The marketing and luxury branding does not line up with reality. The owners should focus on the basics rather than marketing it as luxury. The bed felt terrible with awful pillows and thin sheets. I had to set the ac to the minimum of 65 in hopes of getting the room to a comfortable temperature otherwise it would shut itself off. The branding is so over the top. Take the complimentary breakfast that they tell you it's a chef curated menu with a sweet or savory option. It sounds delightful until you realize it's a bagel with cream cheese or single egg sandwich. It's worse than any hotel chain free continental breakfast and played up as something fancy. In fact in one of the responses to a review here they feel compelled to describe their breakfast as European inspired. Come on, it's a bagel with cream cheese and k-cup coffee. Our room didn't look anything like the photos. In fact another guest was complaining to the front desk while I was going to my room about the same thing. They said each room is unique and different so what you see online might not match exactly to what room you get. It would be less appalling if the hotel marketed itself closer to the reality you get. Stick to any of the national chain hotels down the road

We had an absolutely wonderful stay here for our anniversary. The staff was wonderful, our room was perfect, the location is fantastic. Couldn't recommend this place enough! We will definitely stay here again.
My wife and and I had a one night stay for a concert. Great check in and we had the same guy serve us night caps at the bar.learned a lot about the history of Buffalo and the area from him. A great choice for breakfast. Over all an enjoyable experience.
We stayed at The Mansion for one night while in Buffalo. The location was great and we enjoyed our stay immensely. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Danny was the only one whose name I had but there was another girl on the desk and another in the dining room. They were all wonderful. Our only criticism was the fact that the WiFi was almost non-functioning in the room which was frustrating.
Here's the butlers! I had a wonderful time staying at the Mansion on delaware. Unfortunately it was slightly soured by an experience that had nothing to do with them. In a nutshell don't ever use super dot Com. Now back to the mansion. The room what's Timeless there's a lot of beautiful history in the building and the butler's were absolutely amazing and add to the experience. Parking is across the street, convenient. It's a little different to be parking across the street and not on site. The room was wonderful the only note that I could give for improvement is it did take a little while to get the room up to temperature. Breakfast the next morning was awesome is there any way I can get the recipe for those biscuits? Special thanks to the butlers that helped me negotiate my way out of the nightmare that was super dot Com. You guys went above and beyond the Call of Duty and you don't know how much I appreciate it. If there was a six stars I would give it.
