Bring tissue, I love how New Yorkers love thier city and each other. The experience really touched my heart. Debbie has so much information and I love that Debbie carries her IPad to show pictures.

Deb was such a fun and warm person to have as a guide for our first day in NYC. She even helped us to take the best pictures !Full of knowledge and humor, we absolutely had to book her for the next day to do Central Park!! Amazing and highly recommend Debbie!!
Best day ever i couldn't get enough, Debbie is so wonderful and knows so much. Things I never knew, she is really priceless and such a pleasure to be with
Jared was great-very knowledgeable and completely organized 4 hour walking tour-everything went well-Thanks Jared!
Amazing 9/11 walking tour with Debbie. Debbie was a really interesting and informative guide. The knowledge and information shared really brought the tour to life. Would highly recommend this tour and especially Debbie.
Debbie was very informative, shared stories, and spent adequate time at each location. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to learn more about that day.
I’ve done many of these types of tours around the world and Debbie was one of the best. Passionate and knowledgeable she went above and beyond with an informative and fun journey around the financial district and 9/11 memorial with first hand experiences.
We were absolutely delighted with Debbie as our tour guide and every moment of her tour was FULL of amazingly detailed information. She is a veritable encyclopedia of extremely interesting information every step of the way. She has many pictures and personal stories that throughly embellish the experience. Always with a big smile on her face! Debbie is a gem and we highly recommend selecting her as your tour guide when visiting NYC. She will not disappoint!!
Guide very knowledgeable, friendly, amenable to our needs. We’d recommend Debbie M. to anyone interested in taking the Wall St. And 9/11 your.
I loved this tour! Our guide, Deby, was amazing! She was very knowlegeble and really funny. It was a very interactive tour through financial district and 9/11 memorial at world trade centre. The world trade centre was the best part part of the tour. It was very touching and emotional. The whole tour had an even greater impact, when Deby shared her personal expierence on 9/11. I would highly recommend this tour, with Deby as your guide.
Excellent tour by Debbie. She was a wealth of knowledge.. I highly recommend Debbie and this tour... 911 Memorial was beautiful and very emotional.
The tour guide did an outstanding job. We had an outstanding weather day. New York was beautiful. We also found other things to do through the tour.
Debbie was spectacular. She worked at WTC during 1993 bombing and at 9/11. She had personal stories that made it very real for us. She also knew a great deal of history and detail about all of the sites we visited. I would highly recommend this tour!
It was such a wonderful experience. Debbie gave us the personal touch and walked and talked with us as if we were family. We learned a lot more than expected during our tour. Highly recommended.
Our guide was beyond knowledgeable and added with pictures she had on an iPad to bring the stories to life.
Debbi M did an amazing job and gave a lot of great information to 5 people including 3 mildly interested and very cold teenagers. Her insight and personal stories of 911 will not be forgotten. She was thorough and attentive to our tight tourist schedule. That was much appreciated. I would love to give her 5 stars and the tour 2 stars but since I can’t separate the 2, I wouldn’t and couldn’t give Debbi anything lower than a 5. The reason I’m suggesting a lower score is because of the masks. We were the only tour(out of many) wearing masks. Why! Why! Why! We were outside the entire time except for a quick visit in oculus. This is not communist China and it’s post pandemic. I will not book another tour with “My NY Tours.” Masks should be a personal decision and not a requirement.
We had an absolutely incredible Experience with Debbie Mason. The others who had signed up with us for the tour canceled so we ended up with a private tour with Debbie for 3 hrs. She is so incredibly knowledgeable about the area and she was a pure delight. Plus, she is a professional photographer and was more than willing to take our photos and more over to recommend the perfect places to grab the photos! I Will keep her contact information for our future trips to New York. I highly, highly recommend Debbie!
Debbie, our tour guide, was fabulous. She was very knowledgeable, extremely enthusiastic, and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed ourselves. She even took us on a couple small detours so we could see a few notable things (like Alexander Hamilton's grave at Trinity Church) that had just reopened to tourists. We absolutely loved the entire experience. As a bonus, she is a great photographer and took a picture of my son and I that I will treasure forever.
Deb gave an amazing tour, she knew so much and had so much passion for her job. I definitely enjoyed hearing her stories about each place instead of just having someone point and tell you what something was.
Debbie did an amazing job. There were only three of us and it was very good but she was very professional and very inclusive. We learned so much. Thank you Debbie.
This is an amazing tour. Debbie Mason was our tour guide. Debbie was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate. My husband and I truly enjoyed our tour thanks to Debbie. This is a “must-do” when you are in NYC.
Emotional and personal. Our tour guide Debbie M whom we now call friend, was outstanding. Would highly recommend.
Debbie was absolutely awesome! Loved her humor and jokes throughout the tour. She was so knowledgeable and a true New Yorker. I would definitely recommend!
Great tour - Guide Debbie M. was so knowledgeable and engaging. She included so many details of what happened that awful day of 9/11 as she walked with us through the business district and the World Trade Center. She included interesting information about the new buildings and installations at Ground Zero and shared many historic images on her laptop to further explain what happened that day. She answered all our questions and was interested in what our feelings and experiences were the day the planes hit. An added bonus was that Debbie was so helpful to me while I took numerous photos of the sites. We stopped as often as I wanted, and she pointed out some really memorable spots for me to photograph. Great guide for a very worthwhile tour.
We loved Debbie ! She knew what she was talking about and was very kind. She taught us a lot and would definitely recommend anyone visiting New York to book a tour with her and this company!
Debbie was great. She new her history, and she was very patient. I would recommend her to future guess.
The tour guide (Debby Mason) is great, she explains everything very well, knows a lot, all the details of each building of each monument and is very friendly, I think the whole tour was great 👍🏻
We were lucky enough to have a private tour with Debbie herself and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Debbie was so friendly and welcoming and extremely knowledgeable. The tour was aided by various photographs on the way round to really put things into perspective. As there were just two of us on the tour, Debbie catered it around us and concentrated on areas specific to our interests. The tour was booked for 2 hours but she was more than happy to go above and beyond and the tour ended up being in excess of 3 hours - our choice, not forced upon us. Would definitely recommend Debbie and her tours to anyone wanting a tour of NYC with a personal touch.
Debbie was a fantastic and knowledgeable guide who provided us with a detailed and personal tour of the financial district and 911 site. We visited many places that we would have missed if we walked the area by ourselves. My two teenage children also enjoyed Debbie's stories and jokes and we all learnt a lot from the information she shared with us. We had a wonderful morning with Debbie.
I highly recommend this tour! Debbie provided an individualized and unique experience for our walking tour. The price is ridiculously cheap for the service. This is a New Yorker, giving a tour in New York. It does not get any better. Book your tour!
Brilliant, informative, good fun ,emotional. Debbie was the best guide possible,it was like having a friend show us around. Her knowledge, sense of humour and caring personality were amazing. Thank you.
This was one of the best tours of New York. Our guide Debbie had so much knowledge of the lower east side. She guided us from Battery park to the 911 site and kept us interested all the way. It was definitely worth the time we spent with her. She has a great sense of humor too.
so sad to stand there but the power of the place is amazing. It was a quiet weekday which helped with the crowds and quiet.
WOW......we've just returned from the most amazing trip in NYC thanks to Debbie, our Guide. We first met Debbie while on a tour of the 9/11 Memorial & Financial District, about a year ago. We were so impressed by the caliber of that tour that we knew that Debbie would be the ONLY tour guide for us, when we booked a return tripto NYC, this year. We contacted Debbie with rather extensive wish list of our NYC "must-see, must-do" sights and venues and O'Boy did we ever see and do it ALL! Here are just a few places we visited - One World Observatory at the World Trade Center, the Oculus Hub, City Hall Park, a walk across the famous Brooklyn Bridge (a must do), pizza in Dumbo (OMG...So good) and even a walk back into Manhattan via the Mahattan Bridge, to visit NYC's largest Chinatown neighborhood. Others areas explored with Deb were Little Italy and the very historic Lower East Side We even got to visit Katz's Deli, showcased in the Meg Ryan/Billy Crystal movie, "When Harry Met Sally". During our absolutely delightful 5 days with Deb, we also toured the High Line Park (another must see; packed with fascinating secrets WHEN you have the Guide, as we did!), the Greenwich and West Village neighborhoods, Soho and Tribeca. We enjoyed historic, photo tours of the fabulous Central Park, in Manhattan, and the equally beautiful Prospect Park, in Brooklyn. Gotta say that we especially LOVED our tour through NYC's boro of Brooklyn. Just fabulous! We had no idea that Brooklyn contained so much history, beautiful homes & neighborhoods and so many ethnic enclaves! The famous Coney Island Amusement Park is another "must see". A visit to neighboring Brighton Beach was a visit to "Little Odessa". Dyker Heights & Bay Ridge have many goregous and really expensive mansions, as do sections of Ditmas Park (where actress Michelle Williams recently puchased a HUGE Victorian mansion). A Happy Hour tour of the Loews Kings (Wonder) Theater was yet another highlight of our tour through Brooklyn. The restored theater is really ornate and is nothing short of magnificent! The locations visited and described above, really are just the tip of the iceberg, for Debbie even took us to Philadelphia, PA! Debbie will blow you away with the utterly fascinating history of her amazing city. Debbie is a very proud and passionate native New Yorker who seems to know EVERY nook and cranny of New York City! She's SO knowledgeable (I honestly don't know how she remembers so many facts and stories; I swear, she's a walking encyclopedia!). She is extremely approachable and has a bubbly, friendly, effervesant personality. A tour with Debbie is one where her vast knowledge, shared experiences, "insider" tips, visits down "roads less traveled" and her oft times hilarious and quick-witted sense of humor will leave you with a longing for more! This has been by far, the best 5 days I have ever done on a holiday. I have seen, done and have learned so much about NYC. Debbie went above and beyond and absolutely shattered my highest expectations! She made my entire 5 day experience exciting, fun, interesting and filled with daily enjoyment and laughter. I have done many, many tours all over the world but can honestly say I have never had a tour guide who so evidently LOVES what they do as much as Debbie appears to, and this clearly comes across. Not only would I recommend My NY Tours but I would HIGHLY recommend them (especially if you are fortunate to get Debbie as your Guide). If you are looking to visit NY and wish to enjoy the best experience EVER then you really need look no further than to MyNYTours. This review is quite long but as a world-wide traveller myself, I realize the importance of detailed reviews that aid travellers in making informed decisions on places to visit & tour providers to use when they get there. For both quality and value, My NY Tours can't be beat! I've included some pics taken during of incredibly special private tour with our Guide, Debbie. It was an emotional goodbye for us, leaving Debbie and New York City; we didn't want it to end! In conclusion, I would like to end this review by sending Debbie a massive and heartfelt thank you for absolutely everything that she did with us and showed us. We will NEVER forget our time in NYC,... you ticked every box on our wish list and are our Guide of choice anytime that we revisit NYC. A HUGE THANK YOU & HUGS X
A truly beautiful and moving experience. A memorial monument with fantastic respect for the dead and survivors. Absolutely memorable.
9/11 tour was onvergetelijk! Veel facts en achtergrondinformatie, maar vooral de persoonlijke verhalen maakten veel indruk. Onze tourguide Debbie was super!
Very knowledgeable and pleasant guide - extra plus for personal experiences and thoughts of her - which made the trip more interesting and not just facts
We had a great tour with Debby, who gave us lots of information and stories to tell, as well as the best photo spots and tips for our stay! Thank you for that!
We really enjoyed this tour. Debbie was our guide and we were exclusively with our own group of 4 people. Debbie is a very fascinating storyteller and her stories about the day of 9/11 in particular certainly touched us. But also the information about the origins of NY and what can be seen in the financial district Debbie tells in a nice way. In addition, she does everything to provide us with the nicest and most beautiful photos possible as a reminder of this tour. Thank you Debbie!
Great place to reflect. It's worth staying for a while without thinking about anything, just watching. I highly recommend
This is a nostalgic place that brings us the memory of the old twin towers and the 9/11 attacks. Today they are waterfalls in beautiful memorials to the victims.
The place was undeniably beautiful. It's a big tribute to the Americans killed on 9/11. I was able to feel the weight of the tribute, and it is a place that goes back very strong feelings (I am Brazilian and felt this) Imagine the Americans? Very beautiful.
