Tour does NOT include museum entry. No one who sells museum tickets coupled with a tour offers a discount. This tour aims to answer every question you have about September 11th. It will cover every building that was affected by the attack, those that are gone and those that are still standing. Most importantly, we will pay tribute to the greatest American heroes of our lifetime.
This will be the bulk of the tour. We will see both memorial pools, and learn many names.
The greatest shopping Center in lower manhattan. Enjoy the stunning views, architecture and palm trees. This building served as refuge for many survivors and first responders.

This is a phenomenal tour, a must do in NYC! John has studied this topic in detail and delivers a thrilling tour that includes fascinating facts, details about what happened on 9/11, but also how it affected the USA afterwards, debunking/discussing conspiracy theories, and also tells stories of people who were affected on this day and the people who are the heroes of this tragic event. Jon is very knowledgeable about the history of 9/11. I could feel firsthand how an entire country felt during an attack of that magnitude, where so many lives were lost! Plus, Jon has a lot of energy and his tour is very entertaining. A bonus: Jon takes great photos gives excellent local restaurant recommendations! I would relive the experience with City Shuffles

My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed a three person tour with Jon Noto around the 9/11 memorial site in January 2025. Despite the cold weather, we found this tour to be incredible! Jon holds a wealth of knowledge on the subject of 9/11 and the overarching sentiments of the locals at the time of the event. Having discovered Jon from a podcast on YouTube and realising his superior insights on the subject, we were eager to take this tour. Jon handled the retelling of events in a manner that made you feel like you were there, and with a great deal of empathy and tact. We were able to visit locations that we had not visited in our previous trips to New York and Jon pointed out many relics of 9/11 in the city that many would be unaware of. Jon also provided a safe and comfortable space for us to ask any questions we had which was a unique feature of the tour. His storytelling abilities were phenomenal! I cannot recommend this tour highly enough. Thank you Jon for a highly memorable tour!

Great day, great weather, great fun. Jon was full of incredible info and knowledge about all the events before and after 9/11. When we toured the museum the knowledge we already had opened our eyes to the day that changed our world.
