The stay was nice, cozy, and good food. One big "BIG DISAPPOINTMENT " was the eating experience at the buffet area. Food selection maybe scarse but the cook was good. The only problem was the meat server who's very obnoxious to start with. I was pointing to the big pile of meat w big chunk of medium rare, I was asking slice of the meat and I wanted medium rare, but this server having difficulty cuttin on well-done still sliced a portion and LITERALLY threw at my plate, I said I want some blood on it plus the portion was tiny, then the server said thats good enough, so I said I want another slice please not only he didnt accommodate he also made side remarks that whatever he gave me is good enough and telling me to move on and get out. I asked him what his name he grabbed his ID and literally shoved in my face. All I saw was his name starts wt a "J" tall black guy in his 30s. I was very upset and disappointed since of all my years going to casinos I never had this bad service ever. Called up the floor manager and he said that they have lots of complaints for the way he serves... I said if thats the case why is he still works here, I said in my workplace this is definitly grounds for termination right away and the manager said its not his department to deal w HR issue, oh boy how unfortunate these customers, imagine losing hundreds even thousand of dollars in this casino (like me) and the only consolation we have is at least get a decent meal. Never again im going to set foot on a SENACA casino, already told my friends, families, neighbors and community. I was so wrong because had the idea to get away with the usual MGM casinos in Vegas and NY, NJ, Foxwoods and Mt Airy,.Seneca by far the worst, if theres a rating lower than 1 star I wont have second thoughts gave a "0", so disappointed!!! My daughter planning a wedding this December and highly recommended to take out SENACA to their list. Too bad most staff are courteous and hospitable and with just ONE could ruin the name.

My husband and I walked across Rainbow bridge to USA and then to Seneca Casino. The walk was very nice and doable for any age. The casino is very huge and beautiful. I got a player's card but did not get the $15 players sign up so that was disappointing. I personally loved the smoking section and my husband loved the Italian restaurant which was reasonably priced for the amount of food received. We both loved our food, I had a ceaser salad and he had spaghetti. The service was great and machines were generous. We would definitely go back.
Our room was not cleaned when we arrived but they quickly reassigned us to an upgraded room and gave us $100 in food & beverage credit which we used for room service and breakfast the next morning. We appreciated their efforts to make our stay memorable. From our room we could see the mist from the falls and watch the fireworks. Great trip!
My wife and I came for our 1 year anniversary. This hotel is amazing so friendly and accommodating. They took care of a small cake and wine fir us for our anniversary. Everyone so very nice. Only issue we had was went to Stir sar there for 15 minutes workers walk by us, but no one wanted to get us drinks. They were just working with another group of people. Just kept walking by us. So we went to lounge 101 and the lady there was so amazing. The food at hotel was amazing also. This Sunday Oct 11 our actual anniversary, we are going to the western steakhouse there before we check out monday.
Scammers! We arrived at the hotel at night on my birthday, expecting to check in for our confirmed reservation. However, the hotel refused to check us in. The woman at the front desk was extremely rude and disrespectful. She told us that the hotel had canceled our reservation because, according to her, we were required to arrive before 4:00 PM and could not check in after that time. I travel frequently and have never experienced anything like this. I have checked into hotels late at night many times without any issues. The hotel claimed that they had already sent the cancellation information to Booking.com. However, we never received any cancellation notice before arriving at the hotel. The front desk also refused to provide us with ANY written confirmation, cancellation document, receipt, or even a simple piece of paper stating that our reservation had been canceled. We arrived with a valid reservation and were simply told in person that it had been canceled. We were left without accommodation at night, on my birthday, with no documentation and no refund provided by the hotel. I am asking Booking.com to investigate this situation and verify whether and when the hotel actually notified Booking.com about the cancellation. I would also like to know why we were not notified before arriving at the property and why the hotel refused to provide any written proof of the cancellation. I am requesting a full refund, as the hotel refused to provide the accommodation we had booked and paid for.
