I have stayed at Woodstock way maybe 5 times now and every time, I have had a wonderful stay there. The hotel is located smack dab in the center of town. It's peaceful, calming, and absolutely stunning. Everyone who works there is so kind and so helpful but in particular, I have spent a good amount of time talking to Ady there and she is exceptionally awesome. She has made my stays at Woodstock way feel like home. There's no better place to stay in town, Woodstock way is an absolute must!

Beautiful setting, but disappointing service for the price. The hotel’s location and architecture are genuinely lovely, but unfortunately the experience did not match the high price point. The staff and guest amenities felt lacking throughout our stay. Basic items such as shower caps and Q-tips were not available, even when requested. There was also no in-room coffee service. If you want coffee in the morning, you have to wait for the office to open at 7:30 a.m. and walk up a steep gravel hill that is uneven and full of holes—unpleasant in humid weather and especially inconvenient during rain. If you arrive a few minutes early, an employee will nicely ask you to wait out side (in my case it was in the rain!), because they can’t let you in before 7:30 sharp! And forget housekeeping. After 3 nights, with the fourth night upcoming, I requested fresh towels before I left for the day— only to return to a pile of dirty towels on the floor, with and the office closed for the night. No one answered the after hour emergency number. For a hotel positioned as an upscale stay, these omissions were surprising. The property has a lot of visual charm, but the service, accessibility, and attention to basic guest comfort need significant improvement before I would consider returning.
We genuinely loved our stay at Woodstock Way and will 100% be back. The value and experience for the price is unmatched; we couldn’t believe how many thoughtful perks were included. Highlights for us: complimentary snack hour, complimentary coffee drinks at The Tannery for duration of your stay (try a latte w honey syrup), in-room snacks and beverages provided, complimentary s’mores kits, easy-to-use fire pit setups, heated bathroom floors, cool decor, and one of the most comfortable king beds I’ve slept in. The vibes blend boutique hotel with peaceful nature retreat. Think modern, cozy camp aesthetic meets waterfall serenity. The property and buildings are beautifully designed, feel incredibly intentional, the fire pits overlook the waterfall and it’s just a short walk from Woodstock’s shops and restaurants. There are several buildings on the property; we stayed in Room 306 and loved it. Calling Woodstock Way a hotel almost feels wrong; it felt more like a hidden-gem escape tucked into nature. Highly recommend! Thanks again, Alexa!
We cannot say enough positive things about The Woodstock Way Hotel. The rooms are nicely clustered in grouped buildings along a creek with a prominent waterfall. The room was beautifully appointed with a private deck, couch, comfortable king-size bed, flat screen fully stocked mini fridge with Mexican Coca-Cola, Saratoga flat and carbonated water popcorn and a record turntable. The bathroom has very nice toiletries with a rain spout shower, Turkish cotton towels and a heated floor. There were more than eight floor to ceiling shaded windows to view the waterfall and pretty vegetation. From 3pm to 7pm snacks and La Colombe coffee beverages of all types are available with chocolates, cookies, dried fruits or nuts and candies. Coffee and biscotti are available from 7:30am till 10am in the morning. The staff is composed of four lovely women whose names all begin with the letter A. There are also s'more kits supplied to be made in multiple fire-pits at your leisure by the creek. Recommendations from dining, shopping, hikes or some great live music are given by this great staff. If you are looking for a relaxing stay at extremely reasonable rates that are less than two hours from New York City The Woodstock Way Hotel is the perfect choice.
I recently stayed at Woodstock Way Hotel and had a lovely staycation. The property feels calm, charming, and thoughtfully designed — the perfect place to unwind in Woodstock. Rooms & Amenities: We stayed in a King Premium Suite with a balcony. The room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable. The bed was extremely cozy, the bathroom was a great size, and the heated bathroom floors were easily the highlight of the stay. The mini bar with complimentary snacks and beverages was a nice touch as well. Location & Nearby Food: One of the best parts of the hotel is how walkable everything is. We had great meals at nearby spots including Shelter Woodstock (our favorite), Allison Restaurant, and Yum Yum Noodle Bar — all just a short walk away. Service: Check-in was seamless, and I loved the complimentary coffee bar and afternoon snacks in the lobby. Overall, it was a wonderful experience — peaceful, comfortable, and perfectly located. I’ve stayed in Woodstock before for work, but this visit made me truly appreciate the area for a relaxing getaway. I can’t wait to return!
