Airport Luxury Departure Ride From Nyc Hotels By Limousine Or Suv

Great communication prior, during and after the trip. Added an extra special moment to our friends birthday trip.

They were on time , the driver was helpful and the vehicle was in good condition. They confirmed in advance by text and phone call.

Ok but not great. Driver was on time but provided no communication of his eta proper to arrival. So he should not be in an unfriendly mood while he has to wait for us to settle up at the bar before boarding the limo. There were no glasses in the limo. We asked the driver who did provide very high class dollar store red solo cups. Really? Limo stereo did not work. Blue tooth would not connect Spent half the ride trying and not relaxing. The limo inside was generally nice but the suspension was very old. NOT a smooth ride. The driver was often distracted by his phone or other devices. EYES on the ROAD please!!! So an ok ride but next time please spend a few bucks a fix your suspension. You can get much nicer plastic glass wear at the dollar store too. Seriously. Not impressed and mostly disappointed. Not hard to do much better. Good luck with that.

If you have a group of people this is the only way to travel in style. Wonderful hospitality with excellent attitudes, very affordable, comfortable and quick to respond to questions. Customer service was on point!

Great experience. Driver arrived early so I didn’t have to worry. Driver was a bit of an erratic driver but we arrived at JFK airport safely. Thank you Viator.

Great service! It was wonderful not having to worry about transport logistics at the end of our vacation. The company called me to confirm pick-up time and accounted for traffic as well as sufficient time to go through airport security. James (aka Jimmy) picked us up on time, the car was very clean and comfortable, and the ride was smooth.

<p>Fabulous service provided by the transfer company. Isaac was very helpful and kept me updated with details of our drivers name and time of pick up. Would definitely use this service again.</p>

<p>The arrangement was excellent and three days before we got a confirmation call from Isaac maybe about three times until the day before the departure to make sure that we will be picked up on the time that was convenient for us. Our driver, Jimmy was amazing and the service was top notch.</p>

Pleasantly surprised when we were taken to a stretch limo.<br/> Very comfortable ride and although the driver did not extend a warm welcome we found this was the 'norm'<br/> with most drivers in the places we visited.<br/> Great not having to worry about finding shuttle buses to bet to the hotel.</p>

<p>New York is everything I expected and more. Places to see, shopping, food, shows on broadway, atmosphere, people will go back there soon.</p>

<p>Unfortunately this transfer did not live up to the Viator reputation. The driver was on Braodway to pick us up rather than in the hotel pickup area. After about 10 mins mucking around on the street the driver finally jambed all our bags into the trunk and we had to ride with all our hand luggage and back packs to JFK in the car. The car itself was shabby, scratched paintwork and instruments missing from the dash which left holes in the dash. When we arrived at JFK he then requested a further $30 cash for our extra(4th) piece of luggage. Very dissappointing. :(</p>

<p>wasnt waiting for us at airport as expected although they say they were! Car was a bit tatty not exactly luxury. Picked us early for return journey for their purposes saying traffic was heavy - wasnt - wouldnt use again</p>

The guy who picked us up was in a mad hurry, he was running like not even in Naples I saw him do, with acceleration and braking to make us vomit... we had to stay firmly attached to the seats... also the guy was on the phone the whole time speaking Arabic I think... bad Service.

La deux options, laisser un message auquel on ne vous répondra pas... Ou appeler un deuxième numéro. Vous appeler ce deuxième numéro qui vous en donne un troisième..... Pour Vous éviter tout ces appels inutiles procédez par mail cela vous évitera la perte de temps et d'argent que nous avons eu. <br/> Heureusement la limo était magnifique et en bonne état !<br/> Bon souvenir au final</p>
