guided tour) was fabulous. Again I have been on the guided tour 9 years ago and while I have pictures and have heard about most of the displays before, she was extremely articulate and provided information again that neither I nor my wife had heard before. We fully enjoyed both parts of the tour and would recommend the VIP package to hear about both the museum and grounds.
This was a more in-depth look at the whole 9/11 memorial . So much more and I have been there before.
We absolutely loved Jimmy. He was inquisitive funny at times interesting and very thorough. The stories he chose to share or meaningful and purposeful
This tour was awesome. I learned so much. This tour gave some history of NYC as well as the building of the World Trade Center area. Kevin was a wonderful guide!
Great tour! It was a smaller group, which I enjoyed. Paul was a great tour guide, very knowledgeable and exceeded my expectations.
Jimmy is the best. He is so funny and nice and he is a good teacher. Learned a lot and he have very inciteful incite.
This was a great way to learn about what happened on 9/11. Especially for our 16 year old granddaughter who wasn't born yet. Sergio was our guide. He did a wonderful job of showing us the area- starting inside the Occulus and then around the memorial outside. After the first 90 minutes with Sergio we were then able to tour the museum on our own. What a sobering experience. It was very emotional. Following the museum we were able to grab a snack and then go to One World Observatory. What an awesome experience! Definitely go see this awesome place with 360 degree views!
We chose to take the guided tour and for us, I would highly recommend if you’ve not been before, our guide was amazing, so much detailed info on the actual events that took place that day and beyond, also about the Artefacts themselves too, very impressed, the guided tour was about 45-60mins, done at a very steady pace where you have a headset you plug into so you can hear the guide from wherever you are, our group was no more than 10 people which was perfect. After the tour, you are then free to enter the exhibit room and spend as long as you wish listening, reading and hearing the various stories and media from the days events, very moving but so worth spending the time there, everyone was respectful and the flow around the room also done respectfully. For us, it was one of the highlights of our trip, a must see if coming to NY.
Amazing tour! It made it so much more meaningful to hear about the personal experiences along the way. Completely exceeded my expectations.
Excellent tour, our tour guide Tim was exceptional. He even recommended a great pub that tied in to 9/11, something we would not have found on our own. Highly recommend!
It was a lovely experience however, after I booked the reservations with Viator... I decided that on the same day (Oct. 24) I wanted to go to lunch at One Dine... If I would have called One Dine first, I would not have needed Viator so really I spent over $200... When I technically would only have paid $108 for the lunch... Everything that I purchased from Viator was included in that $108 price...
Jimmy was excellent and very knowledgeable! Great tour around the area. I loved hearing the meanings behind all of the designs. Thank you!
We had a great experience with Jason our tour guide . Easy to book and you have access to guided tour, 9/11 museum and One World observatory. Jason was energetic , informative and tour was well paced out . 9/11 museum is compelling. One World observatory such great views . With all 3 sites you have a better understanding of 9/11 and New York in general .
The guide was fantastic-entertaining and knowledgeable- plus adding her own personal stories as well as bringing other’s stories into the mix made it that much more enjoyable. Great value
Well done, knowledgeable and worth the price
You'll definitely experience a good history lesson of 9/11, and what they are continuing to build in honor of those lost.
The entire experience was very organized. Knew exactly where to go. Sergio was a fantastic guide, knowledgeable, funny and very friendly. Would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting New York
Our guide, Jason, was very passionate about what happened and is still happening. His ability to convey that passion to us was fantastic. He is a true "New Yorker".
Fantastic tour w/Paul! He provided wonderful details of the site, stories about the site, history of the area from the founding of Manhattan to modern day. This is an experience not to be missed!
Very sobering experience! I have been wanting to visit the memorial/ museum for quite some time. Checked it off the bucket list with this visit.
Guide friendly and professional, very knowledgeable and thoroughly enjoyed the tour.Museum was thought provoking and excellent.Got to One trade centre observation deck at sunset so breathtaking views.10/10
Time Douglas a great tour guide
Taking the tour itself is absolutely worth it. Very well organized. Our guide ROSS was knowledgeable and personable-excellent. It is an emotional experience. Pacing was good during tour and very respectful of the site.
Very good experience! Guide, Rob, was very informative and answered all our questions.
Helen was a fabulous tour guide, she shared so many details about the events of 9/11 as well as the rebuilding process. Alec did our guided tour at the museum which was also wonderful. The one world observatory was a little too commercial for my taste, but overall the experience was great and we woukd definately recommend!
Jason is fantastic!!! Passionate, thoughtful and extremely knowledgeable. Incorporates information that is very helpful when navigating the memorial and Museum. Enjoyed the tour and his perspective since he was only 10 when it happened but he is a true New Yorker so hearing his perspective was a great edition to the tour!! Thank you
Our tour guide, Tim Douglas was amazing! Friendly, funny, extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He even gave tips on a great place to eat after the tour. Wonderful guide!
The directions for the meet up and sign in was very clear. The best part of the tour was our tour guide, Tim Douglas! He was engaging and took the time to call everyone in the group by name during the tour. He was thoughtful and kept everyone in the group participating during the tour. I highly recommend you ask for Tim D as your guide. Thank you so much Tim!!! Will highly recommend.
Very informative tour with a seasoned guide (Dave). The tour could have been a little shorter and still covered all the information.
Jimmy was an excellent guide. Presented interesting facts and personal experience. I would highly recommend this tour.
Very informative on the areas immediately surrounding the Twin Towers memorial, including St Paul Cathedral.
Even though it was raining the entire time, it was a GREAT tour, thanks to our tour guide, Jake. He made it personal and enjoyable and informative. 5 stars!!
★★★★★ An Unforgettable 9/11 Experience Thanks to Julie! Our tour guide, Julie, was exceptional and made an already meaningful experience truly unforgettable for our family. Given our personal connection to the events of September 11th, this was much more than a sightseeing tour for us. Julie understood the significance of the day and struck the perfect balance between sharing the history, honoring those who lost their lives, and making the experience personal and engaging. Despite the less-than-ideal weather, Julie handled everything beautifully, keeping everyone comfortable, informed, and engaged without ever making us feel rushed. Her knowledge, compassion, and genuine passion for telling the story of 9/11 really stood out. This was an emotional and memorable experience for our entire family, and Julie played a significant role in making it so special. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide. Highly recommend this tour, and especially Julie!
Our guide Paul Kelly was amazing. He kept us engaged and interacted well with all who were on the tour. He was able to draw upon his own personal experience and what he saw living here during this horrible time. I would recommend him to anyone. Definitely glad that we did this tour. It was one of the best things we did on our trip.
Jason was a knowledgeable and passionate guide. He provided great insight into the events surrounding 9/11 including the impact to the local community. This was our second visit to this important memorial and Jason provided even more information than before. I would highly recommend.
Great insight to the 9/11 memorial sight, museum and the one world observatory. If you have limited time in NY this is the perfect way to take it all in with some in depth info and facts from the guide.
Amy was a FABULOUS tour guide. My husband & I have used Viator multiple times and I can say Amy was great. She took time to make the group feel special and made sure each of us with special needs were accommodated. Her knowledge of 9/11 as a NY living through it was a unique experience.
This was my second time visiting the 9/11 Memorial/Museum/One World Grade Building Observation Deck. My first visit was 2016. The museum exhibitions were much more detailed and very informative. Our tour, guide, Jim Q., was very detailed and informative. He was speaking from a firsthand experience when he told us the events of the day as it unfolded and the aftermath, and efforts to clear the site, as well as all of the planning that went into the waterfall of tears memorial in the orginal footprint of the twin towers. The memorial museum and One World Trade Building and buildings 3 & 4, as well as other buildings on and adjacent to Ground Zero. Also the bravery of the victims/survivors, the firefighters and police and paramedics. Listening to the story was extremely emotional and heartfelt, whilst very educational.
Ray was excellent. He was knowledgeable and took time to explain things. His pace was good and he kept an eye on me as I am on oxygen and he directed me to seating whenever he could. I appreciated his concern.
