Had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Centric Wall Street New York! The room was very clean, modern, comfortable, and nicely designed. Everything felt well-maintained and welcoming. The location was phenomenal. It’s in a great neighborhood right next to Wall Street, within walking distance of so many places, and very close to the subway. It’s also a short walk to the ferry, which makes getting to Brooklyn very easy and convenient. The staff were friendly, responsive, and quick to help whenever we needed anything. I also really appreciated the complimentary water and fresh fruit during our stay—such a nice touch! Overall, this hotel has a great location, clean and modern rooms, and excellent service. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to New York!

First and probably last time ever writing a review about a hotel, but my experience at this hotel was so good that it deserved one. I booked the most standard room, and when I reached reception, I met a man by the name of Samir. I asked if I could change the room so that it included a bathtub, and he did so free of charge. I thought that was already a nice gesture, but I only got to find out how much nicer of a gesture it was when I got to the room and saw how massive it was. Genuinely massive, especially for NYC. On top of that, after speaking with him, he offered to add free breakfast to my stay, which I really appreciated. That being said, I felt the breakfast was definitely a bit of a let-down in comparison to the hotel itself. The room was spacious and there was only one night where the AC wasn’t too cold, but it was fixed the next day. Overall, one of the best experiences I’ve had with a hotel, especially in the States where you don’t necessarily always feel like you’re getting your money’s worth. With this hotel, I genuinely felt like I did, and more.

An Exceptional Stay! I had another wonderful stay at Hyatt Centric Wall Street during a girls’ weekend in NYC. The location is fantastic, it is close to great restaurants, coffee shops, bars, shopping, the Financial District, and the ferry. Our room was clean and spacious, with great water pressure and plenty of TV options. There’s even a Duane Reade right across the street for anything you may need. This was my second stay here, and I’m so glad I chose to come back! A special shout-out to Michael B. at the front desk, who provided exceptional service from the moment we arrived. He was warm, welcoming, incredibly helpful, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure we had a great stay. He even helped us with our bags and recommended a great spot for a quick bite. We found ourselves looking for him throughout the weekend because his kindness and hospitality really stood out. Thank you, Michael, for helping make our New York weekend even more memorable! I’ll definitely be back.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hyatt Centric Wall Street, and I want to sincerely thank the entire team for making my stay exceptional. A special thank you to the manager, Ommey and to Laszlo, whose professionalism and hospitality truly stood out. The entire staff exceeded every expectation, from the moment I walked through the doors until the day I checked out. Everyone greeted me with a smile, made sure all my requests were taken care of, and accommodated both an early check-in and a late check-out, which made my trip even more enjoyable. I was also pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a suite, and it made my stay feel even more special. I want to recognize my housekeeper as well. I don’t know her name, but she was an Asian woman who did an outstanding job every day. The room was immaculate, and she paid incredible attention to detail. She always made sure the bathroom was fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and all the extra towels and pillows I had requested. It truly felt like a home away from home. Parking is conveniently located adjacent to the hotel and is offered at a discounted rate for guests. While there are no in-and-out privileges, the discounted parking is still a great benefit. The location is fantastic. There’s a Walgreens directly across the street for drinks and snacks, a 24-hour bodega just down the block, and you’re within walking distance of Wall Street, Trinity Church, the 9/11 Memorial, and many other Lower Manhattan attractions. Thank you again to everyone at Hyatt Centric Wall Street for making my visit so memorable. I look forward to staying with you again the next time I’m in New York City. Highly recommended!
