Marc was an excellent guide and let us visit both memorial sites, the survivor tree and also the FDNY memorial. I don't know that my almost 13 year old appreciated it as much as I did since she wasn't alive when it happened, but I found everything so incredibly moving.

We were guided on our Tour by Tim Douglas who managed to memorise all our names of our group making it a very personal experience His knowledge was 1st class offered up through quizzes along the way Excellent meet and greet All worked very easily

Jim Q was a more than wonderful guide! You can tell he has a passion for teaching people about this day in our Country’s history and has true respect for the men & women first responders who sacrificed their lives on 9/11. I would recommend him to anyone who wanted to see this memorial. I saw this memorial but never with a tour guide and Jim Q made it very memorable and special in remember the lives of those who were lost.

Meghan our guide was fantastic - informative and entertaining. It was deeply moving and we’re so glad we booked the experience. Meghan gave us the history of the area, the details of that devastating day and how NYC pulled together, and also the less known facts about how the victims have been honoured since.
The walking tour with Paul was fantastic! He pointed out so many interesting details about the WTC area, history and the day of 9/11, which is so important to never forget. We had a relative in from out of town and wanted to make sure her experience of this area was meaningful and more than just taking a walk on our own. I had a wonderful time on the tour. It was important to me to visit and someone who remembers the fear of shock of that day as a child. Jim Q gave us great information and his passion for the fallen was evident. We were getting all of the facts, but also his personal experience of living in Manhattan on that day.
