The Wall Street Hotel New York City

My husband and I had such a lovely stay at The Wall Street Hotel. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly well taken care of. The room was beautiful and comfortable, and the service really made our stay extra special. A special thank you to Ivan, the concierge, for the lovely bottle of wine waiting for us in our room to celebrate our special occasion. It was such a thoughtful touch and made us feel very welcomed. And a big thank you to Amit, the doorman, who was always so friendly, helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. We had a wonderful experience and would absolutely love to stay here again!

Looked for a gem and found it. The Wall Street Hotel did not disappoint. Excellent service upon arrival all the way until checkout. A lot of hotels fail to think of the ‘little things’ that make your stay extra comfortable. We were greeted with a fully stocked mini bar fridge and cart which had a variety of quality spirits and champagne. We could be mixologists without leaving the room. Moët chilled in our fridge and Clase Azul tequila mini on our bar cart gave a nice touch. A little tired after our long drive from DC we trotted down to the bar where we had excellent bar service from Poppy who walked us through a variety of NA wines and mocktails. I had the Society rose which came beautifully chilled and bubbly. Every detail was not forgotten even our US open welcome cookie by our bedside. Our stay ended with a delicious breakfast in bed. So delicious! I felt so refreshed and ready to watch tennis after this trip. Thank you to the hotel and their wonderful staff. PS: did I mention how immaculate and clean it was? 😀

We had a truly wonderful stay at The Hotel Wall Street! The location is fantastic, putting you right in the heart of the area, and the customer service exceeded all expectations. Every single staff member we interacted with was so friendly and welcoming. The amenities, including our room, were spotless and meticulously clean. We also loved the special beverage inclusions—they were a fantastic touch! We did experience a small hiccup during our stay, but we were genuinely amazed by how professionally the team handled it to find the best possible solution. That level of dedication really sets them apart. We will definitely be coming back!

One of the best experience I got in a 5-star hotel, they are listening to any of your needs and they are as kind and professional as one can be. Location is great, rooms were perfect, clean, spacious and very quiet. Bedding was also very good. One advice though, if you like great quality home made food avoid la marchande, for brunch or breakfast, their bakeries are not home made (I am French I know what a croissant is and this was whole food type) and their baguette is also not fresh. Wall Street hotel, you are advertising great food on site, work with local bakeries or do something because this is not at the level of the hotel ! Overall great experience !
