The Renwick Hotel

We had the most wonderful stay at The Renwick Hotel in New York. My partner and I stayed for a week while we were in the city to get married, so it was already a very special trip for us, and the hotel made it even more memorable. We were incredibly lucky to be given the nicest room, with an amazing view overlooking the Empire State Building. Waking up to that view every morning was honestly unforgettable and made our stay feel even more special. Every single member of staff we came across was friendly, welcoming and helpful, from the reception team to housekeeping. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and we always felt well looked after. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, with spacious rooms, especially compared with many New York hotels. The location was also fantastic, making it really easy to get around the city and explore everything we wanted to see. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for such an important week in our lives. The Renwick helped make our New York wedding trip even more special, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Hotel, Great Location, Amazing Service We absolutely loved our stay at The Renwick! It has such a cool, unique and eclectic vibe — definitely not your typical cookie-cutter hotel. It has a ton of character, which was exactly what we were looking for in NYC. The biggest shout-out has to go to Judy. We had a snafu with our reservation because of an issue with our credit card company (completely our credit card company’s fault, not the hotel’s), and Judy went above and beyond to help us get everything worked out. She was incredibly helpful, patient and genuinely seemed to care about making sure our stay got off to a good start. Great customer service like that is hard to find these days! The location was also perfect for us. We were in town to see the US Open, and being so close to Grand Central made getting there incredibly easy. We just hopped on the LIRR and were at the tournament in no time. Plus, it’s a great location for getting around Manhattan in general. Great location, really cool hotel, and fantastic people. Judy alone deserves 5 stars! We would definitely stay at The Renwick again.

I really enjoyed my stay. The location is excellent—it’s close to everything you’d want to see, with Grand Central just a 3-minute walk away. The staff were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. When we discovered our room wasn’t clean, they responded immediately by moving us to a new room. They also kindly offered us complimentary breakfast and drinks, which we declined because we didn’t feel comfortable accepting compensation. Even so, we really appreciated the thoughtful gesture and their excellent customer service. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would happily stay here again.

I would rate my stay at the Renwick a 10/10! The staff made my stay extra special especially my dearest, Jasmine. She went the extra mile to make sure my accommodations were up to par and always greeted me with the brightest smile. She is truly exemplary of how all hotel staff should treat all guests!
