Jimmy was our your guide. He was absolutely amazing! Would recommend his your to anyone. I'd definitely go on another of his tours!
Ray was an excellent guide! So informative and we felt immersed in the tragic event . I will definitely come back again
Tour with Jimmy, for the 9/11 ground zero tour was excellent! Would highly recommend! He made us feel part of it and was very knowledgeable, great experience!
James was an amazing tour guide who was engaging, highly knowledgeable and very sensitive to the 9/11 topics. We enjiyed the pace of the tour which allowed for alot of self reflection. He was very mindful of where we were at all times as well as others around us. Highly recommend tour guide James!
Helene was phenomenal. Her knowledge and presentation of her information was expert. We learned so much. It made all the difference in the tour.
Our tour guide, Steve, did a great job sharing his knowledge of New York and 911. It was interesting to hear the story through his lense. He took us through the events of the day and the heroism and resiliency of New Yorkers. I would recommend this experience.
Jason was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Focused on how bringing life and happiness back into NYC is the best way to honor the memory of all those lost that day.
We had a walking tour with Jaclyn and she was amazing! Very knowledgeable and really cares about the history and people affected. Highly recommend everyone visit and reflect on the events of that day.
Excellent, Helene was great.
Sergio was a great guide, full of interesting stories, very knowledgeable about the whole site. Enjoyed it immensely
James Q was very good. He was enthusiastic and heart felt. James could relate from personal experience.
As first timers to NYC, this tour was a must! Our tour guide, Kevin, was extremely knowledgeable and weaved personal stories with the solemn facts of this catastrophe. The tour company made sure to keep us apprised of changing traffic conditions, etc. we would absolutely recommend this tour!
Our guide, Amy, was knowledgeable and entertaining. Pace was good, with adequate rest stops and bathroom breaks.
Paul was a fantastic tour guide! Hearing about his experience during 9/11 and showing us the “extras” was perfect for us. His love for the city and its history was quite evident.
Kevin was thorough, well-informed, accommodated all of us, probably sixteen or so people from around the US and two from Ireland. The mood was respectful given the venue and the 25th anniversary of the 9/11 attack. I'd say we were there about 4 hours.
What a guide Sean turned out to be!!! He's a New Yorker who saw 9/11 happen!!! He talked about how he felt that day. With the first plane, an inability to comprehend what happened. With the 2nd plane, it eventually sank in, but initially he thought he must be wrong the plane must have turned out his sight, lost in the smoke billowing from the first tower hit. But the boom of the collision brought thr incomprehensible into focus.. This man is invested in sharing this memorial with anyone who comes. He weaves stories of the victims' lives, conversations they had with their families and first responders, some of their life experiences and their hopes and dreams. You get a feel that the victims were real 3 dimensional people who mattered. I've always heard the numbers of fatalities, and it was awful. But with Sean sharing their stories, their loss became heartbreaking for me. Something I feel like I want to remember and retell myself and make certain people can't forget. I can't express how I appreciated his depth of knowledge and how impacted I was by his retelling of 9/11 -- from some history of the hijackers, the stories of fearless firefighters, police and 1st responders, stories of the airline crews that day and their attempts to alert the outside world of what was happening on board, the real estate destruction, the rescue and cleanup efforts, etc. I so appreciated having him as my guide. I'm not sure I'll ever be the same. After Sean finished we also had a wonderful guide how led us through the inner memorial. All in all, it was a moving experience and I highly recommend the VIP TOUR OF THE 9/11 MEMORIAL.
Marc was a true New Yorker and had stories that only someone who lives there could know. He was engaging with his banter, albeit, sometimes too much. He was constantly saying, "Oh dear. I'm behind." I wish he would make 8x10 prints of his pictures as the phone screen was too small and quick to really see what he was explaining. Have the 8x10 pix laminated and hold them up for the 21 of us to see.
Tim was extraordinary. His personalized stories and clear but emotional presentations were the BEST!!!
This was a very impactful tour and I'd highly recommend it. Maya especially was wonderfully knowledgeable and shared her own personal story related to 9/11. Learning about all the architectural details and significant design elements made the outdoor tour really special. The museum tour was a bit rushed but also very interesting. I could have stayed in the museum another hour or more, and will definitley come back
Sergio was a wonderful guide. Very informative and interesting
Rob was very knowledgeable on the subject matter. He spoke a little too much about himself and his job, and made some 'political' comments that were NOT appropriate. I DON'T care what his politics are !! I asked if he knew the location of Bag Pipe Tribute; he asked if I'd been drinking? "Regular Bagpipe Tribute is 9/11 WEEKLY TRIBUTE every Wednesday at 1 pm inside the museum, last column, 1:15 at 9/11 Memorial Glade outside for his information
Just completed the tour. Fantastic but sobering experience Our guide Ray Rosato was very knowledgeable. Nice blend of facts stories and personality Really enjoyed the tour. Left with a profound respect and appreciation for all that were lost during that horrific event
The guide for the Memorial, Ray, was a great storyteller. He made the tour a moving and solemn yet still hopeful experience.
Our guide was very knowledgeable and provided first hand experiences with how he handled that tragic day.
Sergio was a great tour guide. Enthusiastic, easy to hear and understand and knowledgeable. The whole tour was well worth it.
Very interesting and informative tour. Our guide Arun was excellent, great information, insights and stories
Amazing tour of the 9/11 Memorial and surrounding area by a New Yorker that worked just a few blocks from WTC and was there on the day. He relayed the personalized story in a solemn yet not depressing manner. I would recommend this tour HIGHLY!
A very memorable experience, touching us deeply. It’s hard to believe it’s 25 years since 9/11 and the impacts that are still occurring. I would encourage everyone to undertake this to.
Excellent guided tour with Ross - he is incredibly knowledgeable and personable. He seems personally invested in assuring everyone maximizes the experience.
Tim Douglas was fantastic! So very passionate about the information he has to share. And fascinating pieces of information
I strongly recommend this tour. If your guide looks exactly like Bill Burr then you got the right one. Paul is very personable, funny, and knowledgeable. Keeps the crowd engaged no matter what your age is.
I am a travel advisor and have taken many tours throughout the US and actually all over the world. I can honestly say that this tour with Alice was quite likely my most favorite tour I’ve ever been on. It was very emotional, and it was something I will absolutely never forget. Everything about it was perfection. If you visit New York, this is something you must not skip. Also, Alice was the best guide I’ve ever interacted with!
James was amazing! Very knowledgeable and personable!
Sean our guide was exceptional. His knowledge of the days events brought the past to life. So much so, that it brought up emotions I thought I was past. Thank you Sean for making the day memorable
The day that we were scheduled there was a large downpour of rain. Severe thunderstorm. I am disabled and currently using a walker. I wanted to reschedule and the company refused. FYI folks: they do not respect or care about the disabled
Jimmy was amazing. His story of personal experience on the day of the attacks was mesmerizing. He was clear and easy to understand, showed and explained things well and pointed out some less known memorials that were memorable. Highly recommended.
Very thorough and very moving. Paul was great...
Helena was a fantastic tour guide! We learned a great deal about the events that took place that tragic day. The tour covered a lot of information and we were able to ask questions.
Jaclyn was our guide in late June, and she was fabulous. She has a great deal of knowledge, she kept the information interesting and engaging while she led us around the Oculus and outside areas. She is very passionate about her role, and takes it very seriously. She told very impactful stories that made each stop feel personal and memorable, and tied each one to a person or story that really stuck. She had learned something new about a victim that morning, so she could share their story with us because it was their birthday. Her care and concern and willingness to keep the stories alive made the tour more valuable. I highly recommend.
Arun was very knowledgeable and was very inspiring to lead the group. He was kind and made sure everyone could hear him and ensure everyone was accounted for prior to departure. I was suggest him every time
Helene was a great tour guide. She definitely captured the story of what happened on that tragic day. A phenomenal job of explaining the outside monument. The indoor tour was great. Very sombering learning about the events that happened.
Liz, the tour guide, was awesome and has such an amazing demeanor even with the rain. It was a really informative tour with Liz making sure everyone got to see things and hear what she was saying. Would 100% do it again! Thankyou🤙🏽🤙🏽
