Our guide Tim provided us with a wonderful history lesson to all the Events leading up to the Tragedy of 911 and walked us through all the sights.

The total package is worth it. Jim is very responsive to questions before the tour. Prepare for the walk. The meeting point was easy enough to locate. The instructions sent before the tour was very detailed. If you know the detailed story on what happened on that day (9/11) - the tour of the memorial might not give you any additional information except for the personal story of Jim's experience on that day. I have read and watched documentaries so I did not get any additional knowledge from the tour guide. Once you enter the museum, I suggest that you get the headphones and do the unguided tour inside, this is $11 while the guided tour inside costs $39. watch all the video showing inside to get more immersed in the experience. Follow the directional signs if doing your unguided tour so you won't miss anything.

Interesting tour by Dave. Well-paced, opportunities to sit while Dave was talking, and convenient rest stops. Dave had lots to tell our small group, and was very polite and friendly.

Our guide Jim Quinn was fantastic. We really appreciated his recollection of his personal experiences of 9/11 as well as his details knowledge of the events of the day and afterwards.

I wanted to do the tour via GetyourGuide, but I was too late so the guide spontaneously booked me in via his office. I was happy, but a bit sad: They charged me more than Get your Guide, but besides that: The tour was great. Ben did an awesome job! Best guide possible for this tour! He made the tour serious and funny at the same time. I knew a lot about 9/11 before, but I learnt a lot more. Strong recommendation!
