Awesome hotel! Loved the room, the view of the Freedom Tower and Oculus. The refillable water bottles saved me in the warm weather. Comfortable bed, clean room, friendly staff. We WILL be back!

Booked this hotel in an emergency situation and it was beyond our expectations for the price. First, the staff (we were checked in by Zeph) were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making an otherwise stressful situation a lot easier. The room Zeph put us in was very clean, quiet and had all the amenities we needed–including a kitchenette with a little sink, fridge, microwave and stovetop, which allowed us to prep our own meals right in our room. Each floor also had distilled water stations with bottles and free coffee, tea and lattes were offered all day, which was a really nice perk. The most important thing for us was that pets stayed for free, which was a major reason we chose the hotel. For tourists, the hotel is also in an excellent location, 2 blocks from the 9/11 memorial and other parks, plus many shops, restaurants and the governor's island ferry. The property itself also has a stunning rooftop bar and restaurant. We'd definitely stay here again!
Great hotel very close to the WTC. Our room was very spacious and well presented with a great balcony that looked on to One World Trade Center. Stunning. Great for exploring downtown NYC but also lots of subway links to go uptown if required. All staff were very pleasant and engaging. Would recommend this hotel.
We booked a room at Club Quarters WTC for our trip to NYC. We had four people in our group, so we were happy that Club Quarters had larger rooms than most hotels in NYC. There was plenty space for all of us and our luggage. We also had a great view of the 911 Memorial from our window. While we had the standard double queen room, our friends booked an upgraded room with a balcony. We all ended up in their room for a movie night and found it very comfortable. In addition to the space, we liked that the elevators were only accessible with a room card. This provided an extra level of security. The fresh cold water dispensers on every floor were great for refilling our water bottles before venturing out to the city. The staff was friendly and helpful. Despite being in the city, it was very quiet and peaceful inside. We would definitely stay here again.
As a world traveller who stays in a plethora of hotels, it breaks my heart that I had the worst service experience from the housekeepers and housekeeper management from this hotel. The housekeeping staff is rude, impatient and passive aggressive. The housekeeper management gaslit me when narrating events and aggravated my emotions even further. I highly commend the reception staff, specifically Cassia for her impeccable conflict management skills and naturally being impartial and solutions based. Since my arrival at the hotel, she took it upon herself to ensure I am constantly comfortable and enjoy my experience at this hotel by scaling it as best as she could. I can always identify someone who loves what they do, in how they treat their customers/clients. In conclusion, I don’t think I’ll be staying here again.
