Location and rooms were great. I did not receive the check in notice so I was confused upon arrival of no staff to assist with check in. We need never experienced the ease of automatic checking and keyless entry. Even though it was a holiday weekend we thought the price was a bit high. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Excellent location. Easy to find. The staff was/is superb. A big shout out to Genesis and Gabriel and Carlos. Loved my stay there. Would go again!

I have a reputation for make bad lodging choices. I have finally made, not only a good choice, but an awesome one! I was a bit skeptical about self check-in, but it was so easy and quick. An hr or so before we got there I had our room number and combo. Our room was so clean and well stocked with luxurious towels and the sheets Trailhead were so soft. No cutting corners on quality. Nice big TV, and the room was of a comfortable size. Small table and chairs, and a desk as well. WiFi was secure and dependable. Breakfast was light but sufficient, and Keurig coffee in the room. Even the refrigerator was of a sufficient size. Very convenient to everything in Tupper Lake. Highly recommend Trailhead Hotel.
