Wouldn’t ever stay here again. Service was pretty awful in general, having to ask for more towels three times and still never getting them is crazy. Also the club is insanely loud, the bass makes the whole room vibrate. Good luck with getting any sleep until after 4am. Literally the only good thing about this hotel is it’s pretty central to tons of good food and bars in LES.
Stayed here for birthday in August, for 2 nights my total came to $670. Had to move rooms once due to the first rooms shower smelling like urine. Floors were torn up. Restaurant, spa, and sauna all closed which was not advertised prior to booking. Definitely book elsewhere, I have never had an experience like this.
One of the best locations in NYC, great service team was sent immediately with any room matter. We had a suite with a two double with a connecting private door great for a family experience. Pool was perfect. Top notch will come back for sure!
First time staying here. I usually stay in a completely different area of the city. The entire AM & PM staff team on Monday June 23rd were amazing. The check in process excellent. Very attentive the entire time and any issue they are great addressing it. I would absolutely come back. Great customer service. Very clean and well kept rooms. I traveled with 1 teenager & 2 young children.
I had a fantastic stay at Sixty LES Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the service was warm, professional, and welcoming. The hotel has a great atmosphere, stylish rooms, and an excellent location that made the whole experience even better. I especially want to recognize Abraham at the front desk for providing outstanding customer service. He was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth during my stay. His professionalism and positive attitude truly stood out and made me feel valued as a guest. Thank you to Abraham and the entire team for such a wonderful experience. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.
