The Fidi Hotel

My better half and I enjoyed a date night in the city. We really enjoyed our stay. Next time we might utilize the subway we had seen a show at the Marquise theater there was Ana entrance right by our hotel that would have made traveling convenient. However, room was clean and staff was professional and accommodating. Special shout out to Chanon, he was extremely helpful and attentive to us during our stay.

A hidden gem hotel! Close to the subway and easy to get to everything. Quiet downtown location, felt super safe the entire time. Morning breakfast is such a good added perk. My daughter and I had a wonderful stay. The rooms are small which is to be expected for NYC.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel! A special shoutout to Shaun, who works at the front desk during the night shift! He is incredibly warm, friendly, thoughtful, and genuinely caring. The hotel is truly lucky to have someone like him on their team! The housekeeping service was excellent, everything was exceptionally clean, and the location is absolutely unbeatable. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my stay. I only wish I had discovered this hotel sooner! I’ll definitely be recommending it to my friends and would love to stay here again.

Really enjoyed our stay here! The service was exceptional, especially from Barron and Terrell at the front desk. They were incredibly kind, understanding, and accommodating after another hotel left us stranded at 9:00 PM on the day of our check in. They were able to get us into a room at a discounted rate, which completely turned our night around. Their customer service went above and beyond, and we truly appreciated their help. I would absolutely recommend staying here and wouldn't hesitate to come back!
