Airport Luxury Arrival Ride By Suv, Sedan, Minibus Or Limousine

We had the BEST experience with our private tour guide, Issac. From the second we met him, he was super outgoing, friendly, and easy to talk to. He made the whole experience feel comfortable and fun instead of just like a typical tour. You could tell right away that he really knows the city—he was constantly sharing interesting facts, cool history, and little details you wouldn’t find on your own. He took us all around the city and made sure we didn’t miss anything. What really stood out was how he went above and beyond—he even spent extra time with us so we could see everything we wanted to. As a group of girls, we also LOVED that he stopped multiple times for us to take pictures and even pointed out the best photo spots. He definitely understood the assignment when it came to getting good pics. Issac also gave us amazing food recommendations. We actually stopped at one of the places he suggested during the tour and it was DELICIOUS. Later that night, we went to another restaurant he recommended for dinner, and it ended up being one of the best meals we had on the trip. Overall, he truly knew what he was talking about and made the entire experience feel worth it. The private tour ,with zero crowd was 100% worth the money. We felt very comfortable the whole time, and the ride itself was great too—the car was really nice and super comfortable. Could not recommend him enough!

We were surprised at the arrival of a large limo to pick us up after a transatlantic flight. I’m not sure what we expected! The ride into town was quiet and relaxing, the driver friendly and helpful! I’ll do it again!

We went to NYC for my 50th birthday. My husband arranged for a limo to pick us up! It was a great way to drive into the city! The limo was in good condition. The driver was prompt, very friendly and informative!

Visiting NY for the Thanksgiving holidays is absolutely magical!! The limousine ride from the airport was amazing. The flashing lights and luxurious interior of the limousine made my daughter’s and granddaughter’s birthday celebration extra memorable. The driver was courteous and helpful. We felt so special!!

We had the pleasure of working with Isaac who coordinated our car services to and from the airport and to and from the Bronx for our group of 6 adults and three children with cars seats!! Everything went smoothly! Our driver was there at the airport waiting for us when we arrived and was very helpful in getting our luggage, strollers and car seats into the passenger van. Our driver to and from the Bronx was Tony and he was on time and got us to our destination quickly and safely! He was very informative while we drove pointing out various points of interest to us which was extremely appreciative since this was our first trip to the area for several in our group. When it was time to go back to the airport, our driver Mohamed was on time and got us to the airport quickly and smoothly. All of our drivers were on time, drove with caution from start to finish, very pleasant, friendly, cheerful and well dressed. We did have three different cars/vans and all of them were clean, well maintained and professional looking. The pricing we received was very fare and competitive especially vs other companies. The customer service we received was exceptional from start to finish. Isaac kept in direct personal contact with us directly throughout our entire trip making sure our needs were met. The dirver drove well and safe. But he was lazy. I had to search for him outside unlike I saw many drivers who waited inside the hall. It took me sometime to search for him outside the airport. He didn't bother to search for me. Also while I didn't expect him to load the bags, he didn't lift a finger to at least help us. He just watched. The customer service and agent had also been useless. Always took a long time to reply, sometimes even 2 days to reply. At one point I thought this was a scam! Incomplete information, unreliable, etc. . I asked for alternatives, they just gave me the link to the website which didn't directly answer my question. It was a simple question that they could answer easily. Also, the last minute surprise on the maximum bags while I was already on the plane and even before that, was told 14 max passengers only days before the trip. Overall, very bad experience. I will not recommend anyone at all to use this service. Sorry for being frank. you need to know this.

The driver was on time, courteous, and helpful. Not an issue with driver but for the cost for a half hour ride, there was not soda per the advertisement, water bottles were warm (no ice) and the radio and Bluetooth didn’t work so that was disappointing for our group since it was a fairly short ride and that was part of the excitement for them to get a limo.

<p>Do not use, AWFUL! I booked this as a surprise for my daughter as it was our first time in New York. The driver did not meet us in the arrivals hall at the time that was stated, when he failed to appear after a further 15 minutes I called the office who appeared to have no idea about our booking, despite me confirming the booking days before. After a further 45 minutes of stress and tears and still no driver, I decided that we would have to get into the city another way, so I paid 70 for an airport transfer. I then received a text 'plz call me', this was our driver who said he was nearly outside. Upon meeting our driver he was abusive, he said he had been waiting 2 hours for us which was not true as we had only been there just over an hour. He was not curtious towards us and we felt completely unwelcome. He then proceeded to shout and swear at other drivers as we made our way into the city. We were utterly disappointed with what was meant to be a pleasant and special experience of our first time in New York. Do not use if you want a pleasant stress free journey into the city, I advise that you get an airport transfer. Very disappointed with Viator, we also had another trip booked with the company which also went wrong due to their mistake! AVOID!</p>

Unfortunately, we planned to fly on Jan. 4, 2018. Our flight got cancelled 3 times and then finally never rebooked. Isaac at New York Fun Tours went over and beyond the call of duty to try to make our arrival great. He called me to verify our many changes and reassured me that we would be picked up and taken care of. I will NEVER book transfer service with any other company. I am a New York Fun Tours customer from now on. Our family is planning another trip to NYC in the Spring (hopefully no blizzards!), and we will book with Isaac. Thank you Isaac and NY Fun Tours. <p>First class. We had a few potential flight problems but our driver was at the airport for our arrival and it was a real treat to drive into Manhattan. Would recommend 100.</p>

<p>Not the best transfer ever - to be fair our flight was an hour late and the driver did hang about and find us when we arrived and the car was fine a big SUV truck type vehicle, BUT the driver did spent a large part of the journey either on the phone talking in Arabic or texting while he was driving not recommended in a tunnel with traffic coming the other way he said he had some family issues but to be honest that isn't an excuse.<br/> Wont be booking this again.... taxi is cheaper and not any less hassle.</p>

<p>Very disappointed. Spent a lot of money purchasing this Limo trip to make the start of my Daughter's Honeymoon very special. The driver made no effort to converse with them spending the entire transfer on his phone. We expected something more for the money paid ie, an introduction to New York and perhaps a glass of wine or champagne apart from a couple of small bottles of water provided. We know the description was just for a Limo transfer but considering the price it shouldn't have been a disappointment and it was certainly not worth the money and would not be recommending this service to any one else when visiting New York. It is the little touches that make this and experience not just a ride to a hotel.</p>

The driver had gone to the wrong part of airport and I had to ring him; as this was a surprise for my partner it would have been nice to see our name on card for theatre purposes.</p>

<p>I was so excited to have a limo waiting for us at the airport. We arrived and the driver greeted us at the luggage pickup. It was only 1 guy but 4 of us and 3 suitcases as one of our suitcases was lost by the airline. The driver was only able to handle 1 suitcase and then we had to walk to the back of the parking garage to get into the limo. I thought the limo would have been parked outside of the luggage pickup for easy access. The limo was clean and the driver was nice. We had some issues getting to the hotel such as getting stuck in the exist of the airport and having to back up and get in a different line. Traffic was horrible and cars were darting across the freeway but our driver did a good job avoiding 2 accidents throwing us around in the back of the car.</p>

<p>The transport was not waiting for us at the airport - we had to make three calls before they finally arrived 25 minutes late. The driver was miserable and the car was dirty. I reported this and received a refund of $22. However the refund is not the point - this was a birthday treat for my sister and was not a treat but a big disappointment.</p>

I had bought this trip as a present for my daughter and two friends who were visiting for their 40th birthdays.There were flight problems in UK but a quick phone call to Viator to advise them and on arrival the limo arrived at JFK in ten minutes. It was a beautiful white limmo which really thrilled our party. The driver patiently took photos on each of our 6 cameras before driving us to our hotel. A really exciting, enjoyable experience. <p>We understood it could take over two hours to travel from JFK to NYC, roads were very busy.</p> <p>We did not expect the Limo would take us to wrong hotel, despite confirming details on booking, with the company the week prior to the trip and with the driver on collection. By the time this was discovered our driver had removed all our bags, given them to the bell man and driven off. This meant walking a mile across New York City at 7pm on a Saturday with my elderly parents. Understandably this was very traumatic and distressing for their first visit to the States. The idea of booking a transfer was to make this journey as stress free as possible. IT FAILED.</p> <p>Completely unexectable</p>

<p>Quite disappointing. The limousine was old and dusty. The driver met us at the airport dressed in crumpled jeans and a shirt. When my husband asked him how his day had been so far, he replied with "not very good, I wasn't supposed to work today which is why I'm dressed like this". I would have expected better service and a better limousine for this price.</p>

Our chauffeur Danny was great. Waiting for us as we arrived and took a video of my partner and I. A likeable chap. Just us in the limo, which I knew when I booked it. Plenty of room inside, nice ride from the airport to our hotel.

Car was on time and comfortable. I did not expect the $22 charge for tolls that the driver presented me with, and could not remember being informed of this prior to the trip.
